I made an appointment 6 weeks ahead and the girl texted me at 6am ( my appointment date) to CANCEL on me....that was my birthday weekend also mothers day weekend. She never rescheduled again even when I asked. she did said I have a lot of hair...I guess thats why. So heads up if you have hair 🤣...a joke of a hairdresser!!!

I had my roots touched up and a week later it looked like they had not even been touched. The girl who did my hair was very rushed, needless to say I was very disappointed.

Alysia is amazing! My mother has done my hair my entire life but until recently she has retired. So I was very nervous about going to someone new. One of my friends recommended Alysia and Im so glad I went to her. I have a lot of hair and she took the time to make it exactly what I wanted. Im also very tender headed and she took extra caution to make sure I wasnt in pain when she combed my hair out. I recommend her to all my friends and family. Shes the best!

Caitlin did an amazing job cutting my hair! She is easy to talk with, listens to my ideas, and gives suggestions on the best way for a cut to work for my hair and face shape. Caitlin always takes great care of me and I always feel beautiful!

Alysia M!!! She has worked wonders on my hair and my daughters hair. I am very picky about my hair and she perfects it every time! I would never go anywhere else. All of the receptionists have been so nice. The owner, Nancy is one of the sweetest people I’ve ever met. I always notice her taking the time to walk around and talk to the clients and stylists and helping any way she can in between her clients! Would definitely give 10 stars if I could!

Got an appointment on the day and time that I wanted on pretty shortnotice. Never been there before but Ill definitely be back. I hadnt hada haircut in about 10-12 weeks so my hair was kind of a hot mess butno problem at all, great look, great price!. Ive had similar quality haircuts (or less) elsewhere for $10-$15 higher so why pay more?Check this place out!Thanks!

Terrible place to get your hair done for your wedding. I had scheduled a trial run for my hair and they didn’t even know it was for a bride much less a trial run at all when I got there. The receptionist also told me that a trial run was free. The stylist that did my hair didn’t even finish my updo because her “next client” was there. Well they were very snobby and rude and Told me that they never do trial runs for free, yet they let us walk out without paying. They voluntarily canceled my wedding day appointment for 7 people because their receptionist screwed up the scheduling and fees. Didn’t even apologize. Very rude! Wouldn’t recommend to anyone!

An updated salon right off of route 42 close enough to the Florence exit. There are plenty of well kept hair stations and a semi private pedi and Mani area.I came on off the street without an appointment and they were able to accommodate me almost immediately.I saw several people leave with beautiful hairdos and color jobs.

My experience was absolutely amazing! everyone in the salon was so incredibly nice. The environment felt like hanging out with your girlfriends. Alysha is THE BEST. I showed her a picture and she did it better than the picture. She had reasonable prices as well! she has been the first stylist i have been to in 4 years in the Florence area that has done exactly what i wanted to my hair.

The salon is very clean, all the staff were all so nice. Alysia does amazing work . She will never disappoint you. She truly will make you leave the salon feeling conference and beautiful. As a busy mom of two I dont get much time to care for myself yet along being relaxed but she truly made sure Im relaxed and comfortable while in her chair. I leave there feeling amazing, young and beautiful again.

I am rating Brittany at the salon, not the salon itself. I had been going to her for a while and loved her. She did my hair for my wedding and all my girls. After my honeymoon, In October I decided i wanted to cut my hair. Well, she talked me into getting a perm since I had worked so hard to grow it long. She had thought I would like it as it would look like beach waves. My hair was colored and had been for years. Well, the perm was preformed, processed, and completed. At that point I knew something was wong. We could barley get a brush through it. But I was told that was normal. I knew it was not. I was sent home. After days, I knew my hair was ruined, it was fried. She was on vacation.... I sent pictures...i did get my money back (for the perm).. and was offered a conditioning treatment when she returned however, that never happened. I went to multiple places, had my hair tested... it was determined the wrong solution to process the perm was used for color treated hair. My hair was fried. I reached out to her, but nothing really. Ive spent hundreds and hundreds of dollars on shampoos, conditioners, products, conditioning treatments, frequent cuts for dead ends etc. And still my hair looks awful. Its soembarrassing. She has never reached out to me to see if there is anything she can do, if she can help fix her mistake, provide any assistance. This is NOT the salons fault. A little empathy from the stylist would go a long way. Beware of perms from her.

As you can see from the responses to previous reviews, the owner is unprofessional. Down below she chastises someones review because it came 6 months later. Let me tell you, not all people run home and post reviews immediately after a service.That being said, I am posting a review a YEAR after my service. Feel free to look me up, as I HAVE been to your salon. I came to have full highlights done on my already blonde hair. Basically just needed my roots gone. I was given an initial quote of $75 dollars. This was literally in the chair. After the service, which took about 3 hours, I was charged about $150. My highlights were barely noticeable. I dont think the bleach was left on long enough, and I wasnt toned. I asked the receptionist why I was charged double for my service, and she said b/c it took longer than expected. Not. My. Fault.If I wanted to pay that much for a full highlight on shoulder length hair, Id go to a more upscale salon/spa type of establishment. With these prices, Im not sure how they will keep up with competition considering I can walk across the road to Mane Avenue and have full highlights done for $85.I will await my rude and unprofessional response from the owner, as she clearly doesnt respond well to constructive criticism.

I have gone to stylist Catie for several years and she consistently does outstanding cuts and color. Its a peaceful Christian atmosphere where you will always be greeted with a smile

I typically dont write reviews but I just have to on this. I just moved to the area and didnt know of any salons close to me. I was able to get right in which was great. I brought in a picture with me of wanting a long bob and for my bangs to be trimmed to the middle of my eyebrows. I walked out 1 hour and 45 min later and my bangs were way above my eyebrow and my hair was waaaay shorter than I wanted. I keep hoping that it will grow quickly. Ive been looking into ways to grow my hair out quickly because I feel horrible about the way I look due to my haircut. I dont want to get it fixed because it would be even shorter. So upset.....

I have been a client for many years and have always left the salon looking better than I hoped. Senise and staff are amazing!!

My apt was at 6:30 I got there a little early as I always show up early than late. I walked in at 6:05, no one at the desk so I just sat down because not one person looked up and acknowledge that someone had just walked in. Not a hi go ahead and have a seat someone will be with you. Nothing! So I sat there for 20 mins. Before someone came out to say a word to me. It’s now 6:25 (in my head I said to my self if someone don’t come talk to me by 6:30 I’m leaving) so the receptionist saved that by 5 mins. She didn’t ask who I was when she walked up just looked at me like I wasn’t supposed to be there with a dumb look on her face. So I told her who I was and who I had a apt with she mumbled something and walked away came back like a min later and handed me something to fill out then ran away again. So I sat that behind the desk when I was done with it. It’s now 6:38 when the girl who cut my hair came out. Didn’t say hi my name is Mandy (the one who I had a apt with) just hi Sheena and pretty much gave me a look like follow me so idk if Mandy cut my hair or not. But the one who did cut my hair ended up being pretty cool and did a good job on my hair. It’s about a inch to short but I still like it. So not even mad about that. But I will not return because of the way I felt when I walked in. So that’s why I only gave a three star and only reason I gave that much is because of the unknown girl that cut my hair.
