The owner was rude. She rushed while doing my nails and my nails are definitely not done correctly. I was going to get a pedicure but decided not to at this location. I will take my money where its valued and appreciated

Well, If I could give a zero star I would. We will never go back to this place again! Worst experience we have ever been to! Both me and my daughter was supposed to have got our nails done … they did my daughters and totally ignored me so I did not get to get mine done. Everyone of my daughters nails are on crooked. She wanted a different color design on one of her fingers and they told her no that they only did solid colors. They was very rude! So $40 for a set of nails. Waste of time and money because now I’ve got to go somewhere else to get her nails redone because hers are so bad. Don’t go here trust me you will be disappointed.

I Used Lisa for pedicures for years, and she did an amazing job. Great personal service. Sie is no longer there and apparently the 2 girls working have a time limit - horrible pedicure done in 8 minutes. Does anyone know where Lisa Works

I went to get my toes done today. They got to me right as I walked in. Sat me in a chair. I sat there for two hours. When it was my turn They waited on someone that had gotten there last and only waited about 20 minutes. Me and then lady next to me was next. I got my shoes on and walked out. Worst experience ever and will NEVER be back to this place. What a joke!

I love these folks and have been going to them for acrylic nails and for pedicures for years.

The only reason I’m giving this two stars is because my pedicure was amazing. My manicure was just awful. I got a fill-in and my nails look horrible. I was charged an extra $5 for a design on just one nail per hand and it looks absolutely awful, the paint on my nails is bubbled up and looks like a five year old painted them. I was rushed while she was painting and I have two spots where I hit my nails on the gel light trying to get out of her way because she was shoving my hands. She acted like she was in a hurry and it shows. My nails are also all different shapes. Worst experience I have ever had with a manicure. Never again will this place get my business.

-10 Absolutely horrible experience! I got a pedicure for myself and a manicure for a friends little girl. The lady we had was rude and the manicure didnt even cover the whole fingernail. She didnt change her gloves between my pedicure and another customers. I was getting a lighter green color and white. The other lady was getting a hot pink. This same women got into an arguement with another customer there that day complaining that the nail polish didnt cover the whole fingernail. Hm. That sounds familiar. Horrible atmosphere all around. Needless to say, I will NOT be going back.

This is my fave place in the shoals to get pedis! I’m always comfortable because the employees are friendly but I don’t feel like I have to make conversation the whole time. I just melt into the massage chairs and they always take care of me. Very clean, the water stays nice and warm, and I like the pretty cloud mural on the ceiling

Walked in at 4:59 for a pedicure and was told they were closed. Their business hours clearly state 6:00pm.

2:30p. I get told they couldnt do my toes. The worker was rude. Very unprofessional. I would have waited as I saw they were busy. I probably wont be back.

Did not paint my whole nail and when i asked her to fix it she aggressively grabbed my hand, also did not shape my nails on sides

Terrible experience.i went here with a friend and the owners were rude. it took forever to receive service even though we were the only ones there. the employees were very pushy and kept reminding us that they closed in two hours. we were greatly overcharged even though our nails were NOT in good shape when we left. they didn’t allow my polish to dry and the coats and acrylics were very uneven. don’t waste your money here. we won’t go back.

I’ve been here twice. the workers were nice but there are not many options for shapes. the polish was not put on evenly at all.

I didn’t have a good experience here at all they cut my fingers my nails look horrible and I was here from 12pm-3pm because they wouldnt finish anyone at one time but they would hop from one person to the next. I dont recommend anyone to come here

DO NOT GO HERE!! I wish I had read these reviews before we went here today! This is by far the WORST place ever! Our nails are uneven and look pitiful!! We kept telling them to fix them, but nothing made them look better. They over charged what other places in this area charge. Honestly, this place needs to be shut down ASAP!!!

My nails and toes are horrible. I spent over a 100$ and I’m very disappointed. I got a full set and it looks like I’ve had these nails 3 weeks. Never again!!

So, i went to get just a fill in and i didn’t have a good experience. WARNING: don’t go there. First off my sisters nail polish didn’t even cover the whole finger nail. Second they didn’t even take all the color off from my last set so i have to get the same exact color. Third, i needed a new nail on a two nails so they did that and the nails were wayy to big for my finger. Another thing is that about 15 min after, the paint started pealing. I will say that they have very great customer service but this place is very unprofessional. I usually get my nails done in cullman at a place called Nail Spa and I do recommend it and i can say ik how they are supposed to look bc i’m a usual, and i can tell that this place is veryyy unprofessional.

I got a pedicure and manicure at Studio Nails and loved it. Great massage and the workers took their time and were very friendly! Would go back and recommend to anyone.

I went for a pedicure today 4/15/19. The girl cut my cuticle & made it bleed, then said oops did you feel that. Of course I did, then she cut my toenail to short on one side & no way to fix it. So I have to let my toenail grow out to be able to have polish on it. Then they proceeded to tell me I owe $25. I said” even though she cut my cuticle & messed up my toenail? They responded with “ Yes it is $25.” I then say I will never be back here & that this is ridiculous. No owner spoke with me of apologized. Would not recommend this place to anyone.

Waste of time and money. Probably the worst fill in Ive ever had. Why rush through a job that is so detail oriented? I had three different people work on my nails. I wish I had looked at the reviews before I went.

I took my daughter there today. The lady who did the pedicure on my 5 year old said two things to her. It took her maybe 10 mins to complete her pedicure. After she painted her toe nails she never came back to see if they were dry or anything. She also had a scowl on her face the whole time. This is not how children should be treated at a business. It’s $20 for a child’s pedicure and $25 for an adult. My daughter received a quick 10 minute pedicure and then had to wait another 15-20 mins on me.The lady who did my pedicure was much more friendly and polite.I feel like this place is very busy and they put you in and push you out like cattle. I will not be back. I prefer paying more for a better service especially for my daughter who loves these types of things.I also feel like at a business establishment people should dress as if its so. Some of the ladies who work there look like they came in their pajamas and didn’t want to be there in the first place.I really do not like posting negatively about a business, but it is what it is.

I told them when I got there I wanted my nails a certain way .the guy told me 30 dollars .I paid he filled in my nails.Not a problem, I told the young lady what I wanted and gave her a 5 dollar tip.Then she said she didnt do designs that a certain lady done that.she went on and painted my nails and I asked when are they dry.she said they should be dry.they were not dry .they are sticky and messy . the certain lady came and wanted 6 dollars more ..then I told her I have gave the other lady 5 dollars to do it and she said well I will charge you 5 then.then she said 3 dollars a nail.I just left.I have messy nails and paid 35 dollars for them.I will not be back!

I just moved to the area and gave them a try well to start they dont take there time and I picked out a color and apparently I guess the lady did not like it so she changed it to another color and they rush through the pedicure they are not worth the money I paid for and the lady needs to keep her hands off of peoples purses and they talk to each other in there own language thinking people dont understand them and some people do while doing my and my daughters nails, they were making fun of the ladies sitting waiting for their nails to dry and then they were talking about other people in there, which is not very professional, Im sorry, I even went and it was a waste of my money. I could have went to another salon, got a better pedicure for less the money and not being talk about and notice they dont even sanitize their chairs, or where you put your feet are anything they Just wipe them down with water. They dont even clean the tables, that is not sanitary at all someone needs to go in and look around and another thing there was a lady in there that came in after us, and she was done before us because they rushed through it, and she was getting her nails dry, the guy came up and said, tip tip, and then the lady apparently didnt give them a tip, because theyre horrible, they dont deserve a tip, and then they went back and was talking among themselves, talking about everybody in there, thats disrespectful, and these people should be shut down I would not give them a review but u have do at least give a one. So I spent all that money yesterday on a pedicure for my daughter and myself and going and turning around and getting a real pedicure today.

I got my nails done Friday night. I had 5 different people do my nails. None of them knew what they were doing. I had the acrylic all over my fingers! The person who painted my nails would only do one coat, I had to pester her to do another coat. When I got home I was picking the acrylic off my skin. Here we are Sunday morning. My nail broke...from opening a cabinet in my kitchen. I have never had problems when I got them done at Walmart. Im so upset that it broke when I was being so gentle. Unfortunately all the nail salons are closed today and I have to wait till tomorrow to get it fixed elsewhere.

We had a very unpleasant experience at Nails Studio for my daughters 10 year old birthday party. They were very rude, not accommodating, and at times displaying irritation for small requests such as 5 girls being able to sit together for a birthday party. I would NOT recommend this establishment for any organized event .

Worst nail salon customer service ever . I went in there and got my nails done (Wednesday July 17 2019 ) I asked for coffee shaped nails and was not given what I asked for . They were not shaped correctly and then now (Wednesday July 24 )2019 all my nails have fallen off because of poor work put into them and because there tools are not sanitary I have a fungal infection on my right pinky nail. I called and asked if they would refund me my money and they refused and said it was my fault and that they aren’t responsible for be being a nasty person? I wouldn’t recommend these people to my worst enemy, please do not get your nails done here .

This is the absolute worst nail salon Ive ever been to. I absolutely hate having 6+ people working on my nails. They never get done right. I was there last weekend and they charged $7 more than they should have and a man that was working there was just laughing about it cause he knew exactly what he did. Worst customer service ever. Not to mention a female worker attacked me awhile ago and clipped my nails off when I asked her to fix a nail. This business needs shut down.

I have been here four times with the last two times being bad service. They rushed to get the service done. I paid for an enjoyable relaxing time but did not receive what I paid for. Plus...I had to go some where else to get my nails repaired.

Hope this is the right salon Im giving a horrible rating to! I wouldnt even give them one star if I didnt have to in order to write this review! They are the rudest nail salon you can go to here in Florence! I have given them several chances and I will not go back! Every time I go they play musical chairs when doing my nails. One person will start them, then another will come swap with them, and then another! This is the absolute worst place to go for your nails and even pedicures! They dont even dress presentable and are so rough with your hands! Dont even get me started on their disrespectful mouths! I WILL NOT GO BACK! I advise you not even to waste your time and money here! Their nails dont last longer than a week! Usually mine will last me 2-3 weeks before having to get them filled in! These only last about a week before breaking off! (No Im not rough with my hands at my jobs or anywhere else for that matter!) if you like this salon then thats fine but I have to state my opinion and at least try to help some people from wasting their money! I hate to leave a bad review but the I cannot tolerate the rudeness and disrespect from this place!

Nail fungus from pedicure!! Unclean!! Several family members went the same day for pedicures. All had a different nail tech and nail color. Weeks later we removed nail polish to discover we each had a toe nail fungus.

Inconsistent depending on individual. Usually adequate for the Florence nail salon selections.

I feel they they didn’t pay much attentions to my nails while they were working on them. They are ugly and to short. There service is hard to communicate with. I would not suggest going to this nail place, unless your ok with bad service and ugly nails

I asked them for frenchtips and a manicure they didnt do the manicure at all then they used a naildrill and ripped my cuticle. Then with the tips they didnt make sure it fit my nail correctly and drilled my nails again put this stuff on my cuticle and started burning. And after that put acrylic on my nail got nail glue and acrylic on my skin told them two of my nails were hurting the lady got this clear liquid put it on there and said is that better. Didnt take the tips off to fix them so they wouldnt hurt then got the nail file and was rubbing my skin while filling the tips. With the clearcoat she didnt cover the whole nail then said they were dry and they werent dry . I only seen one girl with gloves that done pedicure and the ones doing manicures didnt have any gloves on at all working on multiple people and not washing there hands. And you dont have one person doing your nails its two or three people doing your nails .She keep pulling my hand to her and held my fingers tight and was being rough with my hands.I will never be going back here again my nails actually hurt to touch them

If there was an option to leave no stars that is what Id give. Worst customer service, terrible work on nails, and absolutely no consistency. Ive been here a few times as a last resort whe. My usual place is booked. I promise you today 5 different people worked on my nails before they were done.. as soon as one person started someone would tell the person to go help another customer and another person would pick up where they left off. I litterally got gel polish on my fingers and toes (thats all no mani pedi) I was there almost 2 hours. One lady even sat the LED light on my toes ruining the polish then had the audacity to say it was my fault. The guy that worked on my nails also had polish all over my hand, and the girl that took her place had to clean up his sloppy work. She is the only one that seemed to care and as soon as she got started painting they made her go help someone else!! I DO NOT CARE HOW BAD I NEED MY NAILS DONE, I will paint them my self before I go back there. Worst $50 I ever spent.PS the guy that got polish all over my hand is the one pictured in the featured photos advertising the page. :)

I cant even give them one star because that is how bad they are!Im new to the area and I went there for the first time and I will never go back there and definitely wouldnt recommend them to anyone! Here is why I got my nails done there on Friday 10th and my nails looked like Ive done them myself which I wasnt happy with it. When I get my nails done it takes me a week and half to two weeks before I need new refill but these looked like I needed to get refill the next day! I also asked to cut them really short and make them square so they were supposed to be square but some look round and some look square and nails arent fully covered in nail polish and they have way too many layers of nail polish plus they look like they need a refill because thats how bad they look.. they honestly didnt put enough effort on my nails. Awful service!Dont recommend them to anybody!!

Worst nail experience by far. Had to wait forever and workers were very disrespectful. Dont go unless you want to pay 3 prices!! Friend got stiletto nails and had to pay extra for length, wouldnt have been as bad if they told me it would cost extra before they cut them that way. I will NOT be returning!!

I visit family here 2x per year and we like to come get a group pedi. We never get great results but this time the service was down right rude! I had just gotten a pedi less than a week ago and wanted just a polish change. They seated us all together in the pedi chairs and had water for me-guess they misunderstood. When I said no, just polish change, chatter insued over my change, my lady moved to another and the new lady assigned to me began to slap on polish (literally). She put one coat and about a 1/4 coat of clear ONLY because I insisted. Then asked me to leave my family eventhough they had 4-5 chairs still open! RUDE! They will never get our business again!

Worst place for manicures and pedicures. I got acrylic nails and the guy who did it messed up tremendously! I had to have him take them off and completely redo it. But I had to watch him and keep correcting his mistakes!!! So mad and unsatisfied!!!!

My nails just would NOT dry after so long under their dryer and so they ended up ruined! The price was also high.

I came with my mother to get my nails done today. It was the most horrible experience! Four or five different people worked on my nails and I kept having to repeat myself. The man who glued on the nails was nice and did a great job. But the lady who cut them cut them horribly! Uneven, none of them the same length, and she did not even do the style I wanted. A new lady came and I had to explain what I wanted and they had to re-cut my nails, and the lady from before came and cut them EVEN WORSE! And started saying disrepectful things to me! There are chunks of acrylic left under my nails, making them look wonky. I never got the shape I wanted and the tops of my nails are uneven and look awful. They cant even paint them right! Theres paint all over my fingers and the paint on my nail looks awful. There was acrylic left under my mothers nails, they painted the wrong color, and they were shaped so wrong they had to start all over! Dont waste your time or money here.

This location is reported to open at 10am on sundays, however that is not the case. Not sure what time they open, seeing how no sign is posted showing business hours. 👎👎👎👎
