Overall my nails turned out good - I just got gel nails, nothing fancy. I did have to wait 45 min to even sit in the chair, and it didnt seem clean, and organized.

Me and my mother got our nails done and I got a full set and left with my cuticles bleeding and uneven nails. My mom got a pedicure and they told her they couldnt do the nail art she wanted and it was just a flower. It was our first time trying a new nail salon we will definitely not be back or recommend to anyone else.

I had been here 1 time before back in March and they did an awesome job, so I made an appointment for 2pm on a Saturday to get my nails done for my upcoming baby shower. I showed up 10 minutes before my appointment time and was seated at a nail station right away. I had 2 different people work on my nails. The first was a man who was very nice, very friendly and we had good conversation while I was at his station. He put the nail tips on, did the acrylic and filing and sat me at a different station to get the design I wanted on my nails. The person who did the design was a woman who was also very nice and friendly. I wanted a 3D flower design on each ring finger nail and she did a beautiful job. One of the best set of nails Ive ever had done. It was a pleasant experience from beginning to end and I will absolutely be back for my fill in. I dont think Ill ever go to a different salon. Great customer service and the place was very clean as well. I HIGHLY recommend this place. THANK YOU, UV SPA NAILS!!!💜

This place is very unprofessional I do not recommend. I had an appointment for my birthday scheduled hours in advance for 4:30pm 7/18 I arrived 5 min early was told I had to wait an additional hr because they had walk ins even though I provided my # when booking the appointment no one reached out to let me know of the change which did not work for my schedule. I was left with my nails undone and no other salon to go to because of this last minute change on this Sunday afternoon. Terrible terrible professionalism no one even offered to make things right with their scheduling error. I will not be back!

They had pretty good service attitude wise but I wasn’t to satisfied. I went here for my first manicure in a couple years but even I know that it wasn’t done correctly. I ordered gel on my natural nails and a manicure but only received the gel even though I paid for both. They didn’t do anything besides slap on some gel. They didn’t really get all of my nail filled either so I outgrew the gel very quickly. I was hoping they would at least do my cuticles. I sound really whiny but they didn’t try very hard lol. I thought it was very pretty before I left but when I walked out I noticed big air bubbles in almost every nail. After about a day the bubbles were filled with basically any substance that could get in them. They were very visible but I ignored them. They started peeling and chipping within around 3 days. It’s a good price but for the quality if the nails it should’ve been a little cheaper. The employees were very sweet and made good conversation and I’m glad about that but they didn’t try to hard on the nails.

I was a bit nervous after reading some of the reviews but Im glad I decided to take a chance. Everyone was polite and got me in and out. The man that did my full set made me feel comfortable, had good conversations and did an amazing job on my set. The other guy that did my pedicure asked throughout my pedicure if everything feels good and he also gave me a suggestion on going with a darker shade and I appreciate it. Overall the experience was great. Ill definitely be back 🤗

Called way ahead to make an appointment for me and my friend for full sets and they told me to come in @ 2. Took my friend back 20 minutes late and finally by 3 o’clock I had to walk out and they were just finishing putting the tips of her nails on 40 minutes later. Definitely need better time management.

Went in to get my nails done asked if they had a wait for me and my daughter. They said they could see us. The lady doing my nails was rushing because they got busy after she started on my nails. My cuticles were cut to where they were bleeding. There was acrylic digging into the side of my finger, and after they finished my nails she said she couldnt do my daughter because they were too busy. I do not suggest going here. Poor quality and poor service.

The only reason I’m giving this place 1 star is because I have to! I actually give it negative 10 stars! The lady giving me a pedicure was very rough and stabbed me with her tools. When I told her it hurt she got an attitude. Then she started throwing my feet around. I decided I wasn’t going to pay for terrible service and decided to leave. She then proceeded to scream at me from the back of the salon calling me a bit$& and threatened to slap me in the face! I will never spend my money in that salon and no one else should either!

FINALLLY!!!! A decent nail place in Northern Kentucky, and boy have I been to quite a few. This place was clean, timely, and professional. I am a licensed cosmetologist and know what a good full set looks like. They gave me a very nice full set. Vincent was very friendly, he talked to me for most of service, which I enjoyed. Little pricey, but comparable to other places in the area. I will be returning here from now on.

Got my little girls and sisters nails done they loved it

Went on a Saturday and it was a little busy but good! My nails look great. My only complaint would be they sat us next to a stranger with no barrier. My normal nail place has barriers up between seats. There were three of us together, and a counter with three seats, yet they put us next to strangers. It was really weird.

Review from my wife: This place is great; friendly people, quality gel mani/pedi, good pricing. Im giving it 4 stars because I wasnt overly impressed with the atmosphere, specifically the fact that it seemed disorganized (lots of supplies lying around, as well as a disorganized check-in process.) They also could benefit from a refresh of the decor/furniture. But with the positive things mentioned, I would definitely come back if I am ever in the area again.

Ive been to a few different nail salons in the area and UV is by far the best Ive been to. Vi does an excellent job with all the designs I request. Have only had a problem with one set she did and I came back a couple days later and she fixed it for me no charge. I will continue to be a regular for sure.

Love the staff, the way they do my nails and they do the best pedicures I have ever had! I do have a favorite, but I am not telling or they will never be available for me. Everybody is so nice! Sometimes there is a wait, because they do a great job, so if you are in a hurry, you may have to come back another time.

Refused to fix two broken nails of mine because they were too busy and laughed telling me to go elsewhere when the nails were just done there the other day and I wanted the exact color of course so duh I’m going back to the same salon ? But never again someone who laughs in my face doesn’t deserve money anyways.

Love this place. And the women that owns it, is great at nail art. Would def ask for her. I will always go here for my nails. Price is sorta high. So that’s a downfall. But I guess it’s worth it, with the art work I get done.

Fantastic service. My 10 year old and I got dip nails and deluxe pedicures and the technicians were amazing. They took their time and treated us both with such care. Will definitely be regulars. Best service Ive ever had and a great atmosphere!!

I have been going to this salon for the last 5 years, and Vi and her husband do great work!!!! They do gel, acrylic and SNS nails and a version of sns gel nails where they apply the powder with a brush, sounds simple, right? But they last longer, have a little flex so they are less likely to snap than acrylics. The best part is you can go for a “fill-in”, rather than removing the sns nails every time. So much faster!!!! In the 5 years I have been going to UV Nail salon I have had one nail break, and never had one “lift” where you get hair caught under the nail when styling or washing your hair!!! Last but not least.... during the quarantine, my nails stayed intact for two months!!!!! The color was a little dull, but I was able to clip them off without damaging my natural nails!!!!!

The pedicure was really nice and thorough, way more expensive than it would’ve been somewhere else but honestly worth it, the lady took her time and did a great job. However, I asked for a new set of dip nails and somehow ended up with acrylics, and got charged extra for coffin shape (that I didn’t ask for and wasn’t told was extra until she had already shaped them). I left having spent $130 and not even happy with the outcome after being in there for 3 hours.

Updated below....I love this place! The facility is clean, the technicians are friendly and skilled, and the price is right. The two oldest girls and I went together the other day. We got Gel and holographic foils done. Its been a week and our nails are still beautiful, and thats saying something because these girls can really do some damage lol. We will be returning again shortly before school starts to have them done again!So I had to come to update my original review, because this place will not stand behind the work they do. I paid for 3 gel sets for myself and my girls they were very poorly done, and not even what they asked for, but Viv(the owner/technician) made them feel bad for saying anything other than no its okay. However I was the adult and I was they paying customer so it was not okay. I tried to resolve this issues for days with them, beginning that very night. We had the respect to see that the salon was full of waiting customers and chose to handle the matter privately, but apparently that was a mistake on my part because they chose not to fix the problem... I will never do business with these people again. AVOID AT ALL COST!

Went in to have one nail repaired and all nails polished that Id had done where I live, I left with lumpy bumpy messed up nails and was charged $55 for my nails to look way worse than if a blind person had done them. Went back to ask them to remove the excess acrylic that was under my nails out and got told to go stand outside. After standing for 10 mins I decided to leave. DO NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE MAJOR RIP OFF.

I moved here two years ago and i tried so many different salons before coming here but ever since my co-worker told me about it a year and a half ago i have been coming here ever since. I love all the employees and they always do excellent work even when i only get solid colors people still compliment my nails everywhere i go. I definitely recommend going here

I went here to get my nails done for the first time and I was very pleased. I got acrylic nails with gel polish and a pedicure. The nails turned out very nice. None of their stuff is watered down and everyone is very polite. Because their native language isnt English, it was difficult to describe what I wanted, especially since Id never gotten my nails done before. We eventually figured out what I wanted, which was acrylics. She seemed to be a little rough with the application, but it didnt ruin my nails or cuticles.

The acylic wasnt filed down enough so within 3 days I has a big hump which made them look horrible. The lady who done daughters did great! I believe her name is V. To top it off I was charged $20 more than my daughters.

I love this place. Owners are wonderful. They are great about listening to what the customer wants. I am incredibly picky and like to file my own nails. Some nail techs find this insulting, no matter how much i explain, but not here. They want the customer to be happy and are so sweet, honestly. I could go on about V and her husband all day. They are the best.

The lady who worked with me this morning was a MASTER! In 30 minutes I had a brand new set of gel French tips that were gorgeous. And thats while she was prepping another girl who had no appointment and was trying to get her nails done before work! (No shade for the girl, just praise for the woman!) Theyre priced very well and their quality is fantastic. This was my first experience here but Ill definitely be going back.

Ive been going to spa nails on mall road in Florence Ky for over 10 years & I liked them. One day my nail tech. wasnt there so I tried sky nails & it was more than awful. Again, my nail tech. wasnt at spa nails so I decided to try another new place with the hopes of liking it so I could just go to both whenever. Today I tried UV Spa & I love it. Ill never go any where else. Definitely worth more than 5 stars.

2 of us went and got a pedi. One guy did mine and the women did the other person that was with me. I must say they did an amazing job. They didnt rush and made us feel real comfortable. We will definitely be back.

They stand by there product and if there is any issue with your nails they will fix them. Very friendly and kind even when a customer has had a bad day, they will try and make you smile and feel better.

I came in to get my nails done as a celebratory gift for finding out I was pregnant after 10.years of trying and this experience was horrible. The nail tech put the initial tip on super crooked. I asked 3 times for it to be removed and replaced. She ignored me So I took it off myself . After that happened she was rude. She then overcharged me for a fs. I told her I wanted all white with diamonds. She said 70. Then when it came down to putting the diamonds on she switched up and tried to charge me 30 dollars extra for 2 ring fingers ! Needless to say I wont be back. Dont waste your money ! Youve been warned

After being a loyal customer for over 2 years....A few weeks ago I went in for gel nails but the staff put dipped nails on me. When I questioned the guy and asked what was he doing he said don’t WORRY you will like them. It’s much better than gel. So I reluctantly permitted him to. But it was not what I requested. He knew I was not happy!! When I returned in 2 weeks and requested gel nail refills the same guy said that he had to remove all my nails and then put on new nails. I refused because it would have been painful as my nails were still very intact. Also he never explained the prior time that new nails had to be installed each time you get dipped. He then clearly explained to me that every time I get dipped nails that they would have to remove my existing nails and put new tips on and start over. I said no sir I do not ever want to endure that process. It’s too frequent and it’s painful. They made a big deal over me declining their dipped service. So feeling a bit put off, they completed my pedicure and eyebrows. Mrs. V kept asking me if I wanted the dipped nails while she did my eyebrows. I kept refusing and tried to explain to her that the guy had put them on without my upfront permission 2 weeks prior. Btw they never asked which pedicure I wanted. They always ask which level of pedicure. They charged me for the most expensive pedicure when I checked out then got belligerent because I declined again when I checked out because Mrs. V asked me AGAIN if I wanted the dipped nails. I said again I refuse to have my nails removed and redone. Then miraculously Mrs. V said we can actually use your existing nails and do a gel refill. When I explained to her at the register that the male staff had told me he could not (btw she was involved in the earlier conversation with he and I) she said it’s all a misunderstanding. He can use your existing nails that were dipped 2 weeks ago and do a gel refill right now. I refused!!!! I felt like they were vultures trying to force me to obtain a service that I never wanted from the beginning but it was pushed upon me. They humiliated me in front of their customers and tried to make me look like I was the problem. I will NEVER patronize this business. They have dishonest business dealings.

I tried to like this place after hearing so many people have good experiences here but the two times I visited werent great. The staff and nail techs are really nice but both times my nails were subpar at best. The first time the shape was wrong and the acrylic was too thick. The second time, the nail polish used was old and didnt go on smoothly and once again, the acrylic was too thick.

I haven’t been to this salon but I was considering it. Unfortunately the bad reviews and your responses to those bad reviews is enough for me to go elsewhere. I’m not saying the customer is always right but if you want customers to come back even after a bad experience you should probably show a little more class.

Always friendly and they do AMAZING work! I always get compliments on my nails. If you want them to design your design - it will be great! If you dream up or find something and want that design - they can replicate it for you. So creative! Gel nails are fast, a little more expensive, but last and get you out the door w/no worries about ruining your nails on the drive home. I would never go anywhere else!

I was impressed with speed of my mani/pedi. Only complaint was I wanted toes to match fingernails. Toes are gel, fingers are dipped so understand may not have same color, but would have liked them to be closer in color. Otherwise, I am very happy

This place literally does not even deserve one star. Paid $40 for a fill in, lady was very rude and did an awful job on my nails. I waited longer than the time she spent doing my nails. She messed up and tried to blame me. It was obvious that I was upset on how my nails looked but she just wanted me out of there. Polish is chunky and missing on parts of my nails. & it’s all over my skin. If you want horrible nails and even more horrible service go here! Wish I could add pictures to this post.

If I could leave less than one star I would. I paid for two full sets and somehow my total was $110. I was confused on how my total was this much and asked. She told me that my shape and my friend’s was an additional $10, but we were never told that. I did get a design and anticipated paying more than $35 (what they charge for a full set), but not this much more. I was also in there for TWO HOURS!! I will never be returning here again. There are bubbles in my nail polish and my nails are uneven. DO NOT GO HERE

Mr. V and his wife were most excellent to my mother and I. Quality job, good prices. Salon was clean, quiet and not crowded. They were curtious and listened to our preferences as well as answered our questions. Defiantly coming back!

The manicurist/pedicurist was rough when handling my pedicure. She didnt speak to me or look at me. Felt rushed to leave during drying process after pedicure. They want to cram as many people in there as they can get in a short amount of time. I will wait for a full spa experience next time. This did not even resemble a spa experience. Will never go back.

Took two with me. We all had pedi. All our polish smeared while there. They half way fixed it. We went home and hours later it still wasnt dry and more came off. We called two of us went back at open on the day of my sons graduation....got home and 2 hours later it slid off off my toes again. I should have just flushed 100 dollars down the toilet and it would have been less frustrating...esp since I live 30 miles from there.

Came for a mani pedi on Saturday evening bc my regular spot had closed...while my pedicure was satisfying my nails were a completely different story. I had some old shelac on my nails normally it is soaked of in the aluminum foil wraps...well I guess the lady was in a hurry bc she brought over the electric file they use when you get acrylics and was getting the shelac off that way which she misused and damaged my pinky nail I had to pull my hand away bc it hurt she also nipped two fingers when cutting my cuticles she also did not shape them correctly and I had to ask her to fix them. I got regular polish this time around just to conserve on a lil money and I woke up sunday morning to multiple chipped nails so it didnt even last a full 24 hours. I couldnt make it back on sunday but did come in on Monday only for them to act like its normal for regular polish not last even one day but they said they would touch them up so I sit to wait to be seen for about 20 mins only so I can be asked to come back tomorrow. Completely ridiculous to let someone wait then ask them to come back another day. I will not be back..damaged nails and crappy customer service..Henry who did my pedicure was awesome other than that I would not recommend this place he is the only reason they get 2 stars
