This was my first time and probably my last time going here . I understand people have other things to get done / want to enjoy their weekend ( as do I ) but when someone’s paying for a service it shouldn’t be rushed . My nails aren’t absolutely horrible but they definitely could have looked better . ( there’s pieces of lint in them, it’s not smooth on my ring & index fingers and to be honest I could have done this at home ) Money, I’m not tripping over I can make that back but it was a waste of my time more than anything. I was in Florence from NC for a day procedure with my mother and decided to get pampered while I waited on her. I found this gem via google. EXCELLENT service provided by gracious and professional staff. Netta blessed these feet and Michelle blessed my hands. I came in as a walk-in and even though they ALL had appointments scheduled, they still worked me in and did not make me feel like it was an inconvenience. 10 out of 10...highly recommend.

Netta is my nail tech. She does an excellent job. It is always a pleasure going to the shop. I get a good laugh and some beautiful nails and feet! They are all friendly and professional!!

I am new to the area and was looking for a go-to place to get my nails done regularly. I went to a different salon and received mediocre service so I continued my search. I am so happy I found Michellz Nailz. My mom and I were walk-ins and were accepted with kindness. We chose our colors from a vast selection and sat in the clean and hospitable waiting area until the nail technicians were ready for us. Genevieve and Amaya were fantastic at their craft and met every expectation. Mom and I left so happy and relaxed.Things to know:-Michelle runs a very clean salon, taking steps to ensure everyone present is safe and comfortable. She has a wonderful attitude and her employees are professional.-Walk-ins are welcome but must arrive at least an hour before closing. Appointments are recommended.-The salon offers a range of nail services (manicures, pedicures, gels, natural, polish changes, overlays…) and the technicians will make you very comfortable during your services.-The salon is open Monday through Saturday and accepts cards for payment with a 3% convenience fee. Cash is accepted (and I am sure appreciated!).

This was my first time here and Im coming back.. This place is so amazing and they are very attentive to the little details. Im all the way from NJ and fell in love with their service and how sweet and nice they are.

Cancellations of a high nature are not tolerated, so youll be subjected to walk in status. For how long that status of determined by the individual nail artist. The staff is extremely nice! I enjoyed the music in the background while getting a pedicure. They also also fast and neat. Would definitely go back again! Highly recommend!

I love coming to a salon where I KNOW I will love my nails when I leave. They cater to their clients to make sure they get exactly what they want. The atmosphere is always nice, professional, but still fun. The entire team in the salon is nice and professional.I never have trouble making an appointment with Amayah. It’s as simple as telling her what’s days and times I’m available and she works me in.If live in the area or will be visiting you NEED to be serviced here. The best in this area.
