I only give one star because I dont have a way to give less than a star. This company placed me once and seemed like a great company. Now they NEVER take my calls or return them when they say they will. I found a job with (Job Center) and they are AMAZING to deal with. Job Center will return your calls as well as work with you on any issues you may have. Job Center treats you like they need/want you. If you wanna be a disposable number the use Aerotek. If you want people to work with you and treat you good, use Job Center!

My friend had an interview with them and they told them to call back the next day. They did and no one answered for days and they refused to pick up the phone to even say that they didn’t get the job. Super unprofessional.

I was in the lobby waitin for a recruiter and this blonde woman Jana or Jenna walked up to the reception desk and was acting really rude to the lady that works there. She about bring her to tears. I sat waitin half hour and no one came to meet with me. I went to the job store same day and got job.

After working at a contract site for over 2 weeks I had not yet received a paycheck even though payday is every week and others hired the same day as me already received theirs. Come to find out aerotek completely ignored my changed address I put in when filling out applications and sent my check to a different state. No one could call or email and ask if this was where to send my check even though Im working in a different state then where they sent it.

I think most of the positive reviews on here are from family and friends of the recruitment team. I have nothing but issues contacting them and they also seem to not be able to keep phone meetings when scheduled. The office rarely answers their phone. While in the actual office I kept hearing one of the recruits keep mumbling curse words while he was taking care of his recruits. These people are very rude as well as unprofessional. I would suggest finding employment elsewhere.

Personally, I would give zero stars, but this world is unfair. I needed a job because I lost my last to the pandemic and I was grateful when I got hired on. Come the first full week of work they send me and others home (even though I came here specifically for the overtime that is mandatory may I mind you).Very disorganized at this new building please get it together. I was supposed to be on the west coast by now, the pandemic was enough.

I am VERY impressed with Aerotek. What a professional staffing agency! The office is in a really nice suite in such a great accessible location, ground floor of the building as well. My agent Ben was a pleasure to work with in finding me a well suited position with a good company at a higher rate of pay than I ever expected. He and all the staff I dealt with were polite, courteous, very attentive with a great attitude and demeanor all together. I called Aerotek in Florence 3 times, leaving Kelsey Johnson a number of voicemails in a two week time period. After being ignored, I decided “well maybe I’ll go in in person & see if I can get a hold of her instead.”I came in, and everybody had a super lazy and poor attitude. The front desk was empty, and I said I’ve been calling for a while to no avail and I said I was looking online and wanted to reach out to Kelsey for a specific job in Florence. They went and asked her about which job, she said she was on the phone, she never came out to greet me after they tried multiple attempts. Another recruiter took over, he was extremely awkward and seemed like he didn’t really care either.Overall, they put my app into a company which I never heard back from after so many weeks. I was really bummed out. They seemed very disorganized and lazy. I went to another ageny and got a job the next day.

Ive tried to be patient with Aerotek over the past few months, but my patience is worn out. After numerous different emails and messages sent and left with no return I have reached the end of my rope with the company. I was passed off to numerous different people after the first representative didnt seem interested in finding me anything. Half of the time the jobs he offered me werent in my area of study or were over an hour and a half drive way which he and I discussed that I couldnt do. Overall Ive felt nothing but neglect from Aerotek, so personally I wouldnt recommend using them.

If I could have given them no stars I would have, the job was great but when your check does not come in the mail like they said it would they drag their feet and make up excuses, they said it was mailed on Thursday and it did not come at all, finally after a week and a half there going to stop payment on it and then overnight it to their local office so hopefully I will get it 11 days after I should have got, I dont know if its the company or just the lying recruiter named Ken ruberg, do not get this guy for a recruiter he does nothing but lie, doesnt answer your calls or voicemails or emails, terrible way to run a business.

So I was looking for a job that had anything to do with aviation. I went through a few different temp companies and no one seemed to have anything. I spoke w aerotek a few months ago and then just out of the blue Corey called me!!!! And told me about this awesome aviation job he had available! For one the fact he even remembered to call me was refreshing and he found exactly what I was looking for and has been nothing but understanding and flexible with me ever since! The whole process from getting to fill out my paperwork at home to coming into the office to sign up for my airport badge everything was smoothe professional and painless!!! Corey is the best! He consistently kept in touch to make sure I didn’t have any questions and wasn’t pushy about the schedule I wanted and he was very patient with the indecisive me! (I’m a little biased I must say) but the staff there at aerotek is just as amazing, friendly and professional! Had an amazing experience and looking forward to this job opportunity!!!

Around 2 months ago I started looking at other career opportunities in Machining and Tool & Die making. I interviewed with a couple places. One of which Aerotek sent me to. I was called a few days later and told that there was a job offer and that the dollar amount was the only thing that needed to be settled. After the job offer the following 3 weeks were filled with unanswered emails and phone calls from my recruiter Eric. He was extremely difficult to get a hold of and when I did get a hold of him, I felt like he was incompetent and in over his head. I disclosed my background to Eric and was adamant that he relay this to the client so that there would be no hiccups. I had two misdemeanors that I wanted my potential employer to be very aware of. One of which was a 4th degree assault. I understand that some employers do not like that and wanted to triple-check that my potential employer was not one of those. After being reassured by Eric and 6 weeks later finally settling on a dollar amount, I put in my two week notice. Everything was set until the last day of my two week notice when I was on my way home. I read an email stating that there is a discrepancy in my background. I had to call Eric and ask and after he said we were still waiting I had to let HIM know that we had had a discrepancy and that I needed to fill out additional paperwork. I was reassured that it wasnt a big deal and that nine times out of 10 it meant nothing. And that also if there was a problem with this client to rest assure we would get you in with another client.He was completely unaware of who i was i think. He somehow had forgotten that I wasnt even unemployed when I started this job search. And that I wasnt leaving my company because I was disgruntled. I was only leaving because the client he had proposed a career opportunity that I couldnt pass up. After 6 weeks from the initial job offer, it turned out I did not get the job because of the background that he for sure, let them know about. And now Im left unemployed and forced to try to go back to my previous employer because he was simply too ignorant to be a professional. Even after I had begged him to try and be one Thanks Eric Massa and thanks Aerotek.

Beware of aerotek. If youre placed at a job site and you want to be moved out of a position they do not care. Ive tried for over a month to move off of 2nd shift while working for a company. I eventually walked off a job because I could no longer do 2nd shift. Ive done 3 or 4 calls, a few emails, and no one followed up. A recruiter said I wasnt professional how I left the position after being at the job site for 98 days (with one call off). I was offered to be hired on 3 weeks after my 90 days but decided to decline because even then the job wouldnt let me move to third shift. I finished out the week and didnt go back to the job site. I then go back to aerotek asking them to place me somewhere else. Then the recruiter had the audacity to say I wasnt professional about what I did (in regards to walking out saying I had bad attendance) when I did all I could do to try to move off 2nd shift. I continued working for a month with no follow up from aerotek. On top of that my original recruiter left aerotek and Ive just been tossed around to different recruiters who didnt know the situation, didnt care and only sees the notes in my employee file and passed judgement off of those notes. I explained to the recruiter and gave my side of the story. The recruiter pretty much got snobby and I got fed up with her attitude and I told them you can withdraw my name because I was sick and tired of dealing with it. The recruiter got snobby with me saying I cant place you anywhere else because you walked off a job site and citing me for attendance which is bs when I tried for ever to be relocated to a new job. Claire was very unprofessional! Other than that I really enjoyed my tenure at the job site. I had a good work ethic and great attendance. The recruiters at aerotek need to have the full story before passing judgement. All she did was base her reasoning off my employee notes from what the job site gave her. And that ticked me off. In my opinion, walking off a job site due to lack of response from the staffing company is their own fault. I did what I could to get off 2nd shift and it was quiting and trying to get a new job. Poor attendance to me is calling off, no showing, and constant tardiness. I had none of that but one call off during my tenure there.

To start out I was very happy with Aerotek. Then after 5 months of a 90 day temp to hire position that company needed another 2 months because of thier financials. Hmmmm. So after that I had to wait a week for my recruiter to get back from vacation before I could even inquire about a job. So they send me to another company, again on a 90 day temp to hire basis. After my 90 days is up my boss says, I think its 4 months. Hmmmm. Doing this again? Now the 4 months is up, my employer want me hired before the holiday next week, contacts Aerotek about it and they say I got 2 more weeks. 9 months I busted my ass for these liars that misrepresent thier positions to get screwed out of holiday pay. Ethics, morals? Not at Aerotek. Above all this because the manager knew I was unhappy so he refused to call me or even acknowledge me. He forced the innocent recruiter to take the heat. No way will I ever work for clowns again. Nor will I rcm anyone to them. Going to Aerotek is like going to a used car lot. Only the salesman at the car lot will likely have more ethics and morals. They tell you what you want to hear so you accept the job. They also tell the employer what they want to hear so they accept the employee. Obviously not and honest company to deal with. Cant imagine ever needing a job so bad that a person would have to use Aerotek for a job. This Florence KY office is a disgrace to employers and humanity.
