Crown is a very professional temp agency that offers plenty of great jobs with great pay, flexible schedules, & great opportunity within the job. I haven’t dealt with the rest of the staff too much but everyone is always polite & respectful. But as far as my recruiter Natosha, she always really tries to find a job that fit my needs & wants. Rather I take a job or not she always communicates with me if she finds something new & even checks up on me to make sure I’m comfortable where I’m at. So I definitely want to commend her for that. Great place to apply to get a job they are very helpful and accommodating even during covid.

This agency sucks. Im not your typical temp agency worker so dont take that lightly. Ive been in distribution 12+ years, seen and done it all. If you operate powered equipment DO NOT use this agency, you CAN NOT DRIVE through Crown! They are too cheap to pay for the insurance for employees to run any lifts. Can you please explain to me how that is providing clients with valuable staffing resources? Yeah, you cut our skill sets, tie our hands and severely limit peoples opportunities to get involved, help out and get hired by proving your value with clients! HORRIBLE! On top of that, they automatically enroll you in expensive garbage insurance after 90 days without asking you. You will NEVER see that money again whether you cancel immediately or not. The office smells like cat urine by the way. The office staff is as polite as you are to them in my experience. My advice is If you have to use these hacks all I can say is you better read ALL the paperwork thoroughly when signing up cause they do you raw.

The employees at this place are very miserable and do not do their part and responsibilities at all and then blame you for the problem. There is one employee in particular that is very miserable her name is Carrie and she handles the workman’s comp claims and she just laughs at you like life is some sort of joke when in reality employers need better professionals working for them and maybe wouldn’t have so many unemployed people in the world!!!!! Every dog has its day!!!!!

This place is a joke.. I got a job at cengage, passed my background and drug test, done my walkthrough and they told me they would call me that day to tell me the day I start. Well its been over a week now and I call every day several times and the only thing they keep telling me is that they will give me a call back in a half an hour. Half an hour passes and no call back. I call again and the same thing is said! They are horrible at communication and need to learn how to be more organized. I was told I was gonna be starting within a couple days of applying. Yet its been a week and a half! I have a family with a baby on the way and I can not afford to play their games! Im about to call again and if they dont tell me when I can start work then ill be going somewhere else for a job!

This place is by far the most unprefessional business I have gone into. I received a call from Carrie yesterday stating that she had found my resume on Careerbuilder and had a few management positions open and proceeded to ask if I would like to set up an interview. Now mind you I have a great paying job now but who doesnt want to know whats out there. So I agree to meet at 10am. I decide to Google this business to see what they are about and I come to learn that they are a staffing firm! Why wouldnt Carrie have mentioned that. I show up on time (which is 15 minutes early) and wait in line to speak with the receptionist to whom was very professional and nice. She automatically hands me a an application. Why would I fill out an application when I have no idea what the job offer is? I tell her I am not here to fill out an app but to interview with Carrie. She asks for my i-9 documentation.... again.... why would I give you anything when o do not know what the position is or even relates to. I again Express I was not told to bring multiple forms of ID that I have my drivers license. She goes back to speak with Carrie. Comes back out and says I will not be seen without my i-9 documentation that Carrie said she told me to bring. That is a LIE because Carrie did not even mention that its a staffing firm let alone told me to bring anything. As a matter of fact I have her original VM on my phone staying she would like to interview me for management positions. Not only did you waste over an hour of my time but you really made your company look completely foolish.

They called me on a Saturday saying, we saw your resume and we would like you to come in for an interview for a job. I went in that following Tuesday filled out their application got interviewed. They said they would send my information over for a job and I did not hear back from them for a few days so I contacted them. Didnt get any return on my phone calls I even tried to email the recruiter still nothing. Then finally a week and a half after my appointment the manager calls me and said well we may have another job and I havent heard anything back from them yet. And now thats been another week. Sooooo the hell with them.

Crown is the worst company ever . My husband worked for 18 dollars a hour and cause he left the job early they gave him 7.25 a hour on his check . They are a complete scam stealing peoples hard earned money. I hope this place burns to the ground with everyone in it. Yes Im pissed.

Worst company Ive ever worked for. Worked about 2 years for them and earned an vacation in which I wanted as a payout. Was screwed out of my payout and was basically told I apparently received it weeks before I even knew I had it. Dont work for this template service!!
