So no one but the front desk receptionist was willing to see me, I filled out my applications. I did everything as instructed but the branch manager decided they closed at 3pm so I was invaluable to her time . I should’ve been seen during the two hour period I was here to be interviewed, she did not once come out to take me back. Was told I was unqualified even with education & with experience.

Worked 2 weeks. Come pay day it wasnt on the card they provided. So when we called Friday morning to ask why the card says employer needs to update information they continue to cut us off and tell us it normal for pay to not hit card till later or next day because its his first pay check. Makes no sense but whatever we waited and took her word because every time we asked anything she rudely cut us off telling us it was deposited. Come Saturday morning no pay and office closed. Very rude staff horrible pay on jobs and they dont even care if your pay goes thru or not. Making a report with BBB AS WELL!!!

Fast, Friendly & Efficient! Sunday I came across a job posting on Facebook that caught my eye. Staffmark Florence Location. I texted and received an immediate, friendly response to call back Monday during office hours. I called. Asked questions. Applied online. Boarded online. Set an appointment to come into the office for drug testing and to provide identification. The entire process took less than an hour from the comfort of my home. From the first phone call I knew I had the job so I wasnt afraid to spend to waste gas or time coming into the office. It was that simple. Upon arrival, I had to fill out a few forms and wait about 30 minutes, probably because there are other people in the world besides myself and they need jobs too. I took this as a sign of a successful agency, played games on my phone and enjoyed the air conditioning. I was entertained by the bilingual receptionist who was also helping others find jobs that suited their needs. I was surprised at how many $16+ jobs and various schedules Staffmark offers, both full and part time. Personally, Im making full time money to work 2 days per week. Sold! Amber called on me. Within 10 minutes I had completed my drug test (immediate results) and was driving home with my new job schedule in hand. Results! Courtesy! Recruiters that dont waste my time or gas! Good pay! Flex scheduling! Affordable benefits. This place has everything but dancing bears!

They made my fiance wait a whole month for 1 days pay and never answer the phone there. Plus 2 of the 3 times we went to the office it was like a ghost town. Doors open but no one in the office.

Horrible to go through. Called my friend a few times for a job at a company with me. And everytime they do the interview they fill the spot. Waste his time. Did this 4 times now. Wouldnt recommend them to anyone. They play games and string you along.

Online it says they are open at 8am, but when I showed up it was closed and locked up. I called at 9:50am and a girl.finally answers and says that they will be open in like an hour ..... How is this ok as a business! Didnt even get in the door and already a bad experience. Moving on.....

Horrible experience... told me and a roommate we cant ride together to work... screwed up pay... got times wrong for jobs. DO NOT RECOMMEND!

Stay away from this place its a joke. Cant keep you on a steady assignment and they have their favorites. Also signed up for direct deposit and they never gave it to me. Join TLC in Covington they have work and theyre more flexible.

These people are very unprofessional. They tell you one thing and do another. They will waist your time and they are very rude. Their office people need more and/or better training and definitely need training on how to slow down and speak properly. Also yes they have a horrible issues with their payroll but again that speaks to better training or firing the ones who just cant cut it. This office needs to be Whipped into shape. Dont let the name change confuse or fool you its still the same old sloppy work.

Lol this Staffmark is funny u called me every other day for work then when I call back they ask me 50 million questions. About some old work history. That I ve have been handle call in all thats its not my fault things happen but any who on top of all that try to make me take a drug test which I already took and pass this year lol stay away from this place rude and nosey.

Record, record they lie on people about jobs and there process is horrible..A lady name Abby will lie to save herself if anyone tells you to go this place after 5pm dont do it because they will be closed.After you accept a job some companies still make you do another interview with them..If you need work right away dont go here!!

This is one of the worst temp agency I have ever went through every paycheck I’ve gotten has been messed up either not being payed or missing hours it’s been weeks since I’ve been paid and I’ve called every day and yet still nothing
