They were amazing. Wonderful caring people to work for. I mostly worked with Sharon. I had to leave on bad terms due to my own personal circumstances(with no 48 hour notice on my end). But I would recommend them to anyone serious about working. If you care enough to communicate, they care enough to work with you.

Worst customer service ever. They had a better than attitude and told me I was flawed as a person. ?? Gives off the impression that they hate their job and has no respect for general public. Power issues and egotistical maniac. Wouldnt recommend to anyone.

Misleading and manipulative. This company does not live up to what they advertise in the slightest. It is not worth the time and effort to work with such uncaring and unprofessional individuals.

If you’re looking for a temp agency skip this one. Basically forgot that I existed. Sharon would promise to call me back and never would. I am very qualified and I think they should’ve been able to find a job for me. Waste of time. They might forget you exist.

2 hours, no job. They’re pretty much a census

If I could give 0 stars that would better express my opinion of this place. The people were nice enough to my face but I ended up wasting over 2 weeks waiting for phone calls that never came and promises of employment that they would get back to me tomorrow about but never would. I ended up finding a much better paying full time job on my own before they even called me. They also lie about trying to place you at a job and I know this for sure because the particular company that I was told about I not only my fiance who works there but I know 3 people on 1st shift, 2 on 2nd and 4 on 3rd and they were not even asking for temps at the time. Sharon told me she had talked to someone there and the name she gave was my fiance so I know she was lying. If you need a job dont go there. You will be sleeping in your car before you get a paycheck!!!

If you decide to go to this temp service cross your fingers you do not have to interact with Suzanne. My experience from start to finish with her has been unpleasant. To state the latest, I received a text from her Sunday (after 8 p.m.) not to report to my job on Monday. I am not happy with the hour it was done and I feel it should have been a phone call not a TEXT! Saturday would have been more acceptable but Im certain she had this information Friday. I find this unprofessional. If I ever have to go through another temp agency again, I would hope their professionalism and interaction skills exceed Suzzannes.

I thought I posted a review but anyway my experience was awful. I had to call the labor board yesterday to get my paycheck! I am sure not everyone will have or had the experience I went through, I was sent to one job told to be there at 6am and I was by 7 am I went home, no one showed up, I got a phone call to go back, wish I had not, I worked about 3 hours and a piece of sheet metal ripped my face open and no one said a word, anyway I quit that job! I blame express because I am no spring chicken and to send me on a job like this was very thoughts. I was told it was small parts to be QCd. Ha! I have another story which was a few weeks ago and no pay! Anyway good luck if you use this place.

Ive been here at express for almost a year and havent had a problem with anyone in office. They are all polite and seem like they care about getting you a job. There work motto is this you show up and work you have a job.you dont show for work you have no job. I would recommend and have to a lot of people.

Has been years ago but wouldnt rcm my worse enemy here. I got fired from the temp service as a whole because my grandfather passed and the rep said I had 3 days and didnt need to call everyday. I got fired for no call no show. But, it all worked out because the company they had me placed with called me wondering why I hadnt returned after the funeral and all. When I explained they hired me direct. Unfortunately temp services can bypass some of the laws but there are a few out there that do have and honor basic MORALS.

If it didn’t take 5 hours to apply then I wouldn’t have an issue but this place has you apply then leave to come back 2 hours later for an interview. This place doesn’t make sense, I’ve never had a staffing agency do what they do.

Everyone there had a smile on their face Christian Rice and Sharon Kinney both helped me find immediate employment. I would recommend this employment agency over any other in the area.

They told me to come in for a interviews and forgot i was even here... Thand its friday so now i have to wait untill monday ... They said there closing in 5 minutes when they close at 5 and its 410.

I do not like customer service at express. There worker Suzanna was very rude to me when I tired to call for work. I would not recommend anybody to express.
