First in line. 28 min for oil & filter change. $68 synthetic oil (after applying $25 coupon). 3 cars behind me in bay 2. Valvoline recommended coolant flush. I told them i just had it done 7,000 mi ago. “Oh, okay then.” Huh?

This was my first time coming through a Valvoline, or any mechanic shop alike. I want to give praise to one of the mechanics who helped me, educated me, and treated me with kindness. Cain is an excellent representative for the company. His professionalism is top-notch. The way he speaks is very professional, compassionate, clear, understandable, and honest. Because of him, and the service that was provided today, I feel comfortable coming back for my next oil change or other services I might need to maintain my vehicle. The experience was enjoyable. A friend had an oil change done at this location yesterday and right now, she is stuck in traffic with a firetruck protecting her vehicle from being struck because the oil drain bolt fell out and all the oil leaked out onto the road while she was driving. Hopefully, the engine isnt seized.I suggest you check your drain bolts and filters for tightness after leaving this location.

They recommended a coolant flush but 7,000 mi ago I got a new battery, new alternator, new belts, spark plugs, radiator flush, transmission fluid change. With a coupon discount: oil change & filter for $68 and the sticker says to get a new oil change @ 3,000 miles. It took 28min. 3rd car behind me left.

1 hour in line and there’s still two cars ahead of us. Slowest service I have EVER witnessed. Same pace by employees seems to be no rush. If you have a couple of hours to kill for an oil change this is the place. We watched and heard more talking than working. These young men have no priorities here. We left after waisting an hour of our travel time. 🤬

A good place to quickly change oil and replace burned stop lights. Those guys found a screw in my tire which prevented me from some troubles later.

Worst Valvoline Location ever! Instant oil change is myth here! Almost 75 minutes waiting time! Waited that long! Typically oil changes take 15 minutes! At this location they have highly qualified technicians who are taking average 45-50minutes time for oil change. If you have so much time free and just want to sit in you car at other location than home parking lot. Please please visit this place. Kudos to technicians who are wasting valuable time and changes image of Valvoline in my mind. I dont ever write reviews but this guys really made me write.

Ive been getting my oil changed their the 5 years that Ive owned a diesel truck. The service is always good. But I probably wont go back, due to the price increase. There has been a $40 price increase that is unacceptable. I have always paid under $100 and this visit today was $145. Unfortunately i think this price increase is going to drive business down for them.

I never have had to wait more than an hour here, but come on guys, don’t tell me my air filter that was changed 300 miles ago is filthy and needs to be replaced immediately. I know your industry survives on these kinds of add ons, but show a little better judgement.

Pay attention to how many screws they take out and make sure they put them all back. I had 4 screws that held in my air filter. I counted 3 being put back in. I ask if they got air filter put back and they told me yes. I got home and sure enough one of the screws were missing. I went here because the dealer didnt have any openings. $124 for an oil change, I should have just waited a day and went to the dealer.

Came for an oil change in my rv, valvoline is where I usually get my oil changes as I drive through the country. Called ahead of time. They said yes we do them. Got here. Guy just goes. Nope we dont do rv here. Too heavy even though its a drive through. Explained i called. He said not here, you called a call center. Wont come back to valvolines anymore. Waste of time.

I don’t know what other people’s experiences entailed but mine was just fine. I went earlier in the morning, they got me right in and it was quick and painless. If you ask for the basic oil change they won’t charge you an arm and a leg. All I needed was a simple oil change and they performed perfectly! We got there just before they opened, but the staff had called in. The supervisor called in more employees to staff it. I spent about 1hr and 15 min to get my oil changed. I was comped $20 for my time, and the oil change effectively done properly.

Waited in the line for more than 45 mins. It is called instant oil change for a reason, this particular location needs to change its name. I have used Valvoline instant oil change in all different states. This was absolute horror.

Valvoline Instant Oil Change is the best place to have a man in a dark cave in the ground bleed the fluids from your vehicle and replace them. They can perform other automotive surgeries as well, like the clearing of respiratory systems and such. My vehicle leaves refreshed and ready for continued toiling under my foot.

Called for an oil change for a 200 Ford Excursion w/ 7.3L power stroke. Explained I was looking for the best deal and Big O quoted $110. Asked if they could do that and was told they did not have the compatible fluids for my truck...lol!!...REALLY!? What a load of junk.

I had a great experience at this location on 9/12/18 - a Wednesday afternoon.The crew who took care of my 25 year old Astro Van - Jack and William - were friendly, personable, knowledgeable, and professional. They answered all my annoying questions with great patience.I had several services performed and the work was done quickly. I waited about 20 mins to get in and then another 30 mins for the work to be completed. When i drove away from the shop I could feel an immediate difference in performance.Contrary to other reviews I felt the pricing here was fair.I highly recommend this shop and would not hesitate to return. Ive been maintaining my older car there for years and brought it in for its maintenance and the mechanic said my transmission fluid was overfilled and drained it. 2 weeks later my transmission froze up and valvoline wont do anything about it... watch out for these people...

Worst service ever. Please do not visit this place unless you are very very very free! Waited almost one and half hour.

Way too much pressure to buy something else, even after politely telling them you do not want anything other than an oil change. They will try to upsell you on changing the cabin filter for $$$. NEVER buy into this. I am not a car person, but this is literally the easiest and cheapest thing to change (the cabin filter is accessible through the glove compartment). The oil has also been overfilled on more than one occasion, so I stopped going here.

They always give prompt and friendly service. I work in Phoenix, but travel to Flagstaff weekly, so l wait till lm up here because of their service.

Horrible service three times in a row. First time I was told the wait would be 30 minutes it was an hour and a half. Second time they broke my truck and tried to deny it until a manager was called and there preffered shop said it was there fault. This time I pull up at 3:55 and get turned away because they close at 4 horrible horrible service.
