Awesome, quick, super friendly staff! They didn’t have my oil filter in stock but quickly had one delivered. It did not add anytime onto my wait and was still out of there quick! Definitely recommend over going to a dealership.

This was definitely my best experience with Jiffy Lube they treated me with pride and respect as I came in to get my serpentine belt replaced for my alternator and while I was there I got my power steering belt replaced too. I couldnt ask for better service. I usually absolutely dread thinking about going to a mechanic for fixes but they were very upfront with prices and quick with the work they did.

I came in at the last minute. They got me in and out quickly. They had all the parts. I used an online coupon to save even more money. The people were very professional and very nice.

I’ve been to a lot of Jiffy Lubes, and this one has hands-down the best and friendliest customer service. They’re very busy, but they make time for each customer, and it always seems that everyone is eager to help. And they get you in-and-out surprisingly quickly while doing high-quality work. I always feel taken care of, and never taken advantage of.

Shady business practices. I asked one question and had to speak up to get the answer when I saw my good up. I was told they could not rotate my tires which is why I went there. They said they already changed my oil. I took my van to another shop and showed them my receipt, I was told most of the things on the receipt were not performed. Do not go to this business! Lies and the need to go elsewhere is what I left with!

I appreciate the pre-buy option that is offered for multiple services and in different types of service.Owning 4 or more vehicles it helps with cost and adds a sense of security knowing its just a matter of getting the vehicles in at appropriate times and they are taken care of.

Super friendly staff. I came in just as they were closing and they offered to take me anyway. No one seemed upset to have to do one more oil change! No where do the employees remain kind and friendly after closing time! Awesome.

I let they guy know when I pulled up that I was told I had a brake light out in addition to needing an oil change and they said they would check it. When I went to check out there was no mention of replacing a brake light so I asked them again and the guy went to “double check.” Clearly they didn’t actually check either time because when I got home I had my husband look at it while I pressed the brakes and sure enough the right one is still out. If you can’t trust them to check a brake light then what else can’t you trust them with?

I am revising my review I requested to rotate my tires however they failed to disclose my rear tire was damaged with a staple putting it in the front and marking a yellow arrow (which I noticed the arrow but didn’t know that was because of damage to the tire until I saw it yesterday) That was unprofessional by them marking the arrow they knew of the problem and failed to tell me at the time and I had to get the tire replaced so I payed for an unnecessary rotation, potentially increasing risk for a front blown tire for the additional week I drove on it before I discovered the problem. I will not be returning

I’m driving cross country and went to the quickest jiffy lube from my route—these guys nailed it. It’s not every day you see this type of positive work environment, in any industry. This place runs off love and everyone working there seems to be thriving in their purpose—I’ve been touched by an angel but this is the first time I’m touched by an oil change!

First, they were very helpful and patient in consideration of my physical disabilities. Far too often I am rushed and its frustrating.I asked the tech to check my brakes since they were squealing, also it was time for an oil change. He didnt pressure me to choose a more expensive oil and went with the same mid-priced oil that Ive been using.Brakes were fine, oil change was completed in record time and I was out the door with a smile

You know, I never had a bad jiffy lube experience. However, with this location, the employees seem to want customers yet not want to assist the customer. I came in for an oil change, I thought I had gotten an oil change for my trip to Phoenix, AZ but that was just an assumption. Not only that, the employees seem to just want to throw away my car parts. My skid plate came off slightly and most places usually put it back on but the employees asked if it was okay to throw away, I was a bit shocked. I asked to leave it on, however, it was tossed away. Then, the next thing they asked was if I needed my air filter changed and I said no due to getting it changed a week prior, what did they do? They replaced my air filter and charged me for it. After leaving this location, I can feel my car still not reaching its potential of its driving standards and not even half way to Phoenix, my oil change required sign came on. I looked at the oil and it was still black. I tried to ask for a refund or an actual oil change but the guy who stated he was the manager didnt assist in any way at all. All of these concerns makes me not want to go to this location. I got the best service from Jiffy Lube in Cortez, CO and this experience was very disappointing.

Practically gave me a flat tire coming here!!I decided to get a quick oil change before i went on a road trip, which actually took about an hour. Anyway once they were done they informed me of everything that had gotten done to my car and how they put “air” in my tires. As soon as I leave the parking lot my tire pressure light turned on and I didn’t think anything of it so I waited until i got to Williams to stop. When i checked my tire it was almost completely flat!! We checked for a hole and nothing so i decided to call Jiffy and ask what could’ve happened basically the manager said “i’m sorry but what do you want me to do about it, there’s no way it was us you probably popped your tired” i informed him that my tires were new and perfectly fine before i got to Jiffy and he actually had a buddy in Williams that could help... So we went and the guy basically told us they loosened my valve stem and that’s why all the air came out... I then called to inform them and the manager john was still in complete denial and just kept saying it wasn’t them... How?!? could it not be them obviously i didn’t have a hole in my tire and my car was completely fine before i even stepped foot there. All i know is i’m never getting serviced here again, mainly due to them not owning up to the fact that it was their fault. It was a complete inconvenience and was actually my first time ever going to a Jiffy Lube.

I took my own oil and filter and with a coupon it came out to $40 for an oil change. Labor is obviously high when you take it in. However had the price been lower I would take my vehicle again. I’ll continue changing my own oil was worth a shot. Otherwise they are professional and do the oil change pretty quick.

Jiffy Lube is the best place to go for fast and professional services, they are well knowledgeable in automotive maintenance.

As a young female, i often find myself in situations where the staff coerce me into upgrades and other things. but much to my surprise, this jiffy lube was very helpful and understanding that i was not well-versed with cars. I was looking to be in and out with an oil change and they gave me exactly that in about 15 minutes! when i told the cashier (I believe his name was Devin) that my brother takes care of most maintenance needs for my car, he gave me product recommendations for my brother. I will 100% be coming back here while I attend college here in flagstaff!

It was ok but almost got oil changed for wrong type of vehicle. Good thing I was standing there paying attention to the input of name etc. next oil change mileage had too many digits, they reset it. First time there.

I had a low tire while out of town so pulled into Jiffy Lube knowing theyd air it up for me. It was time for an oil change anyhow. I was greeted as soon as I pulled up. The bays were full but it only took a few minutes before my turn. I asked to stay in my truck which they allowed. Service was good, friendly and fast. I appreciate the good service and will go back for my next oil change. They asked me about additional services which I declined and they were respectful and did not push the up-sales.

I was in awe of how well John and the whole Jiffy lube team took care of me at this location. My truck has an interesting set up with my oil valve and my starter being almost on top of each other. Because of this, when trying to remove the oil valve to change my oil, there was a conduction of heat that caused a fire underneath my wheel. Totally crazy and totally could not have been predicted! John was so Helpful and gave amazing customer service to me. They offered to pay for the full repair which at the moment seemed to exceed the actual value of my truck. They even were going to get me a rental car to get back down to Prescott where my parents live. I was out in Flagstaff camping at the time, so I had a big kayak in the back of my truck too. John even offered to drive an hour and 30 minutes out of his way to bring my kayak back if that was needed. In the end, The burn was only cosmetic damage and there was no serious damage to the inside or wiring within my truck. They Comped my oil change and helped communicate with me that my car was safe to drive and explain all that happened very clearly. I felt extremely taken care of and very confident in the service that was provided. 10 out of 10 recommend this Jiffy Lube location, and John should get a big raise!

Terrible service. I found they had lost a bolt to my skid plate or did not replace all of them. This place is a junk show. I would not recommend this Jiffy Lube.

I was told my oil change was $122. They knew that my truck was a diesel, but at checkout it was $255. 00 for an oil change and air filter. They had no way of checking the air pressure in my tires since it was a dually. And their Grease apparatus was no not working so they were not able to grease my vehicle. A total rip off. Did not inform me of the broken equipment until they were already draining the from my truck.

I was driving back from Oregon on my way to Texas and needed an oil change quick. They told me it would be an hour to an hour and a half. Ended up being an hour almost to the minute! They were very professional and courteous. And got me back on the road quickly!

This shop was amazing!! I went in for an oil change on a Saturday morning expecting a wait- but it was very fast & efficient (& they even complimentary wash your windows & tires!!) 10/10 recommend. The customer service was phenomenal, kind and polite which you don’t always get at a car shop. Will be going here again

This shop was awesome!! Needed a break-in oil change for my new truck while traveling cross country. Was hauling a cargo trailer and inquired about being able to pull it into the bay. Couldn’t drive through the bay with a trailer for insurance reasons so they provided a floor jack to take the trailer off my truck. Got the oil change done fast and trailer back on my truck in no time at all. Manager stayed with me for over an hour while we tried to get the safety chains back on my truck. Finally after many tools and equipment, we got all three chains attached and on our way again. Talk about service!! These guys were willing to go the extra mile and effort to make sure I had a positive experience with just a mere oil change. I will stop there again!! Fantastic service! Very communicative about each item that they checked or changed on my ‘09 Malibu. I will definitely return for future oil changes, tire rotations, etc.The only thing I would have changed was that there was another customer in the indoor waiting area who was not wearing a mask. I wish the staff would have asked him to wear a mask for their safety and mine (and in all honesty, I probably should have asked him, but was afraid to be confrontational about it). That said, the weather was nice so I was able to just wait outside. Still, 5 stars for the service, communication, and professionalism!

Got there in the morning and they processed the paperwork and got the services done quickly.

And, even if something would to take longer, the garage is right next to a shopping center, so plenty of things to do whilst waiting.

First time using Jiffy Lube and it will not be the last time. Here are the tidbits1) I called yesterday and talked to guy in the phone, told him what type of car I was bringing in.... he mentioned that at 8 there shouldn’t be much of a wait if any at all2) I got there at 8:05 and he was correct3) the guy (real name is Kevin) remembered that I called and said something like, “didn’t I talk to you in the one yesterday?” Go figure, a wrench guy with customer service smarts and personality4) he didn’t try to upswell me on ANYTHING- which I really appreciated.5) and to boot they were fast and even washed my windshield and side windows.....and side mirrors.WHI PROVIDES THAT TYPE IF SERVICE ANYMORE.This location has won my business fo ever.

Overall a great experience! The wait time quoted to me was an hour and it was exactly an hour. Everything was organized very well. Covid guidelines are being followed.

I was on vacation in remote northern Arizona and needed my battery replaced. The branch manager and staff did everything they could do to accommodate my special circumstances involving a third-party warranty on a battery that I purchased in Mesa Arizona at the Jiffy Lube. They are an outstanding team and I was extremely happy that they Went above and beyond to get me back on the road including ordering a battery from a local distributor to accommodate me. Outstanding!

This location is unwilling to honor Jiffy Lube’s Brake warranty. I have issues with my brakes that were done at JL (3 weeks ago) and this location said “is it not my problem you need to go to the location where the service was done, down in Phoenix.”I live in Flagstaff. Absolute garbage. Do NOT give this location your business.I wish I could give this location ZERO stars, because that’s would mean they are out of business.

I love this Jiffy Lube!!! They have helped me many times and are always very polite and helpful! Unlike other car maintenance places, the men at this jiffy lube have never spoken down towards me because I am a woman. I find that most car places I am met with condescension from the men for just being female. I would like to know much more about cars, and not fit into any girl stereotype, but even though I know very little currently, they are still very very polite! Gentlemen work at this jiffy lube and I know of at least one very kind woman! :) I would like to say a big thank for you!!!

There windshield washer fluid machine was not working. So instead of filling it for free with the fluid that they had on hand they wanted to charge me extra because the stuff was more “expensive” than what comes out of the machine. The windshield washer fluid is included in the signature service. As a customer service issue I don’t know why the couldn’t have put it in for free. I explained it to the female cashier, and asked her if I could get credited for not getting the washer fluid as it’s part of the signature service and she said no. Something so easy to fix but they weren’t willing to or didn’t care.

Sat here for almost 2 hrs waiting for an oil change. There was one car ahead of me but 5 cars got done that showed up after me. Worst experience Ive ever had at any oil change buisness.

Short handed staff here. Longest wait ever. Ive been here almost 2 hours. They have 2 bays but only enough workers to work on one car. Also, after 4 changes here, theyve NEVER done the reset the computer until I make them get back in and reset it. Lets see if anything has improved...NO. I asked the clerk. He said yes. They are supposed to. I said ask them. 1st guy says the other guy should have. The other guy said he couldnt figure it out so he just let it go.

I called ahead and was told it’s walk-in so we showed up and they started immediately and were done quickly replacing the oil and air filter( it needed it!) but after I left I pulled the truck over and one of the clips on the air filter was off but I always check after a Machanic works on my vehicle so it caused no problem! That’s why they got 4 stars.

Went in for oil change. then had two lights out (fog light and cargo light). I asked to have fog light changed only. but after several minutes I notice they have changed out cargo light. no big deal just told them I actually only wanted fog light. but definitely was disheartening to see them take the time to take back out good bulb and put in bad one in.Then was informed they didnt have fog bulb and was in the way and would be 5 minutes. well after 25 more minutes went by after said would be 5, I had to leave since had to goto work.so overall not happy that you guys mixed up bulb and wasted my time and didnt even just leave it in since was there and not happy to be told 5 minutes and then take about 30. since by the time I had checked out with juat oil change bulb still had not arrived and my truck was still not ready to leave. Im not sure Ill continue using this location.Thanks Jacob Parchinski

Ive been taking my car to Jiffy Lube since 2018 and I have not had a single bad experience with them. Even when they are busy they are still very friendly and professional. Im not to sure about other Jiffy Lube locations but I would recommend THIS specific Jiffy Lube to anyone. Good job Jiffy Lube Team! 👍😊

Thought I would get my oil change, they were nice and didnt force any service on me. No waiting in line. Had my tires rotated. Even had winter windshield wipers blades put on. Very good service.

Pleasant, covid safe, and (relatively) reasonably priced. The employees were all super friendly and helpful and I was in and out within 30 mins. Definitely use their online coupons.

Long time customer. Excellent place to have your car serviced and a number of important components checked out. Very fair pricing and the service personnel pay attention to detail. They also keep records on services performed on your vehicle. You can go to any Jiffy Lube anywhere and have your car history available when deciding what services you might choose.
