I was a bit nervous walking in after reading all the reviews but was pleasantly surprised. I tried 4-5 salons but none had availability for walk-ins. Staff was friendly and were able to get me in as a walk in with no wait(Wednesday afternoon). Hanna did a great job with my gel mani!

This was the worst place to get your nails done. i wanted longer and cuter but the color i wanted i knew he couldn’t do especially the design. i ask for pink with Lightning strikes on my ring finger and i knew he couldn’t do it so i just asked for plane white and he gave me stright up ex’s on my finger. so i would never go here and i do don’t recommend at all!

The man was very rough with my nails and rushed because he double booked me with another person. Very uneven and lumpy nails and 3 different shades now because he used a different color for my ombre!

I called a week in advance to schedule manicures and pedicures, called the day of to confirm only for them to tell me to come the next day. Incredibly unprofessional on the phone. The person taking kept trying to communicate to come in the next day but why make an appointment and not keep to it? Would not recommend.

One star rating way too much. No star. Over priced. Horrible / sloppy job. Charged me $80 for wetting my feet and putting lotion on them. She also rushed through my manicure; gel polish dried on my skin —a child could’ve done better. Waste of money and time.

My wife and little sister went there and the gentleman that was working on her nails dropped the drill on her hand three different times and then when I went in there and ask for the owners number because my wife got hurt by one of their employees the manager fully denied it and then decided to talk to each other in another language so I wouldn’t be able to understand if anybody is looking to get their nails done don’t go here it is clear that they don’t respect your customers or care about the well-being or safety of them

Had a great experience. Had a long day at work called to see what time they closed to see if they could fit me in for a full set an a pedicure. They said absolutely they can don’t worry if we go over . I was super relived . The guy who did my nails was great. He shapes them EXACTLY how I like . They turned out perfect. The pedi was ok not worth 35$ (I got decallusing) (extra 7$) it’s was short and quick. Extremely happy with my nails though. I was skeptical based on the reviews but my nails look perfect.

I just want to let everyone know, this nail salon is wonderful, they have all been extremely nice and respectable to me. You will find that if you’re nice and respectable to your nail techs they will give you the same in return. I can’t believe how all these people say they had bad experiences, they are all false. They are super great with doing nails and pedicures! I come from Northern California so I am very picky when it comes to nails! But they do a very amazing job on nails! They also last the Whole time, they don’t break or anything, great quality! I would recommend this nail salon to anyone! This place is great I can’t say it enough. Again if you’re not rude to your tech they will always be nice to you! I see too often people go in and are rude and they wonder why people aren’t respectful, when you your self are the disrespectful one. Treat your nail techs right and there will never be an issue! Went in 2 days in a town to get a full set taken off the lady was verry rude sitting in a chair sid to come back or goto a different place didnt even bother to help..I was going to get another set put back on but no thank you Ill go somewhere else to do my nails for now on! Horrible place

I went for a fill the lady was just sitting there in a chair and said no come back in half an hour. I will never go back there not professional looked disgusting equipment. I will do my nails myself from now on. Yucky place

Let me say upfront: I would give negative stars if i could. I went in for a fill because my normal place is closed for a couple weeks. I though how bad could someone mess up a fill? Very bad apparently. Every. Single. One. of my nails is a different shape, length, and width. At this point half of my acrylics are the same length of my natural nails. The ones that are long are SUPER sharp. The tech was pulling and yanking my hands into uncomfortable positions ive never seen before (and that would honestly have been fine it I walked out with acceptable nails.) The other tech was facetiming someone while giving a client a manicure. They clearly dont care what clients think about the service.ALSO i have acrylic and nail polish all the way up on my skin!ALSO the tech came over and tried to help me wash my hands at one point!???

This is the only shop I go to for SNS manicures. They do great work, are affordable and kind. They also do childrens manicures and my daughter loves going here!

Do you ever walk into a place and just know its gonna be bad? I should have just walked back out when I had the chance. There was no one in here. One man sitting on his phone. As soon as he started I could tell he wasnt good at this, his technique was all wrong. But Im too nice to say anything(my fault). In the middle of it, he knew he wasnt doing good and said he wouldnt charge me for my nail fix. I was just getting a fill. He continued to file them down and my nails are so short, they look like little round pebbles. When I went to pay, he charged my $40. I said, how much is a fill, he said $20. Then he charged me $20 for gel color. I said gel color is never that much. He proceeded to show me on the price sheet how much gel color was and he couldnt find anywhere on the sheet where it said $20. I told him where I usually get it done, at passion, its never that much. He then proceeded to call passion in front of me, and they were closed. They were closed during business hours because thats where I went first before coming here and I knew that. And of course, they didnt answer. It was such an awkward experience. If anyone actually took the time to read this, look for somewhere else.

Worst pedi I have EVER had! 30 min later than my appointment. I was last in my group started and first one finished. Offered to upgrade when I declined he made comments about how bad my feet were. Asked him not to cut my cuticles still tried 3 times (I have had that give me infections so would rather not) Humiliated. I will NEVER come back here.

I literally just left this salon within the hour and my nails look horrible! My dipping powder is chipped, my nail edges look like theyve been chewed on by a dog, and I have at least 2 bleeding nail cuticles. Im very disappointed especially considering I had to compromise on the style I wanted, due to their lack of knowledge on current trends.

I went in with a set of acrylics that were badly messed up I honestly didnt think they could be fixed up. I just asked for a few coats of paint to make them look a little bit better but the gentleman who helped me reshaped them for me too and they look so much better! They were really nice too my technician was pretty funny even showed me his tattoo that matched mine. It was great will definitely be going back

I went to another salon in town for an acrylic set and had a terrible experience that resulted in some of my nails growing fungus and coming off after only 2 weeks. I went in today and Kim took care of them and they look amazing!! Definitely the best acrylic set I have gotten in Flagstaff. They are shaped great, and the gel polish looks amazing. I also have a broken finger and she was very gentle and considerate of that. So happy with them, definitely recommend going here- but ask for Kim or Henry!!!Only $35 for a fill with gel :)Ive also gotten pedicures here and they do a fairly nice job, especially for the price. Cheapest in town!

Wonderful service but their child was crawling all over me and I had the corner of my nail just crumble. It didn’t break or snap. I was sitting down I. The middle of a conversation when my nail just deteriorated.. they file the nails WAY to thin and it causes them to be flimsy and break. So, unless you can pay for a fill once a week I don’t recommend Top Nails.

Absolutely awful experience. Went there because they were the only nail salon open. Needed a relaxing pedicure before the holiday weekend. The lady who did my nails had her headphones on the entire time so I shouldnt be surprised at how my feet look. She did the scrub on my heels and left a huge glob on my big toe. I looked down and my whole toe was red and burning and she told me it was fine. I now have a huge burn on my toe and she picked at my skin so much that they are all cut up and were bleeding. After all these problems, she still didnt discount or refund and was shocked at my small tip. I would go back to try and speak to a manager but I doubt there is one.Oh, she also had a hugely heated argument with her late coworker while myself and another woman were getting pedicures. Just because its in a different language doesnt make it not awkward.

Worst nail shop I have ever been to would give zero stars if I could. Charged me 70$ for a full set and the nails fell off the same week, went in to get a refund and was accused of lying about my nails falling off. Do not come here dirty and a waste of money!

The foot massage was nice and the paint job was decent. However, be warned! Point to their menu to specify what you want, and make sure they fully understand or you will get charged for services you didnt receive. Make sure you calculate your own cost or you could be overcharged! We were...Id recommend a different place for eyebrow waking as well. She missed quite a few of my brows and didnt clean me up well.

Honestly wasnt too bad. Reading all these reviews made me pretty nervous. The price for getting fake nails removed and getting a manicure is a bit pricey for a college student :/ but theyre pretty alright if you talk to them.My reason for 4 stars is because the person was buffing my thumbnail so hard to a point where it was sore and bloody after. Thats my only complaint. Other than that, its pretty relaxing, looks really nice imo, and they do a great job at what theyre doing.

I was helped quickly. However, thats where customer service stops. I wanted a wax on my eyebrows and lip area. It happened really quick and I thought wow. But, the room was dark to me and I thought it went a little too quick. When I got home I looked in the mirror in the light. It looked as if nothing was done. I am so dissatisfied. I wasted $20. Needless to say I will never go back. Apparently her eyes are worse than mine.

I just finished a pedicure and Im sitting waiting for my friend to finish up. They have not sanitized the pedicure bowls. I have not seen them sanitize the implements. They forgot the basecoat. My daughter had to have them redo her gel polish before we left. My niece got acrylics and some nails are crooked. There is a mattress in the storage room that someone has been sleeping on, it is dirty. Worst, we could not clearly communicate with anyone about things we were unhappy with so they couldnt be changed.

Not a great experience. There was no music in the salon, and there was a child screaming and crying the entire time during my manicure. Thankfully Id read the reviews and knew what I was in for, so I brought headphones. The manicure was subpar and is already chipping off, and the UV boxes for the shellac were grimy on the inside, which I hate. Did a great job on my eyebrow wax though! Was happy with that. Seriously, though, turn on some music and keep your screaming toddler away from the customers.

I went in around 1 pm they had 2 people working so they asked me to come back at 1:30pm I left and came back there was a man still doing nails and another one just walking around he came over to me and told me he wanted me to go to a different nail salon the one next to Safeway I couldn’t believe they would turn away money this was very unprofessional and made me drive across town to go to a different salon!!! Do not give this salon your money go somewhere else!!! The worst nail job I ever had. I should of listen to the reviews. needed them done so bad. Been working out of town. And couldnt get home that week. Well listen learn..... Going home next week. Have to get them redone and pay another $35.00 to have them done right...The lights should of one went off when I walk in around 11am and nobody there. I was shopping in that area and didnt feel like driving across town. ALL I can say is dont bother going and dont waste your money. Listen to all the reviews. Dont waste your money. Cause in the long run its going to cost you more to have them done right and to look nice. And their gel polish must of been 2 years old.

As soon as I walked in a man told me to come back tomorrow. Apparently everyone left and he was the only one working. Keep in mind the place doesnt close until 5. I got there at 3. I just thought it was very unprofessional! I dont plan on going back.

My boyfriend took me for a pedicure. When we arrived the salon was empty so I asked if my boyfriend could sit in a chair next to me. I was scolded and we had to sit at opposite ends of the salon. Needless to say, in an empty salon where there are easily 10-12 seats, for pedis alone, one seat at 4pm was the least of their worries. The staff didnt seem to enjoy where they were and it was reflected onto the customer. the service made the skill seem just mediocre.

I called ahead of time to get prices and they quoted me $28 for a pedicure after I went in they told me it was going to be $45 for a pedicure - this was the same place because they had my appt and time. Needless to say I walked out I will not be strong armed by these peoples- beware

I only give them the one star in order to give the review. First, I had just had a new set of nails put on at a very popular salon back home in Baltimore. This place tried telling me that I should allow them to put on another set because my regular salon did a bad job. Second, when I said no but I wanted them use pink powder instead of white they said it would be $5 more (NEVER had this happen anywhere else). Third, there was an overhead light that kept flickering; as an epileptic this is a concern as it could cause me to have a seizure. So I asked about it and possibly shutting it off and the guy LAUGHED(!) and said something incomprehensible about his landlord and let it be. I had wear a hat and keep my head down the whole time. Fourth, their gel must pretty cheap stuff because it cracked within a few days. Last, as they were finishing with me I heard another customer at the counter paying and it sounded like they charged more than quoted as I heard her say something about misrepresentation. Dont go here!

Very rude and the man doing my acrylic nails was filling my nail and cut the side of my skin next to my nail so bad that the acrylic chiped off on that side and still wanted to charge me the full set even though he cutt the side of my nail and got a bit of skin off. Would never come again

I ignored the reviews thinking it couldnt possibly be as bad as everyone said, but it was just as bad as everyone says.told me someone was on thier way and that it would be 10 minutes. after waiting well over 10 minutes, the lady stopped doing someone elses nails, and came over to do mine. then she super guled my skin the the plastic, then left me and went back to the other girl getting her nails done. afters waiting far too long a man came to continue with my nails. he seemed very rushed because he was doing everything very quickly. he nicked my skin many times in the process, then went into the back and didnt come back. so the lady stopped doing someone else nails AGAIN and came to paint mine. it was horrible and my nails dont look good.save your money and go somewhere else!!

Worst manicure I ever had. The guy was quick and rough, the 2nd time he got me with those cuticle nippers I asked if he was in a hurry and he laughed and said hed be more careful. When my gel manicure was done he used an emery board to file the excess polish from the skin around my fingers, ouch! And after all this, my nails look like crap. I can see through some parts of the polish to the nail. I am not happy. $30 wasted.

FRAUD FRAUD FRAUD. My mom took me to get a pedicure today and handed them her discover card (the ONLY card she uses). A man said no only chase visa so my mom handed her that card. She NEVER uses this card and only used it this once there. About 1 1/2 later she gets an alert saying there was a $150 charge for a mens clothing store. She calls her bank and asks if there were any other charges on the card from today and the lady lists about 17 charges and 6-7 of them being over $100. We are filing a police report right now but PLEASE DO NOT EVER GO HERE. They commit fraud and they will go down for this.
