I called at 6pm to see if they were still accepting customers, the guy that answered said that hell put my name down and give me a haircut if I made it by 6:30. So I drove all the way over from the west side, making it by 6:18 walking through the doors only to be told we stopped accepting customers at 5:45, sorry better luck next time

Sometimes the wait is long, but what else can you expect from a place that gives great hair cuts?Ive never seen a person leave unsatisfied and i know every time i stop in I’ll leave with what I want as well! 👍👍

Both of the guys MIKE and CLAYBORN were very unprofessional. I took my son to get a haircut and when it was our turn CLAYBORN started joking to the other guy that his back hurt and that his clippers died, and they dont have the same charger. And he left his clipper charger at home. Like really? You are a barber and your forgot your clipper charger at home? Both laughing like I wasnt sitting there listening. He then sat down like there wasnt two other customers behind us.. He knew he was the one who would cut my sons hair. Im thinking ok he doesnt want to cut his hair. And instead of telling me he cant cut a childs hair for whatever reason he thought it was cute to joke with his coworker. The business card clearly states specializing in childrens haircuts. Maybe take that off? I wasted about 40 minutes here. When I asked for manager Mike stated he was the manager and he owned the place so I asked for the corporate number he said he didnt have it. When we asked for their license they both HID their license papers which were hanging on the wall. They literally snatched it off the wall and put it in their pockets. When we confronted them about the situation they said we assaulted them and that we threatened them. ALL THEY NEEDED TO SAY WAS I DONT DO CHILDRENS HAIRCUTS. Thats it. Instead they wanted to make backhanded jokes in front. Maybe ill send the guy some money so he can get his back checked. Wont return.

This place has poor sense of customer service. Unless you’re willing to wait, do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. The staff is rude and does not go by the ticket numbers as they should. I waited over an hour and a half only to be skipped multiple times. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.

Came here today to get my toddlers hair cut; I was weary bringing him here because of the horrible reviews. But the new guy working did an amazing job! He was so patient and nice with my 2 year old. Sadly I didn’t get his name, but 100% recommend!!!

Have been there twice now 1: I show guy a picture he said he can do it... It was a simple hair cut I asked if 2-1 fade dude made my sides bald not even a 1 I thought nothing of it second time I asked for a three top and 1 sides he did 1 all over and messed up my hair line I asked for hard part and the line was crooked...Im not an a** so I paid and left tipNot even gonna lie great clips can do better

Its a hit or miss. But if you got your barber and they fit your style. Stick to them lol.

Went in a couple days ago around opening time on the west side location. I believe I was sat by Mike. The dude worked with my special needs without issue. They take your time and leave you looking good. Dont waste your money come here !

My son has a sensitivity to sounds/touch. The staff was not only competent in cutting his hair but they made the experience pleasant for him, me and my wife.

Got to our appt. 15 minutes late but he still took us NO PROBLEM. Worked well with my 5 year old boy and made him look AWESOME!

I know a lot of people are saying bad things about this barber shop but not once have I had a bad experience there. The people have always been friendly, my haircut as always came out looking great, and I definitely get my money’s worth every time. Could not find a better haircut place in flagstaff if I tried.

I actually didnt go in, but if you not looking for a haircut and like the vibe, definitely check out Metro Barbershop. Clean, modern vibe, and the people cutting hair looking very friendly

Went in to get my 4 year olds hair cut, took a number and waited 45 min just to be told by a cranky older barber he doesn’t deal with kids and I’d have to wait for a younger person, fine I can deal with that. Then I was approached by a younger barber who told me they won’t and can not cut my kids hair because they don’t use scissors and only clippers.... as I watched an older barber use scissors and clippers! He was super well behaved when you guys sent me away somewhere else. I would have been fine if you guys were upfront and honest with me. But to make me wait 45 min just to turn me away was absolutely ridiculous.

I waited for at least more than 2 hours, once I was finally called, I asked for my cut. It was some lady that did it and when she finished the cut, I was not impressed nor satisfied with the finish. She then insulted me that my head shape was not right for it. Never going back there.

I took my son on a Monday afternoon to skip the weekend rush to get his haircut. Two people are already getting their haircuts and one person is ahead of me, so my son and I sit and wait. A guy comes in after me to get his haircut, thinking my son will be next to get his haircut the older gentleman cutting hair says he doesn’t do kids hair and takes the guy who came in after me. Somebody could have had the courtesy to tell me that a barber does not cut kids hair, or switch with the other barber so I wouldn’t have waited wasting my time! The older gentleman tells me he didn’t know I was there to get my sons haircut. Clearly as a women I do not go to barbershops to get my haircut so the only other person to get their haircut would be my son. I ask for the manager or their number and the guy says he doesn’t have it. The other barber kindly offered to cut my sons hair next but by that time I didn’t want to wait longer. I’ve had good experiences here before but I will no longer waste my time going here. I’ll go to a barber that cuts anyone’s hair, kids or adult!!! Put a sign up stating certain barbers don’t cut children’s hair so no ones time gets wasted again.

I have been going there for years and they always do a great job. They are professional and friendly. I took my Son there for his first haircut and they did great.

Bad customer service. Felt like I was at a meat department with the numbers instead of acknowledging their customers by name. We waited an hr and half and they past our number, when confronted yet they put the next customer in the seat. Very rude!

Not all people working there are the same but the one that did my hair was a horrible barber and person. I asked if he knew how to do beards and he said yes. My experience was horrible, I ended up with cuts all over my face and they took are pretty deep. As I was walking with all my face full of blood, one of the other barbers offered to clean my face and did something to stop my bleeding. The other barber didn’t even looked at me to see if I was ok . He just left the building and dint even say sorry. Like I said not all barbers are bad there but would not recommend going there for a haircut.

Your better off getting uncle joe from down the street to cut it..bunch of rooks with no skills or customer service skills..should be a salon with all the women cutting hair..ill never go back just look at the overall rating

I asked for a 1 on the side and a 2 on top. I got a 0 on the side and maybe a 1 on top. I was mad and to top it off they cut the back of my neck with the trimmers. I would understand if it was with there straight razor but.

Not even one star. Wasnt greeted. Stoos there waiting for one of the employees to greet me. Or even a smile. Nothing. So i left after 5 minutes

I tried to give myself dreads, which of course did not work out. The young gentleman offered to save my hair and comb it out for me, but I was already so fed up with having hair in general I told him to just cut it off. He did. And he made my hair look great afterwards! I was impressed. I was mentally ready to walk out with NO hair and be bald hahah. But nope, I had some hair left over to style afterwards and left happier than I image :) very nice guy with good customer service skills. Thank you

If I wanted to pay $20 for a 5 minute haircut, I could’ve gone to Walmart... They need to work on their customer service... I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone

Found this place on line. When we got to the mall it was easy to find. Lots of chairs and wait was short. My husband said it is one of the best hair cuts he has ever had. Being from Montana didnt know where to go, so do alot of on-line looking. Thank you.

I went in to get a haircut and shave while my wife shopped. Barber said it would be 20 minutes. No problem. 20 minutes went by, another 20. People were ahead of me, I get it.Then a lady walks in with I guess was her son.I was there before them. So the barber cant decide whos next and starts asking people what number they have. I speak up and tell him, he ignores me and starts talking to the people who came after me. I tell him again. Still ignores me then tells the people after me theyre next. I left. Very poor customer service. The barber never acknowledged me or responded to me.

Went in there for a haircut and during the part of the straight razor she cuts my eyebrow, during that time she said “oops not the eyebrow” with a laughing kind of tone so I thought oh no big deal she “almost” cut it. No I was wrong, I’m driving home and notice a chunk of my eyebrow is gone. I called and spoke with the same lady that cut my hair and right off the bat she was rude, I told her what happened and that I wanted my money back and she said in no way would I get a refund at all or anything. I tipped her extremely well and the only help was her offering the $9 dollar tip back. That’s not worth going back for when you live on the other side of town. She said her manager would not refund the 21 dollars for the haircut and shampoo. They are very rude and unprofessional, if you want a half decent haircut go to Fantastic Sams cause this place is a joke. Keep the $30 Metro Barber shop, I won’t be back.

The shop was to open at 10 am, the people were late by 10 min. Then they had to set up.I was on a time schedule. I do like coming there for my boy but the shop should be ready for business at their opening time.

Asked for a gentlemans haircut, barber repeated that I wanted a regular haircut. I repeated gentlemans, wont be going back.

Obviously the person that knew how to cut hair LEFT. The lady that cuts hair always ruins my Husbands or Sons haircut. They look beter before going to this place. All I hear is complaints this being the 3rd time there but she really did it this time .The poor lady has no knowledge of how to do a proper hair line. This is a problem if its on your forehead. She might of learned on Youtube. (no sarcasms) Save your money and time STAY AWAY, Your better off!

The old man with the white hair had disrespectful attitude, and had reacted badly to the changes I wanted, pullled the mirror away from me while I was still looking at my hair, if these guys want more customers, they shouldnt have any attitude and let the customer get what they want, and not have them decide what looks good. I was not satisfied with what I had walked out with, and on top of that I lost money.

I called about a design. They said they didnt do designs. Why put all the ad on their shop. Its a lie.
