I regret setting foot in this place. its been a couple weeks because I thought I could just deal with it, but im still pretty upset. My hair is a WRECK. I asked for a choppy cut, I am 100% honest about that, but there is a way to do it without looking like you were hacked away at by a 6 year old! This explains why she didnt check her cut. There is no way to fix this but to go shorter. I was trying to keep to a budget, but its clear I will now have to pay over $50 to get a decent cut. I dont know how this person (sure she was very nice) was able to get a license. I even showed her a picture, which looks NOTHING like what I got.

Awesome service, great price. Took my 7 year old to get his hair cut, and he hates going, but with the friendly staff and the rapid excellent haircut, he enjoyed it. Not to mention the hot towel treatment after. If you have a child, take them to Mekyla at the Milton salon. Shes amazing

They dont listen to what you want. Or they do, but they dont do it or dont know how. I only use this place because theyre open on Sunday and my regular barber isnt. They do alright just not up to my standards.

Ive been asking my daughter to cut my hair for the past 14 month, but now that were fully vaccinated, were trying things out. I checked out their website (national, not local), and they emphasized how COVID-careful they were being, following all of the CDC guidelines, sanitizing everything, social distancing, all employees wearing masks and customers asked to do so. Sounded great! However, when I arrived, I noticed that there was absolutely NO signage about masks or distancing or anything else. There were two hair stylists present, both masked, and no customers, and so I felt okay about the situation. Once I was seated with the cloth over me, the hair stylist said that she wanted me to know that I could take my mask off if I wanted to because they were optional. The national website talked the talk, but the Milton store definitely did not walk the walk.

My wife got her hair cut the same day at a private hairdressers. They did a poor job and she came to Supercuts at City Gate Marketplace in Gilbert, AZ to get things repaired. Erika fixed the “mess” and now my wife’s hair looks great. She will return. Thanks Erika.

Never have I ever had such a bad hair cut. I asked for curtain bangs and told her multiple times. Please go diagonal on my face she did straight across. Do not get your hair cut here there is a reason its rated 3.8 stars they are terrible.

I went in asking for an ombré and the lady doing my hair said “it’s so much easier doing an ombré on someone who’s hair is already ombré’d” my hair didn’t have an ombré. It was just grown out from my previous time getting it done. When I left, I liked the color, but she suggested that she not use a toner in it yet because she liked the color I had. It seemed odd but I agreed. but when I looked at it more closely in the mirror when I got home, I realized that they had just covered up my previous color. They didn’t weave it through or anything. I had solid lines in my hair, and in some places was even splotchy. It looked WORSE than it did when I went in to get it done. I tried crimping it to cover it up the best I could before I went out that night, but I can’t crimp my hair every day!! I went in the next day to see if they could fix it and I was told I would have to wait until the next day because only one worker was in at the time, AND I may have to pay extra to get it fixed? Not only that but my hair looked YELLOW when I woke up. I have to drive 2 HOURS Next weekend to get it fixed right, where I know it will look good.It wasn’t only that, but the whole time I was there, they would make comments such as “that’s what she said jokes”. Very unprofessional. It seemed they were more interested in their Halloween costumes than in my hair.SO UPDATE! (I’m just realizing that I can only comment once) I Called in MULTIPLE times and was never given the 7 day policy because the manager (who by the way was the one who did my hair) was never there. So instead, I went to an 18 YEAR OLD. And she fixed my hair and it looks absolutely AMAZING. For 40 dollars!!!! Never will I ever come back to this super cuts. In post Covid word, I got haircut at Supercuts. The haircut was decent and the girls kept their stations clean. But the place was dirty.

I went in asking for 2 inches off and a frame cut around my face. When put in the chair she had to call the other girl over to show her how to cut a frame. This is something I always get and has never been a problem before. I said if she didnt feel comfortable to cut it then dont do it. She reassured me it would be fine and the other girl cut one side. I felt a chill once I saw how much they just took off but what could I do. The one girl left while my hair girl cut the other side. I was clearly very uncomfortable and said they had just taken way too much off. I looked in the mirror and saw that both sides were completely different and looked like I cut my hair to try and get gum out. I then was told to pay for this hair cut which she clearly was never trained on how to do. I left and got my hair cut somewhere else to try and fix the damage, red 115 said they couldnt even believe the girl had cut my hair like this and made me pay. If you plan to go to this salon make sure they know what they are doing before they cut. It was very uncomfortable to get my hair cut when she clearly was practicing on me.

Im shocked that the rating for this Supercuts is so high. The staff is friendly and nice, but that was really the only good part of my experience there. The person who cut my hair was rough and didnt seem 100% present and capable of cutting my hair. I only got a trim, so no real damage done, but I will most likely never go back to this location. The entire time I was seated I just wanted it to be over already. My advice to everyone is to go literally anywhere else.

Just pay the extra money and go to a real salon. I just stopped in for a quick trim, and the girl that cut my hair was super nice, but Ive never seen anyone cut hair that uneven. I had to get it fixed later that night. My boyfriend also got a botched cut there too.

If you value your appearance, do not have your hair cut here! I showed the stylus a picture and explained that I wanted a short wispy type of cut that I could use my 3/4 inch curling iron on. One section on one side of my head is about one and a half inches long - THE OTHER SIDE IS LESS THAN 1/2 INCH. THE HAIR ON THE TOP OF MY HEAD IS LESS THAN 1/2 LONG AND IT STICKS STRAIGHT UP. I had my son bring me a hat and I sleep in it last night. I couldnt even bare to be seen by my husband. I could have given my toddler grandchild a pair of scissors and accomplished the same thing. Tomorrow Im going wig shopping (in the middle of summer in Arizona). Very sad.

Possibly the worst shop in Flag. At least it was the worst haircut Ive ever gotten(or seen in person). Basic mens cut. Yes, I saw some issues right away and had it fixed before I left, but later when I got home and my hair dried, the rest of the horror show was apparent. On return The barber, an older blonde, said oh sorry for that I should have had my eyelasses on. Seriously?I didnt argue and was glad another girl gave me a whole new cut for free. But the sloppyness of the first cut was so bad its unforgivable, wont be going back.Backhairline completely uneven, didnt even bother to cut around/behind ears, had semi- bald patches because of clipper length setting being varied, and on the top my hair was hand cut she left whole portion uncut, giving me a lopsided look.These are not minor errors. Unfortunately wont be coming back.

Im here bringing a friend waiting and waiting the two hairstylist are taking soo long one does even look like she has a lot of experience and knows what shes doing the lady that shes helping does seem happy shes been asking her to fix it soo many times finally she said I guess thats fine then after waiting long the two finished with their costumers and then they took their sweet time before helping my friend omg I glad I personally dont come to this dirty place that can use some clean and new carpet . no wonder is no one here is not costumer service or any knowledge of that, now shes cutting my friends hair and omg her technique she has none shes asking and asking my friend how He wants everything on his hair cut, hes a senior a guy just make look good for God sake, Hes soo tired now He just asked her to finish and Hes ready too go .Wow he told her you did a good job .After 2 hours with no costumers finally we go.

Went in today, I asked for a light trim (I have a lot of hair), and they took off 80% of what Ive got, not to mention the lady who cut it was really slow. Only reason I didnt blow up on her is because there arent many options in Flagstaff and you dont want to piss off the person who cuts your hair. But Im very pissed off about this. Since she cut off so much hair, Ill have plenty of time to grow it out, which means I wont be going back anytime soon. Terrible service.

Period.She had made up her made 100% that she was taking EIGHT INCHES off my long hair.I made it clear that was too much when she said it and that I wanted a TRIM.The cut she gave left me with one option: go even shorter! It was that much of a disaster.I called the owner (who truly thought a $100 compensation was more than fair OMG!) and also that his minute change should thwart my need to leave a review. That is craziness.I replied: Ill take no money and will see you in court if you think you are buying my silence. Im telling the public no matter what.Its not at all the money, but that he actually lacked that much personal empathy and ethics, in this case.The bad cut was on Gabby. She would have not listened in any case because as I stated, she made a dumb decision for me, for my hair. This decision is one that is long lasting, unfortunately.But the owner also did not help by having her as the manager (what the heck?) and the only employee there, answering phones, being the receptionist and the ONLY stylist.Two way street on this ineptitude: bad business either way you cut it. No pun intended.Bottomline, dont let what happen to me happen to you.I lost my long hair because of someone, Gabriella, who lacks all ability, it seems, to listen to what the CLIENT wants, and then was zero apologetic after I confronted her. After I insisted to the owner that she would apologize, she did a go through the motions generic apology. Another poor judgment call.Shame on her for her lack of good judgment on both accounts. Unprofessional thoroughly, but worse, she made one thing crystal clear: she can truly care less.Its not a gamble worth taking! There are REAL salons in Flagstaff. Never be n to Supercuts they just happen to be in the same building as our offices.

Went in scared because every time I get I get my hair cut they messed up sat down waited a few and this very nice young girl with long pretty hair cut all the dead off but kept my length pretty long I will be going there for now on
