I was really looking forward to getting my haircut today. I booked an appointment on line for 1:30 pm and when I arrived for my appointment time I was told “oh no we can’t see you till 2:30”. 🤷🏻‍♀️ Very disappointed.

NOOO DONT GO HERE. I asked to get an undercut a couple months ago and by the time the hairdresser got done shaving my head she told me I made it choppy and emo. UHM... Maam thats not what I asked for. Now, I have layers that are hard to grow out and my hair is hideous. Also ouch. Im not emo.

At first everything was great. When I told them what o wanted they said they could do it. The lady that was doing my hair didnt know what she was doing and DEFINITELY does not know how to use clippers and shape up properly. She Destroyed the back of my hair and all she could say was sorry. All I could do was cry because I was so devastated and angry. DO NOT EVER GO TO THIS SALON. I WILL NEVER GO BACK AND THEY STILL MADE ME PAY!! Even though it was a discounted price, I SHOULDNT HABE PAID FOR ANYTHING.

I went to the Raeford rd. Supercenter SmartStyle. I asked for a cut, color, and style. I had not colored my own hair in a while. Decided to treat my self for new years. When the colorist was done with the color she blow dried my hair. I thought they did more styling to your hair like with a flat iron. All she used was a blow drier and brush. Just brushed it and blow dried it no round brush. What did I pay for styling for. When she was done she handed me a mirror to look at back of my head. When I turned chair arround to look at front in big mirror I found a pinky width streak of grey hair in my bangs that had not been colored and a bunch of strands on the right side of my face up front. With all that brushing they could not be missed. I noticed it she the stylist did not. How could she not. She mage the comment I did the front area first the resistant greys. In all the years I colored my own hair I never left a grey streak. She called the man mgmt. Over he said you could come back another time and get it redone or we can do it now. I said now. They were busy and I could tell he wanted me to come back. I never got an apology. She redid the color on the front area again. She took a brush and hair dryer to my hair again. I said sense you know my hair is naturally curry and its raining could you please use a flat iron on ends so they wont be so frizzy. I thought for screwing up my hair and having to wait extra time she would have done it as a courtesy. But she upset 😡 me when she asked mgnt for the price. I said never mind. But I kept my cool because there were kids getting their hair done.

Ms Kathy takes care of my hair...she is amazing...I am always very pleased with the outcome no matter what she does...cut...color...or style.

Kathy is the stylist you can depend on to know what to do. She has studied and mastered the art of being a stylist and hair doctor. Her hands are medicine for the scab.

I like going there but this time the lady did not ask me how I wanted her to cut my sons hair. I dont like to get my sons hair cut with clippers.. I was called to the desk t ok put his information in and when I got back she had already started with the clippers...I was upset about that..The next time I will go to another store...

I love Ms. Tammy I’ve never in my life had a white person to do my hair, so when I got with her for the very first time that’s was all she wrote lol. Meaning I’ve been seeing her for three years or so now. And when I say white person I don’t mean any harm or being disrespectful because I date outside my race but I was just amazed how good she was with my hair.

Staff is always courteous and welcoming. Katy always does my hair. She remembers how I want my hair cut and it is always on point. No long wait time which is important to me since I am on oxygen. Would recommend this salon to others.

I had my hair done here a few weeks ago and left a review saying I wouldnt be coming back,, I know things happen and Im just so glad that Ms. Kathy and Ms. Tammy worked with my schedule to get my hair fixed,, I really appreciated that so much and they both made me feel comfortable and at home..Ms Kathy is so nice and she does amazing job at washing hair,, and the overall experience coming back was so much better..thank you so much,, I will be coming back..😁😍

They didn’t even cut my hair as I wanted! Worst place to get a haircut. My hair is now all messed up. I can’t even show my face to the public, that’s how bad they cut my hair! I asked for see through bangs, I ended up have no see through bangs and it wasn’t even at all! I would never recommend coming here. I have to go to a new salon now to get my hair fixed.

I use Tammy to do my hair and she is wonderful. Everytime I go in everyone is so nice.

Went a few weeks back. Went in for a simple hair trim and layers. I left and my hair was uneven and Choppy. The woman who cut my hair was rushing.....will not be returning!

The girl who did my hair was very nice. She did however rush me and did not do a very good job. I will admit I came in last minute right before close, but she could have at least made sure my trim was even. She did not do a good job. And she didnt even attempt to dry my hair and off that it wasnt dripping all over me when she sent me on my way. She washed and trimmed my hair, I paid and left all in under 10 minutes. She clearly cared more about getting to close than she did good service. Will not return to this salon.

Mrs. Tammy its the best she is sweet and kind. My kids like her because she its good at what she does and fast :)

Had appt. for 10 a. m to get hair colored grey. Was there till 4:25 and left with blonde hair. Wasnt satisisfied at all. They kept telling me why the couldnt get my hair grey. So I left with blonde hair. I am so upset over my experience on the 17th of May 2019 from SmartStyle in the Skibo Wal-Mart store. If I wanted blond hair I could have done it. I was supposed to be treating myself. Wrong worst experience Ive ever had.
