I bought a used part that did not function properly and they said it was fine and said they would not refund money as it was a electrical part they only wanted to give a credit which I would probably never use. nothing like paying $125.00 and $50.00 shipping (way overcharged!) only to still need to fix the problem.

C. shortly after purchase engine failed, contacted and towed vehicle to Matthew Motors and Bob King Buick G M C Wilmington N.C under the direction Of General Motors Of Detroit MI absolutely NO help from either firms but kept on searching and found A Fox Motor on Dunn Road Fayetteville which was the best move I could have made dealing with repairs they dispatched a recovery vehicle to Bob Kings firm in Wilmington NC and transported the GMC Terrain to their Repair shop and exchanged the engine charged an excellent price, very kind. friendly folks God sent.!!!
