The weekend staff woman was beyond rude when asking for information related to my car being towed. first of all i parked for 10 minutes and she claimed that it was for 30 and wasn’t telling me where to go to get my vehicle. i have work and am now 4 hours late because she claimed that she wouldn’t be available until “7 p.m.” when this occurred at 4. why would i have to wait if the vehicle was just towed…… zero help and she gave the most attitude. i can’t believe people like this are in the workforce

I was waiting this morning for a car towing. He didnt show up and no one called me. I had to reschedule for the afternoon. Later that morning I called again saying that I will be home earlier if he was available to tow my truck. She started laughing at me with someone else, making fun of my accent. I was obviously being discriminated by the two employees. I ended up cancelling my appointment.

Absolutely hands down best towing company Ive used, they were very reasonably priced, showed up quickly to help and was extremely professional when loading and unloading my vehicle. Thanks again for all your help!

I parked in a church parking lot Saturday night and should have read the sign! and got back to my truck at 1am on a tow truck after a night with friends (Yikes!). The driver was cool, charged me $50 to drop the truck. A minimal fee, I mean, they were doing their job. and I was thankful. The driver and I joked for a moment and I was on my way. Not the end of the world.

We parked somewhere we shouldnt have our mistake. Even though it was the middle of the night they opened the office just for us to get our vehicles. These people are saints, and Peggy is the absolute best. Happy 30th!

Visiting Arkansas got in a vehicle accident. Car got wrecked wasn’t able to get my belongings due to not having my title. Waited until DMV sent me a duplicate. Once tittle arrived I Went in to get my belongings just to find out my stereo and sound system were STOLEN!! To make things even worse front desk lady said “ we are not even sure if the car even had a stereo system to begin with” Really unprofessional and very Inadequate way of providing SECURITY of others belonging. Extremely upset.

1742 n college Avenue is their real address. Surely since the police use this as the ONLY IMPOUND HAVING THE CORRECT ADRESS LISTED to avoid confusion and liability for ppl unable to find the place. Even the officers give vehicle owners the incorrect address. Kinda makes it seem like they are either corrupt or incompetent

James and the driver (I forgot his name) saved us on a very rough day. They both got to us quickly and made sure my family was safe and even helped us find and get to a hotel. They did a great job. We are grateful for them. The price was even reasonable.

Very rude and hateful dispatchers at night

Called NWA Towing and Recovery to help a customer who had been stuck on our gravel lot in the mud. They came and helped our visitor back out. Because it was such a quick fix and they didnt even use the tow truck, they didnt even charge us. They will be my go-to when I need it! They were so so helpful!

My Jeep broke down in the middle of the road in Fayetteville on 1/27/2020. Terry saw us and came over and offered us help. He helped tremendously even though we weren’t planning on getting the vehicle towed. Very nice guy and I highly recommend!

Least expensive and best towing service I have ever used! I am 55 years old and unfortunately have had to have many vehicles towed over the years. With 4 children driving and my husband and I, we have used many different services. Amanda was extremely nice and got everything set up for me, unlike other services I have used. Great service and great prices! They came immediately to pick me up when I broke down on the side of the road. They were very patient with me as I tried to figure out where to take my car. Everyone I spoke with was very nice and helpful.

This company handles all of our towing and has been doing this for the past couple of years. In my line of work I have to have dozens of cars towed per month and NWA towing has been a Godsend. Before we started using them we had to alternate towing companies between many companies to ensure fairness in the city... but now since we use ONLY NWA towing, it has been outstanding service, very timely, and has given me MANY less headaches than I had with virtually EVERY other towing service in this area. I am amazed at the poor reviews on this site from people who have no idea what towing COSTS these days and the horrors of using ANYONE else to do the job.

Didnt say the price over the phone and operator tried to call the cops on me for not being able to pay. Like no work was done the guy just came out to give the estimate. That man, the towing man, was so polite and understanding. I told him i couldnt pay and appologized and he was so nice he told me he hopes i have a good night and was sorry he couldnt help.... then the operator called and she yells at me saying how dare I call a company and not be able to pay for the service and she didnt even tell me over the phone how much it was going to cost up front so I could tell her not to send a driver out. Most disrespectful person ive ever heard. She tried to call the cops on me for theft of time

My daughter had a wreck and totaled her car. NWA towing was AWESOME! Got there fast and did the cleanup and towed her car to a shop in Springdale. I would definitely recommend at the highest level!

My car was located in front of my apt. building this morning and needed a tow. Business shows that they are 1.9 miles from me. They moved it 1 min from the street into the parking lot and charged 131.70. I am pissed! I feel ripped off/cheated. The police got them to come out. Next time, I will be more patient and call around for price quotes. Plus, the receipt shows the wrong time that they came out by many hours.

When I wrecked my car, the service at NWA towing was excellent. Being a student and far away from home, I wasnt sure what I needed to do. Terry made me feel so at ease in a stressful situation. He was calm and collected and assured me that cars can be replaced. I also received great customer service from Mrs. Peggy at the front desk. She helped me make sure I had all my documents in order and even helped me out on my insurance call. I couldnt have asked for better people to help me during this stressful incident and I highly recommend NWA towing for any vehicle trouble in Fayetteville.

My Son’s car broke down on Southbound Interstate 49 South between Garland and Porter Rd.We called USAA road-side assistance and a tow truck was dispatched.Within a short time Anthony called with Roadside Services Towing of NWA.He said he would be at our location in about 10 minutes. He arrived when he said he would and was extremely polite and helpful.When Anthony arrived at the designated auto repair facility, Anthony was kind enough to text a note saying the car arrived safely and attached a photo of the car.I was extremely pleased with their services,and would recomend them to anyone in need of their services.

EXCELLENT service, POLITE staff, willing to be HELPFUL, and answers any dumb questions you might have.I will repeat what many others have said, getting your car towed sucks! It doesnt matter if you have been in an accident, got a citation, or even got a vehicle stolen, its not fun and make even to most level headed individual frustrated. Now that being said, it is not fair or right to take this frustration out on someone who is just doing their job, and doing an quality job at that. Chuck just pulled our son’s car out of the ditch. Not only did he take the time to make sure no further damage was done to the car, but he was professional and courteous. It was an expensive lesson for our son on how to handle icy roads, but hopefully he learned from it!

The driver showed up very promptly. He actually tried a reset button to see if he could get my car to start based on what I thought the problem was. When that didnt work, he did a great job maneuvering in the tight space and sloped driveway. The driver was polite, friendly, and professional.

I called this company at 11:45pm while stuck in a mud hole and they were so nice to me over the phone! Sent someone right away and we’re going to tow my car out of the mud and all the way to my house for only $71!! AMAZING!!

So rude. They work with Cops so they use the law to keep your vehicle like you aint 100 percent legal then we can keep your truck and you lose it.

Rude, rude, rude! I just had a car accident with a shattered right leg, and I was the only one allowed back into the lot to claim the items from my car I am on crutches and I had to walk to the back quarter of the lot to point out which 1 was actually my car. I really should changes to 2 stars being that, the gentlemen in the back are good old boys and bent over backwards to help in any way they could. It was the front staff Namely Stephanie the receptionist that was very inconsiderate and down right mean when there was no reason to be. This place is definitely not meant to be a service industry that actually care about the customers opinion of them. By the way not very wheel chair/crutch accessible.

When you find yourself in a situation you don’t want to be in it is nice to have folks you can call for help. I can honestly say that at 4 a.m. when you don’t know what to do but need to do something quickly NWA Towing was a phone call away and took care of the situation. Stephanie answered the phone immediately, listened to my concerns, and acted with professional courtesy. I was unable to give accurate directions but was contacted again to narrow it down. The car was retrieved and all is well. NWA Towing was not responsible for the situation but did an excellent job in resolving a bad situation.Thank you!

With the exception of Amanda, these people are the rudest and most unprofessional people I have ever met. They think because your car gets impounded that they can treat you like you are worthless. The criminals are still paying customers. Customers that usually have to pay $35 a day for a car to sit there and do nothing. Ironically, it wasnt even my car and Im not the criminal who got it impounded. Just a son trying to save her mothers car. To stop a ruthless and unforgiving business from getting a free car after 60 days. If youre calling this place just for a tow, Im sure they wont take advantage of you too much...

I understand that when you get towed you have to pay an arm and a leg to get it out and thats what I was expecting. But the very large, older blond woman at the front desk was so rude that it made the situation much worse. She turned snarky immediately and was condescending and unhelpful. She even snatched a pen out of my hand. If you hate your job that much maybe you should look into a career change.

Son was in an accident. We have AAA, but cop wouldn’t let him contact AAA for some reason, so we got stuck with this business and these HORRIBLE charges.Check out how crazy they nickel and dimed me with charges like “Cleaning,” “Dollies, “Winching,” “Special Equipment.” WHAT?I was out of state on a business trip, so physically couldn’t get the car off their lot for 5 days. I had called them on day 1 though, and explained my predicament, but they wouldn’t release the car to anybody else but me until I physically came in....unless I had the ability to go print/notarize/fax one of their forms (I didn’t have that time or access).However, they sure would charge me $35 per day for the totaled car to just sit there on their lot. Then, when I called and made arrangements to finally come and get the car, they didn’t tell me they have a second lot somewhere else. I drove half an hour in the wrong direction just to add insult to injury.The only slight improvement is that my final bill was just a tad less....probably because I repeatedly complained that I couldn’t believe how bad they were sticking me.

Horrible experience here at this place, staff was very rude and not helpful at all in me trying to get my car out. Not to mention them calling the police to come search through my car without my permission. If my car has to ever be towed again and they show up to tow it they will definitely be refused to even touch my car.

Had a crisis situation with my vehicle while visiting Arkansas. Was rudely placed on hold for ten mins....only to be hung up on. Called back and was told someone would be there in 40 mins. I waited an hour and 15 mins...still no help arrived. Searched on my phone for another towing company to call .... Five Stars to Professional Asset Recovery, driver was there in 15 minutes!!!

NWA Towing picked up my car after being impounded by the police department. At first I was confused with the papers required to pick up my car, but the lady helped me understand. She even took a day of storage off for me.

My $300 scooter was stolen, and they charged me $200 to get it back. They have same rates for towing and store a $50 bicycle and $50k truck. Ridiculous!!

They towed mine and my gfs car from our parking spots... and then charged me 90 bucks a piece to get it back when we never wanted them towed...

Parked in a open parking lot on a Saturday allowing parking. The sign stated vehicles must be cleared for Church Service Sunday. After getting off work on Dickson my car was towed. The daylight savings had the bars close at 3 a.m. rather than 2 and I arrived at the parking lot at at 3:40 after bar cleanup.

The girl who answers the phone is quite rude.
