After having my car bumper repaired at a local auto-collision company, I needed a way to get my car back to my residence. I needed my mechanic to check the brakes of the car before driving the car again...meaning, last week I was in a slight fender-bender (with a pole...Lol) because the brakes didnt work properly. Thus, the need for the tow. There are quite a few towing companies in the general Fayetteville area but I decided on Cape Fear Towing. Im glad that I chose the company. The owner, Micheal, was professional and polite. The most impressive thing about him is that he didnt treat my situation like an interruption of his day. My car arrived safely at my home without incident. The pricing is roughly (all in with taxes) $80.00 for a local tow. I hope I dont need towing services again, but if I do, this will be my go-to company for assistance.

Yesterday was a day of frustrations, annoyance, and not feeling as if my issue was of importance. I purchased a vehicle from a car lot in January of this year, who scheduled an appt for someone to come and correct my key fob issue and have the key in the key fob cut and reprogrammed. Yes, I purchased a vehicle with a key fob that didnt have an emergency key cut and didnt realize it until yesterday. The reason for the appointment was because the dashboard on the car was reading damaged key when using the key fob. This car lot had me waiting for over an hour for someone who never showed, never called or texted, and the car lot never contacted me again regarding this issue and still to this day and hour, I have not heard anything from the individual or the car lot. If you would like to know which car lot I am referring to, I would be more than happy to give that information, however, this rating is strictly for Cape Fear Towing with a pinch of what my issue was ([email protected]). After I realized I would probably be waiting all day for someone to show up from this car lot, I decided to have my car towed to the actual dealership. I called Cape Fear Towing and the tone over the phone was very friendly, inviting, and completely changed my mood. I went from feeling defeated, to feeling like my concerns were going to be taken care of. I was told that it would be an hour before they could get the car, I was explained the prices and why the two prices varied (due to the car possibly not being able to go into neutral), and was given the option to receive a call when they were 15 minutes away. I gave them my number and Mike returned my call in a timely fashion to let me know he was on his way when he was 15 minutes out. Best part, he even taught me something about the car when he did arrive to load the car onto the truck. He has one of the best personalities I have seen when coming to running a business and even without trying, he had me laughing. I would recommend him in a heartbeat if you ever need to have a vehicle towed. Very great service! Thank you to Mike!

While at work my wife, son and newborn ended up breaking down and thank god for this man Michael. I called him in a panic seeing as I was over an hour away and not only was he able to get to where she was and get our car to the dealership in less then an hour. I highly recommend this business from a family stand point as he was professional and even called me back to let me know everything was taken care of. If you’re in a bind and need help, this is the man that you need to call. Thanks again brother, words can not express how much I appreciate it.

This was single handedly the best tow experience I have had in my life. I have used many other companies when getting vehicles transported around NC. The staff and management are very professional and friendly. The prices are extremely reasonable in relation to the level of service that is provided. They quickly responded to my call for assistance in my time of need. I will only use Cape Fear Towing in the future.

Guy said he’d be there to help us in 30 minutes and got there in 15. Super helpful really friendly and got us out of a sticky situation for an excellent price. I highly recommend this company for any towing needs.

They did a very professional job I was scare that my car was going be damages but after they got my car out the ditch there was nothing wrong with my car . They is the best I seen yet and if I never need a towing company it sure will be Cape Fear Towing and also they was so friendly so if you need a towing company call these guys

Called immediately after notification from usaa that I was in an accident. Was professional and extremely helpful and got to my truck 3 times faster than any other tow company I had called.

Ended up having car troubles this week and when trying to get up with someone, no one seemed inclined to help me. Got a hold of Michael and he was incredibly professional and came out to help tow my car back to my house even during this monsoon of a week. Have already told my friends and family about this man, thanks for helping a brother out :)

Used Cape Fear Towing last night - paid cash of $125.00 to Michael Pittman with receipt to be provided when car was released at point B. Of course, the weather got really bad - almost monsoon rain, on the way home. A little alarmed as his tow truck was smoking from the engine area, but our vehicle was unloaded safely. Michael Pittman shared his paperwork got all wet. Shared he can come in and write a receipt with his business name, number and amount paid. He shared he would rather email it to me this morning, once i sent him my email address as we were all pretty wet. Inner alarm was going off but i shrugged it off. Sent him the information at 6:40 pm last night. No receipt received last night. Texted today at 10:51 am, no answer. Called and voice mailbox is full. Lesson learned Michael Pittman. Dont pay this man in cash. If Michael Pittman should provide the quote, I will update this review, but not change my rating.

Used for roadside assistance from Jeep. Came before the ETA and was able to tow me with my vehicles issue, even after another company came and told me they couldnt. What a relief .
