All I have to say is if Ryan is going to tow your vehicle he’s the best! He towed my Ford Escape from Fayetteville to Springdale and then from Springdale to Bentonville. He’s professional and just an all around great at his job. I would definitely recommend using 1st Response Towing and Rescue! They get the job done the right way.

The gear shift broke off of the steering wheel of our SUV at a gas station on the Friday afternoon of the July 4th holiday. We called several towing companies, none were available until we found 1st Response. They were at our location within 20 mins, and even waited patiently for us to unload our packed car (going camping) and towed our vehicle to a mechanic. They were very nice on the phone and in person all at a reasonable price! Highly recommend!

James really helped me out big time by towing my car for me so I could get new tires! He was late because of something that happened during the tow before mine, but because of him being late he refused to let me pay for it! I am so grateful for kind people like him. Extremely professional and I would recommend them to everyone.

Terry and Jesse really came through last night and helped tow my truck out of the trees in the rain after I hydroplaned off the highway. They helped calm me down and reassure me and Terry called his wife to drive me home afterwards. Such a nice couple and I am eternally grateful for their compassion and experience and will definitely remember them for any future accidents. Can’t say enough good things about these guys! We were broke down hours away from home. Our BMW Z4 was a challenge to load being so low to the ground but they were very careful with it and knew just what to do to prevent damage. They went above and beyond to help us get safely back on the road home. I don’t know if the two gentlemen that helped us were the owners or staff but they were very courteous, helpful and professional. I highly recommend this business!

I got a flat tire in the middle of mountain and had no address to give them except google location sharing. The driver lost signal when he arrived the mountain but he didnt give up and kept going until he found us. Im really grateful for his kindness as well as this companys professionality.
