I am pleased to say the driver of this company came to my location in great timing. I was notified when he arrived.My truck was looked at and I was told what was wrong with it. Thanks to the gentleman who spotted the issue. He was kind and patient to talk about Everything. On the way to drop my truck off at the shop, he was a really cool person to carry on a conversation the wholeway there. Again thank you road runner services. John was my angel who picked us up on the road and not only took us to tow the car but also dropped my kids and I off at a waffle house so i could feed them and figure out what to do next. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE! NOT ONLY DIS THE DRIVER DISPLAY A LACK OF KNOWLEDGE IN HIS PROFESSION HE COULD NOT EVEN PERFORM BASIC JOB FUNCTIONS. Road Runner Towing was extremely helpful. My husbands car was having issues and they got a driver to him quickly. Once we found out the repairs would be more than the car is worth. We decided to donate the car and had to move it off post. Road Runner Towing came to our aid again. They helped get the car off post and stored it on their lot.

On time after calling and prices reasonable

Weve used Mr. Legette, Bruce and the rest of the crew at Road Runner anytime we at Fire Protection have an issue with our fleet of vans/pickups.Out of the 7 or 8 times weve used them, Ive only had a slight delay of 1 hr ONCE. The other 7/8 times, they had a truck at my location within 25 minutes. They have a number of trucks running at any given time so even if they arent immediately available, they should have one available to assist you within an hour as I mentioned.On top of their speed and promptness, they also seem to be cheaper than almost every other local tow truck. If you can drive it onto the tow truck ramp and its just going around the city, Ive never paid more than $80.Definitely recommend!

Tried to have my mothers car towed by 3 different companies over a period of 2 days. These gentlemen came through. I paid out of pocket after giving up on roadside assistance. It was well worth every penny. I highly recommend them.

This company did nothing but cause me stress. The employee Bruce is extremely rude and likes to interrupt, talk over, cuss at, and hang up on customers. The owner responds to all the negative reviews with apologies and his personal phone number, but when you call him he just says I just advise that you get your car taken care of and get it out of the shop and move on with your life. This company is trash.

This morning, The bushing on my shift linkage fell off of the shifter lever causing my vehicle to remain in reverse even though I was able to shift into different gears at the stick. Not knowing what the problem was at the time and impeding traffic at the gas station where I was dead in the water, I called around to a couple of different tow truck companies hoping that we could get it loaded onto a flatbed and taken back to my property a few miles away. Nobody answered because it was early in the morning, but these guys did.I told him who I was what was going on and where I was at. He asked me a few more questions about the problem and then asked me if I was willing to take a look underneath the vehicle for the problem. He took the time out of his morning to walk me through and find the exact issue and how to fix it allowing me to safely get underway. He could have just as easily put my vehicle on his truck and charged me whatever he wanted, but he didnt.I dont know how many folks this company has working for them, but I would hope that they are all as honest as the guy I spoke with this morning.Will call them if I ever need a tow. I owe you a case of beer.

Incredible service. I was really having a crisis, and they were quick to action. I can’t thank them enough for the help, and being there so soon. Definitely highly recommend. Hopefully won’t need more help anytime soon, but if I do, I know who I’ll call.

Lady picks up phone and I say wat I’m needing for assistance and she just repeats the company’s name every time i get done saying something. Not sure if it’s a automated machine or what. Lol needless to say these people were no help. And they need better phones if they aren’t automated cause u can’t hear nothing really. U have to piece together wat the lady is saying.

This company was very professional and quick. Justin was our tow man and was quick and friendly! Wouldve given five stars but just thought the price was just a tad more than reasonable for a 10 min drive. Also, our car is a low riding car, normally people always scrape the exhaust pipes and they didnt!

They have excellent service they came and towed my vehicle when many other towing companies told me it couldnt be done because my back brakes were locked and my driveway was on an incline. The guy came talked to me was very courteous and explained everything he did and had my car hooked and was on his way in 15 minutes. Roadrunner towing will be the only company I will call for any towing connected problems I have in the future.

I had a blow out on the side of the road, and Justin front desk agent was so helpful and consistent with calling me back, asking me if I’m ok, being a help person and that speaks value of the customers service here at Road Runner rowing, also they came and fixed my flat tire, didn’t have the entire amount to pay because I was not anticipating a blow out, I only carry My card lucky I had just enough to pay the guy and he let me go even though I was $10.00 short. Very expensive 150 dollars for three miles

I called for a tow. The man who answered the phone then proceeded to give me the number of another person to call who could help me. I called him and he explained that it would be an hour before he could get to me to which I said no problem. I waited for over an hour at which point I hadnt received so much as a text. I decided to give him a call but got no answer. So I called road runner back and was told that the number i was given was the bosses number and he couldnt help me. I am still in need of a tow as I am typing this. Worst customer service ever.

Im from out of state and needed my vehicle towed to a garage. They were very professional, very polite and you couldnt beat the price. The gentleman that dropped my vehicle off made sure the keys were put in the drop box and my vehicle was locked before he left. Couldnt have asked for more.

I was on my way back to South Georgia when I got a flat tire in Dunn, NC, I knew no one in the area and was scared to death, the really sweet young man came (on Labor Day) and got me, my son and my car and took us to the local Walmart for a new tire. Although I was upset and had cried all night, he made me feel safe and helped calm me down. Plus the tow was so cheap! You guys are awesome, thank you so much for the help!

I share this cause Ive so far been waiting over an hour for a tow truck that was already on post, I call and he said hes getting gas. It has almost been a full hour since he said hes getting gas. There is no excuse for it taking that long. If so, then I should be contacted.Update: The guy I called said some fishy jazz about his truck being unable to start after going through the gate and told me to call a different company. This is after already waiting over an hour. I had to call him to get this information. Absolutely inexcusable

This is my go-to towing company. I have used them several times and they have always been prompt, especially this morning. Drivers are professional and polite. All of my family uses this company.

I like to support the Black Business but he wasnt up front and honest about how long it would take for him to arrive. No incidents.

Horrible service. We waited 2 hours after they said the tow truck would be here in 30 min and they never showed. And then we called them for the third time. And they said we were never on their books. Not to mention the guy was extremely rude and hung up on us during the first call. And the second call he was just down right rude. And didn’t have a great attitude.

I was waiting on the side of the road for over an hour for my insurance company to find a company to dispatch to me for roadside assistance. I googled and decided to give this company a call because I didnt want to continue to wait. Not only was the price good. They arrived in less than 10 minutes. The phone call and service was professional, fast, and considerate. They even prioritized my call and came to my location ahead of other jobs because they didnt like the idea of a lady being stranded on the side of a busy highway as long as I reported Id been there. Do Yourself a Favor and Call someone Else!Long story short,Beacon charged me less than $100Road Runner wanted to charge me over $200!Guy at Road Runner who answered my call on 21 June 2018, couldnt remember anything I told him. He kept mixing up the information I was telling him.Soon as I told him I was deployed and needed their help with my car thats in storage, he immediately started adding misc. charges to get more money from me. I hung up the phone and called another company.

I THINK IM GONNA FILE A COMPLAINT WITH THE COUNTY BECAUSE TO ME THIS IS PRICE GOUGING FROM HELL ........ I MAY BUY ME A TOW TRUCK & HELL I SHOULD NE ABLE TO MAKE A KILLING CHARGING MY PRICE VERSUS THEIR PRICE ........
