Inquired on a home and was told they dont take male cats. I responded surprised since Ive never heard of that before. Said thanks for since it will help us know for future references on homes and got a sarcastic reply back from a Carolyn Madison. Almost childish...I think someone is a bit opinionated in the office. I didnt mean for it to be offensive at all. Bad customer service for sure. But just so you know, they do not take male cats. That is something they should be putting on their advertisement for the house rental so not to take peoples time when interested in it.

I felt judged and we have great rental history and was discarded as if we were trash! The representative that showed the property was not hesitant to spell out our physical qualities such as our appearance and even the way we smelled! As if that wasn’t enough.....she put us off for two days with no intention of leasing a property to us! It was a terrible experience!

I am a neighbor of one of there properties in Rogers and we had a storm come through last week that knocked a couple of branches down from a tree in the rear of their property. Big branches. One branch tore down the fence that divides our properties and the other landed on the corner of their house. Both branches still sit in the same place, never touched and the fence is still on the ground!
