I love Xerox service! I work at a church where a reliable copy machine is a must. On the phone, Xerox service personnel are polite and helpful and if a visit to the church is needed, they are very prompt and resolve the machines issues in a timely manner. Thank you Xerox.

When you call information for your phone number they give out the fax number instead of your office number. I would change that or at lease add the office number in the event the customers wants a to speak to a sales rep. Thanks for the opportunity to point this out.
