I LOVED living at Eco Modern Flats. The saltwater pool, garden, rooftop deck, and walkability to Dickson/the square/grocery make this community such a hidden gem.

Eco is one of the best apartments around! Its run by a top-notch property group too. Awesome amenities like a saltwater pool, public rooftop hangout, recycling stations, and community garden make this a sweet place to live. The rent is all-inclusive so factor that in when looking at rent cost. Makes paying bills super easy.

My boyfriend and I love living here; weve been living here for about a year, and we have been extremely pleased with the management and the area. The apartment is close to restaurants and the neighborhood walmart, and it is an easy walk to campus. We have made great friends living here and the apartment complex hosts events where you can meet other residents. I would recommend this complex to anyone whose looking to live in a safe apartment, close to campus.

Great place to live! It is definitely unique to many (if not all) of the other apartments in the area of Fayetteville. If you are single, or have no children, the studio style apartment is perfect. They offer storage space, balconies, a community garden, several community events, a salt water pool which is heated by solar panels, a community roof top access with picnic tables, two recycling stations, and much more! Its name definitely suits itself, as it is very eco-friendly. The landscaping is phenomenal, and even though the bustle of Dickson street and the college are only a short walk away, the vast vegetation offers a form of privacy from the world around it. They are also very pet friendly, offering two animals per complex, as well as three doggy waste stations located on each corner of the property. The management is extremely friendly and inviting as well, creating a great sense of neighborhood. I have been living here for nearly a year and a half, and I would love to continue my stay here for years to come.

Great place to live! Very professional staff that goes above and beyond to help out their tenants. The apartments are updated with modern style and the community grounds are very well maintained. It is in a great location close to campus, restaurants/bars, and the trail network, which I walk my dog on daily. I would highly recommend this community to anyone!

Great place to live. I stayed there for about 3 years! The beautiful style, exceptional maintenance, and lush grounds placed this at the top of where I wanted to live. While this place does have its wow factors there are a few things I grew to dislike.•Poor parking: Each entire building basically gets one guest spot. Also, if you live there for a while be prepared to get your car hit and run. Happened to me year for year with no help from management.•Non smoking violations: While living there I didn’t smoke cigarettes so I didn’t think twice about it. Although I got one violation while living there (3rd one and your evicted) for totally unforeseen reasons out of my control. There were a number of my friends in college that smoked so it was always a battle telling them they need to leave the property if they wanted to smoke. So anyways, one night I was in my home talking with a close friend get a knock on the door to find a friend that had walked over unannounced. I let him in and shortly after get a loud banging on my door by some guy. I answer and it’s the resident sheriff here to give me a violation for smoking. I ensure him that I didn’t and he explains he saw me outside with my friend smoking a cigarette. I explain I have been inside the whole time and he gives me a ticket anyways. Come to find out my friend had been near my door talking and sharing a cigarette with one of my neighbors to which I get the violation.

Loved living here! I only moved because I graduated, but I would definitely recommend these apartments to anyone. Very quiet and clean!

I have never lived anywhere better everything is nice and it works and when there is a problem they fix it very quickly. i recommend this apartment complex to anyone looking for a quiet high quality place to live.

Best staff of any of the apartment complexes in Fayetteville. Just as the name says: eclogically superior and modern!

THE BEST APARTMENT EXPERIENCE IVE EVER HAD! I have lived in multiple apartment complexs and I cannot speak highly enough about Eco. The staff is always helpful and friendly, Alicia is amazing in every way!! The green community was always a bonus, including the garden that you can use at your convience. So sad to not be there anymore but was by far the best living experience!!!

Loved the concepts while touring with my daughter. but we were looking for a number of apartments for her cheerleading team and found them to be a little on the expensive side

Great office, good apartment. Only looking to move out soon so I can save a bit of money and/or be closer to work in Rogers.
