I called and booked this company for a deep cleaning before my family came to visit. I told them I needed a super deep cleaning of everything. So glad I made this choice. It was so thorough and detailed.

They came to my home today and cleaned. They did an excellent job. Very easy to book an appointment. Extremely affordable and professional. I contemplated renting a do it yourself system and am so glad I didnt. They saved me the hassle and it wasnt much more then what a rental would have been. I will definitely use them again.

I am the owner of a downtown Fayetteville company called The Cool Spring Clubhouse. We hired New Again to come in and clean our carpets and rugs so the little ones can continue to have a clean environment. The owner, Jeff, took my appointment and asked me a lot of different questions to make sure he was giving me what I needed.The cleaner that arrived was early, professional, and did an amazing job! He even took some brochures to hand out to his friends and family because he said he loved our business so much!I highly recommend this company! They were excellent and gave us a great rate!

Think twice before you hire these guys to clean your carpet!!! I had very similar experience to Ivy McDonald: I scheduled their service for 10AM Saturday. They simply never showed up, both of their phones went to voicemail after my multiple calls. They obviously had their own schedule different from mine. I think that at least they could give me a courtesy call to let me know they would not be able to come.

We are very pleased with the work quality and prompt service response. We give an Excellent Rating for all the services that New Again provides. We have contracted and been pleased with the finished results of carpets, floor care, windows, kitchen and general cleaning services when tenants move out.

I am a Property Manager for an apartment community. We used New Again Carpet Cleaning for our painting, cleaning and carpet cleaning. Their work is very good, however, there are several other issues that outweigh their good work.We scheduled carpet cleaning with them several weeks in advance and when the time came for them to be here (Monday - Wednesday) they werent here. We called and they said they had us on schedule for (Wednesday - Friday). After verifying the week before and notifying our residents of the cleaning schedule, this was frustrating but not the end of the world. Wednesday, when they got here to clean the carpet, the employee smelled of marijuana and said he wasnt going to kill himself trying to get the work done during the time it was scheduled for. Seeing that theyre going into occupied homes to clean the carpet, we were on a set schedule as to have the residents know when someone will be in their home!Two weeks later we had them scheduled to do the remaining carpets, again, Monday - Wednesday. Monday, went great! Tuesday..... They didnt show up. We called and said they were broken down, however, they said theyd still be here. They never came! Wednesday, they were supposed to be here around 9am and they showed up around 1:30-2:00. We gave him the list of carpets to clean and he missed/skipped/didnt do 5 of them! Didnt let us know they werent done or anything.

Jeff came out to my house to do a healthy home assessment and give me a quote based on his recommendations. I took them up on their free room of carpet cleaning and carpet assessment. They really meant it. They didnt charge me for the room and didnt pressure me to using them. The carpet was dry by the end of the day and looks and smells great! I made an appointment to have the rest of my house done and when I found out they did house cleaning as well I had them sign me up for that as well. I would have them in my home even if I wasnt there. I cant say enough good things.

Absolutely Awesome! I called New Again Carpet Cleaning while I was sitting in the front yard waiting for a different carpet cleaning company to show up. The other company was supposed to help us save a lot. (If you see an advertisement in the Fayetteville/Raeford area for that company, please do not bother. I called New Again and told them my situation. I had a home inspection to get my security deposit back the next afternoon. The person on the phone, Jeff, said no problem, he would get a crew out there at 9am the next morning to get the job done. at 08:55, they pulled in. Kareem and the other gentleman introduced themselves. (I apologize for not remembering his name.) They were fantastic. They looked at the carpet and said no problem and got started. We had dogs that would track sand in a lot from outside so I always worried about how critical the property manager might be about the carpets. The property manager said the carpets were fantastic and actually asked for New Agains card so they could use them on other rentals.I brought a few neighbors over and showed them. They were shocked too. The carpets really did look new and smelled clean. Price wise, New Again was a little more than the company that no showed me, but way less than other companies I have used in the past. Another thing that impressed me is that they did not try to upsell the cleaning. I told them exactly what the condition of the carpet was before they got there and the house size, the phone quote was the price.I will definitely use them again and continue to refer friends to them throughout the areas they clean in North Carolina! Oh, Jeff Houghton, their owner, called me later to ask if I was satisfied. Considering how many people move in and out of the Raeford area, its pretty impressive to me that he took the time to follow-up.Thank you,Kevin

I called New Again on a Tuesday and talked Jeff. Made a schedule to come out on Wednesday between 9 am and 1 pm. At 1:30 pm I am calling all three numbers. Jeff is on all three answering machines but no one answered. Finally at 2:30 a lady calls me and asked me was I calling the office. I told her yes and I had appointment between 9 and I, it is now 2:30 pm. She said that she did not have me on her list. I told her i wasnt on the list because I didnt talk to her. She asked me to reschedule. I dont think so. I find it so unprofessional that I schedule an appt and no one in the office knew I had an appt. Then the person I schedule the appt with had not called to tell me he was going to be late or nothing. Just didnt show up. I never call this company again and I will not refer this company to anyone.
