I hired Williams Carpet Care to repair two holes on my carpet caused by our pets. One was along an edge and one was in the middle of the floor. Both repairs look amazing and we would hired them again. Oscar was on time and professional.

The gentleman was professional and friendly. He came in and went right to work. I stepped outside to stay out of his way and when he was done I was very pleased. It took 3 hours to dry .

I was pleased except there was only one stain on carpet in a LARGE bedroom, very visible, and it was not addressed at all. I did not enter the room before the cleaners left because the carpet was wet. When I saw the stain, it was puzzling that it was not cleaned nor mentioned to me that they were unable to clean it. Not angry, just disappointed.

John who cleaned my couches was so nice!! Highly recommend. He was so sweet to my German Shepard, he even showed me his German Shepard too. Very sweet. The couches turned out great. Originally I was thinking of buying new ones so happy I didn’t. Only spent 150 and they look almost new again. They smell great too. Plus he was on time, most places say between this and this time and show up hours later. Will only go back to Williams everyone I spoke to was so nice.

Anne Marie was very happy and courteous. I didnt give them business due to the minimum $90.00 fee for cleaning tile. One area (kitchen) cost $30.00 but they will only do it if you pay the additional $60.00 for the labor is what was explained to me. Not considering that I was already paying $230.00 for carpet cleaning. No veteran or 1st responder discount.

Made an appointment with Williams Carpet Care to clean our sectional couch after moving into our new home. It was very easy to make the appointment, and they were very good about communicating the time window when they would arrive. Gerardo called to let us know he was on his way, and arrived on time. He did an excellent job on our couch, putting in some extra passes on it to get the stuck on dog hair off. He even cleaned our sons mini recliner and got it back to looking new. All around great experience, definitely recommend Williams Carpet Care.

Made the appt, company gave me price range which never changed.They called me the day before to confirm and the technician called me when he was on the way to my house. He even arrived earlier than my scheduled time. He was very efficient, pre treated stains before he began cleaning and they already began to disappear before my eyes. Carpet is clean and smells great! Floors were almost completely dry the next day. I highly recommend and will use them in the future.

The carpet cleaner called me before the appointment time to ask if it was ok to come earlier and he did. My great experience started from the moment I placed my appointment. The lady on the phone was extremely polite. She was very thorough on explaining exactly what day, time, amount of rooms, approximate price, etc. I got off the phone and even said to my husband “that lady was super friendly”. I even received a confirmation call the day before my appointment to go over the information again which I thought was great. Best carpet cleaner in Fayetteville. You cant go wrong with Teri and Stuart at Williams Carpet. In particular Mr. John is their best carpet cleaner I think. If Mr. John cant get a stain out it cannot be done. He can get anything up it seems. I love this company and have used them at every property I work on.
