An overall excellent experience...prompt, courteous, professional, and excellent customer service. This is not your typical sling some warm water on the carpet and vacuum it up service. They pre-treat, scrub/clean the carpet, then steam clean. The results were excellent. All dirt and stains gone and it smells so fresh.They also take the time to make sure that your walls, corners, and other items are protected from the equipment and hoses. They do not rush and care about the quality of the work they are doing.This was our first time using Triple Ds, but it will not be the last. Highly recommended!

They gave me a list of services that would be done, they were not done. They were very disrespectful when it was brought to their attention and refused to refund my money. My house was still a mess after the cleaning was done. Very disappointed that this is how they would treat a military family. Don’t waste your money!

Operator was friendly he work hard … my carpets are soaked tho I’ve had my carpets cleaned plenty of times and they’ve never been soaking wet they’ve always came out damp and would dry in a few hours … in this situation I’m worried about water damage to my floor.

My carpet and rug smelled horrible which caused my whole house to smell horrible. I called Triple Ds Carpet Cleaning and the next day they came out and cleaned. They were easy to contact and flexible in the scheduling, I had some pet odor issues mostly dealing with the carpet. Triple Ds Carpet Cleaning was able to deodorize my floors and get my home smelling nice again.

My experience with this company was anything but a star. If I could give zero stars I would! They were there from 9 a.m-2:30 p.m. Let me just start here, the base boards were STILL dirty. Above the doorways STILL had cobwebs. The windows STILL had dirt on them. The front of the kitchen cabinets were STILL dirty. When you open the kitchen drawer there was still grease and food on them.This company should be ashamed of themselves. They charged me $270.00 to vacuum my floor practically.I would NEVER recommend this company to any of my friends or family members and I suggest you all don’t do it either.All in all they are TERRIBLE!!!

Good service. On time. He was actually waiting on me. The estimated arrival time was between 10-11. He actually showed up before 10 which is why he was waiting on me to get there. But he was polite and did a good job. The only reason why I didnt give them five stars is because I was quoted one thing over the phone but when he got there he stated my condo would actually be considered 5 rooms instead of 4 so that made the price go up. I went ahead and paid the additional fee only because I am moving out and all rooms must be professionally cleaned. If it wasnt for that then I would have not gotten the additional room done. But nonetheless good service.
