First off, they had really great availability we are selling our house and needed the carpets cleaned ASAP, they were able to accommodate an appointment 2 days after I called. The appointment was very easy to schedule. the receptionist and the two guys that came out to clean the carpet were very polite and very professional. as soon as the carpet cleaners came into my house the first thing they did was lay fabric on the floor to protect my floors. in addition to protecting the floor they put a screen up in front of my door to keep flies out while they are going in and out. I have added a picture of it. We have lived in our home for 14 years and have never had a carpet cleaning company be that proud of their work. This small family-owned business is just amazing. They are very courteous and professional. With our small children and large dogs, we make plenty of messes. They have always been able to come out and make our carpet look like new again. They also educated us on how to spot clean our stainmaster carpet which has been very helpful over the years. Truly a next level carpet cleaning Experience well beyond anything I have ever encountered. And I have tried quite a few over the past 33 years as a homeowner. From the time they enter your home with a climate preserving door interface (put in place to preserve your indoor climate as well as keep the bugs out) until the time they leave; their whole operation was seriously geared to obtaining optimal, maximal carpet cleaning results. And they did just that...costing the same or less than the usual mediocre services. My carpets look absolutely phenomenal (the original house carpets @ 26 years old). BEST CARPET CLEANING COMPANY IN FAYETTEVILLE! This family owned business is great. The 2 gentleman that came to my home were clean, nice and professional. They took the time to put down floor protection in order to not scratch my floors, they also put these guards on the corner of my walls to make sure they didnt scuff them up. They day of my appointment it was around 100 degrees outside and they had this neat door contraption they put up to keep my door from being wide open. I have had my carpets cleaned several times in the past but never like this. I have never had a company come in and take the time that they did to clean my carpets. I have 3 bedrooms, staircase and living room. Most of the companies I have hired in the past would be finished in about an hour. I assumed that was about average. Brighter Image was in my home for 2 1/2 hours. I knew the service was going to be good as soon as they brought out vacuums. I have never had anyone vacuum my carpets before the carpets were actually cleaned. Very impressed. I can also say that I know much more about my carpets after hiring Brighter Image. I love light colored furniture.... unfortunately, it doesnt go so well when you have a husky who LOVES to jump all over it. Less than a year after we purchased it, it started looking dirty and no matter how much I scrubbed it there were still some stains that wouldnt budge. Eventually I gave up and called Brighter Image. The entire experience was better than I expected and the furniture looks almost as good as it did when we bought it! I will definitely use them going forward!

I did a search online for carpet cleaners in the area, and found Brighter Image. It had been over a year since my carpets were cleaned so it seriously needed it. I have a 130 pound dog that has had some accidents, and I informed them of that. They said they would do the best they could to get the stains out. To my surprise they were able to get all of the stains out, and my carpet looked brand new. The two gentlemen that did the job were professional and extremely helpful. And I would know, because Ive gone through THREE different companies this year (Its only August...)They spent over an hour thoroughly vacuuming(!) and then spot cleaning, pet cleaning, and even removed spilled Strawberry Milk (which none of the other 3 cleaners were able to lift).My carpet not only looks and smells a million times better, it FEELS super soft as if it were brand new. I called them on short notice and they showed up the next day. My carpets were legitimately foul, I fully expected that I would have to give a carpet allowance no question about it when I put my house on the market, but I may not have to now. By no means are my carpets perfect now, but they did the absolute best possible. They took their time and did a phenomenal job. So much so that I was flat out embarrassed they had gotten that bad and I never had this done before. 100% recommended. Father-son team that know their job very very well, plus both are veterans.

They came out on time, work quickly and were very friendly and professional. And that goes for everyone from the lady I spoke to on the phone to the guys that came and cleaned my carpets. I will be using them again if and when I need my carpets cleaned.

Brighter image carpet care is THE best carpet cleaning service I have ever used. They literally saved my carpet. Its a family owned business and their family values come to your home when they do. They care about what they do and how your carpet looks when they leave. They are friendly, helpful, and leave your carpet looking brand new. Their process involves vaccumming, moving furniture, pretreating the carpets, using an activator, then steam cleaning. I have two dogs, a newborn, and a messy military husband. Their prices are well worth it for the work they do and the customer service they offer. They even give a discount to military families! I plan on getting my carpets cleaned by Brighter Image Carpet Care every six months!

They did a great job, very efficient. They even came later than our scheduled appointment because the cleaning company cleaning my house was still there and they worked around the ladies cleaning. I should have just hired them to clean the house as well. They are awesome!!!!!

I had my carpets cleaned from a different company when I first bought my house and I thought they had done a wonderful job. That was about 5 years ago, so I wanted to to get my carpets replaced. I am unable to replace the carpets in my home so I contacted Brighter Image to come out and when they were finished with my carpets, they looked new, all the stains were gone from my children and my dogs. My carpets have a new life about them and I am very pleased with this company. I had no idea they could look so good after all these years. I will be calling them again!! Thank you so much!!!!

Just called to get a quote about getting carpet cleaned in Raeford. I was told they don’t service Raeford even though the website states that it does.
