I was searching for carpet cleaning recommendations on a local Facebook group and found that several people had made many different post about how great this company was. I was really impressed with the ease of booking and the quality of customer service when I first called and I’m glad I went with them, as they were timely, professional, and the quality of the work is amazing the carpets look new. We live in an old family home that has seen it’s fair share of better days and my husband noticed they were able to remove a stain from 17 years ago! I will be using them again and recommending them to anyone I can!

I wanted to use a local business. I called on a Tuesday and the gal scheduled me for the following Tuesday. I mentioned we were having a party on Saturday and if they had any cancellations I’d love the slot. She squeezed me in on Friday and we got our microfiber couch and area rug cleaned. The couch had bright red ink marks and toddler spills and everything came out good as new! The guys were very nice. Definitely worth cleaning now and waiting another year or two to buy a new couch while we still have little ones!

The gentleman who came to my residence (cant remeber his name) to perform the carpet cleaning was very professional, attentive to detail, and did an overall excellent job. I have used other major competitors in the past and I can say that Golden Glove was competitively priced, efficient and the young men were very professional. The quality of the cleaning of my cream-colored carpets was beautiful. I will definitely use them again the next time I need my carpets cleaned.

I was very pleased with Golden Glove. I had some special problems (pet stains on a bedroom carpet & mold/mildew on indoor/outdoor flooring on an enclosed porch) and they did an excellent job of cleaning them. I highly recommend them, and will use them again in the future.

Norm got me through a trying time with a rental home when we discovered we might have mold. He was very helpful in every way imaginable, he went to great lengths to make sure I understood what was going on all through the remediation process. He handled things in a timely and orderly manner. I remember my first thought was oh my goodness I am about to see the place get torn apart and then left to be put back together but it was the total opposite, he took things a step at the time and actually alleviated costs along the way. For carpet cleaning, water restoration or other services he offers he is my first call, he is my only call!

We had our Travertine tile floor cleaned and sealed. David and Tre were thorough, professional, and personable. The tile is rather old and it was filthy from the previous owners. I had already tried cleaning the floor three different times with Bona tile cleaner. It might have cleaned a little surface dirt, but it did not even come close to the deep cleaning provided by Golden Glove. Even before the sealer was applied, the floor felt like smooth glass.We are totally pleased with the results and I’m sure we will be using Golden Glove again.

I was very impressed with how thorough the assessment of my homes cleaning needs was and I was equally impressed with the cleaning itself. I didnt have high expectations, given how dirty my carpets were in certain rooms, but Golden Glove did a great job in getting all of the high traffic areas clean and the spots removed.The carpet cleaning technician that they sent out to my home did both the initial assessment and the cleaning. He was very friendly and knowledgeable, and I was comfortable having him in my home. I recently had Golden Glove out to my home in Newnan to clean my carpets. I have 3 busy kids and a dog, so they were needing some refreshing. The initial phone call with Norm was very thurough and informing. He went through the whole process in detail and explained the differences in packages. His technicians were polite and professional. They did an excellent job. They were even able to remove dried paint and marker! The carpets dried very quickly and they werent crunchy feeling. Their rates are very competitive, also! I will definitely use Golden Glove in the future!

Very pleased! Carpet is cleaner than it has been in ages. This carpet is old and gets a lot of traffic including two dogs and three cats. Golden Glove did more than I expected. Norman is the ultimate professional with a real heart for his customers.

I called Norm from Golden Glove Cleaning for an estimate. We needed some carpet in a couple of rooms cleaned. We also had a few dog vomit and mystery stains that we couldnt get out. After the carpet cleaning, which was completed quicker than I imagined, the carpets looked fabulous and the stains were gone! No trace of them ever being there. Norm and the team were polite and respectful. It was a good experience. I will update this review if the stains return, but so far, so good!

One of my children got sick in the middle of the night and vomited everything he had ever eaten in the 10 years he has been alive. Our carpeted stairs looked like the scene of a horror movie. I thought I was just going to have to buy a new house it was so bad! I called Golden Glove in the morning and they were here a short time later. They got it all cleaned up and removed all traces of the foul odor. I would definitely highly recommend them and would use them again.

There was a mix up and our appointment wasnt cancelled. When they called me to tell me they were on the way, I informed them that the appointment should have been canceled. The tech was nice and polite, however, I got a call 5 minuets later demanding that I pay them 75 dollars for the cancelation. Honestly I have never had a company do this before and strongly urge people to stay away from companies like this.

Though the owner was friendly and prompt, the machines and techniques he used to dry out our water damaged kitchen ended up making our remediation and renovation much longer, more intrusive and much more expensive. I highly recommend Norm if you want someone that will put a LOT of expensive machines in your house and charge you thousands of dollars to do so, without solving the water damage problem or drying out the area where mold has taken hold for the week he is drying out things. Having to pay him $1000 up front, before the claim was even filed, was not good business practice but we had no choice since the water was everywhere. When we finally found a way to make him stop drying out the problem and got a professional company in our home, we found out all the things he should have done the very first day the problem was detected.
