What a great experience! I had 3 bedrooms cleaned and they came out amazing! All thanks to Jacob!! I recommend him and Beclean 100%! I am so happy with their services. I will recommend them, always! 10/10. Will be using them again.

James helped me out and he was professional and willing to help on all levels. I followed the little instructions given to me through email, such as: pick up little items from floor and vacuum beforehand. It makes for a better clean overall. In the end, it only helps you as a customer, get the best clean for your buck. Also, James cleaned 3 rooms, a little hallway, and the stairs in a decent time frame. I don’t know the exact time but it was like less than an hour I believe. The price is not bad either. All that for less than $200. Pricing varies of course, but I recommend BeClean. 100 percent! Oh and the dry time is about 2 hours.

Their receptionist is very responsive, even calls back outside of business hours, and is very friendly and helpful. The technician, James, was friendly, respectful, on time and most of all did an amazing job! My sectional couch is a modular couch with all separate pieces (9) total pieces and I was only expecting the seats and backs to be cleaned but he cleaned every inch and now they look brand new! We have 4 messy kids and they were rough because the upholstery can not be removed and I’ve only been able to spot clean them for 2 yrs! Amazing job! Will definitely use them again and will be recommending them to everyone I know!!!

He did a great job! Explained the cleaning process thoroughly and even gave me a bottle of cleaner to take with me. It took about 45 minutes and it smelled so fresh. Job well done and definitely worth the price.

I highly recommend using BeClean! They came to treat a blood stain in the upholstery of the rocking chair in my sons nursery. The gentleman who came to clean was prompt, kind, and friendly to work with. After he left, I noticed the stain wasnt completely out of the fabric and contacted BeClean to let them know. I had 3 area rugs to be cleaned because I have a puppy and she just loves to go potty on my rugs. Two patterned rugs and one white one. Holy cow did these babies come out clean! The white one was in BAD shape. You could just see where the traffic marks were and you could see her pee stains but he went over that rug twice for me and used a scrubber thing and it looks practically brand new. I will DEFINITELY be using them again in the future!!

The guys were friendly and professional when they showed up. After assessing the couch and love seat, they set expectations by telling me which stains may not come out completely. However, after waiting for the furniture to dry, I am very satisfied with what they were able to accomplish. Furniture even smells better! I’ve had my carpets professionally cleaned by 3 different companies in the Raeford area and Be Clean was by far the best. A little bit pricey but they do an incredible job. The customer service representatives were so helpful and very pleasant. The guy who cleaned my carpets worked proficiently and professionally. So pleased with this service.

Overall pretty good job, carpet was noticeably softer. Some areas still dingy looking, I am not sure if the carpet was just too dingy to get rid of it completely. Unfortunately, due to COVID-19 I was unable to get regular cleanings as originally planned. Will use again for the next moveout cleaning in a few months.

He arrived a little past the 2hr window but had a legitimate reason although it was a problem with the office side. After discussing areas & concerns of cleaning, he pre-sprayed and pulled his hoses into the house but then asked to use my restroom for 5-10m while leaving my front door open which I felt was a little unprofessional. However, once he got going, he did a great job. Carpet & rug still look great 2 weeks later. Besides the restroom, the other negative is the up charge of $36 for deodorizer. He explained there’s deodorizer in the cleaning but my spouse said the rooms smelled damp when they got home soon after. I guess I’m used to other companies including that. Otherwise, a great job!!

Amazing response time! I had them coming out on a Friday to clean our carpets for move out. Two days prior to them coming out my daughter had dragged a set of charging cords through paint and across the carpet😡. I called to see if they could come treat just the areas where the paint was. The lady said let me see where my crews are at and I will call you right back. When she called me back she said someone will be there by 2pm and at this time it was around 12:15 to do the entire job. The gentleman was there in less time than that which really amazed me! He did an amazing job and was very polite and took in our request of the spots we needed extra treatment on. Highly recommended.
