Tile in my high traffic kitchen and den all but sparkled after Lanco finished cleaning it. The grout took on a new life as it was returned to original color! Jackson came out and cleaned my carpet and did a fantastic job! My dog had really done a number on the carpet with mud and everything else, not to mention a couple spilled drinks. Lanco has always done a great job cleaning the carpets of our rental units. They have also cleaned tile/grout and even deep cleaned a concrete floor that had spent too much time with a former tenants dog. Their work and their customer service is the best -- they are only satisfied when the customer is satisfied!

This company does a terrific job in getting even your old carpet to look like new! I have used them twice since we have been in this area and found their service to be the best around. Their pricing is the most reasonable I have found. They are dependable, very efficient, and reasonable. This is a family owned business and it shows as they take great pride in the service they give. Had put off having my tile floor cleaned for WAY too long! Quick search of Google Maps revealed Lanco was nearby and had very solid reviews from other customers. My experience was very positive as well! Jim was polite, punctual, and price was right. Family business as he and his son worked very hard to remove years of abuse from my tile floor. I called Lanco today, and spoke with Jim. He gave me a price and we set an appointment for him and his son to come out tomorrow to clean our carpets. About an hour later, he called me back and informed me, that due to him having to pay $11 because of the pay-per-click advertisement by which I found him, he could not honor the agreed upon price, implying that I would have to pay extra to cover the cost of his advertisement. What sense does it make to call a customer and ask them to pay extra for the advertisement which led them to contact that business in the first place? Either way, they would be out the $11 for the advertisement...Im sure they do a good job cleaning carpets as referenced in the other reviews, and I cannot comment on the quality of their work, but under no circumstances would I recommend this company based upon their odd business practices.

Jim Lane does such an excellent job taking care of my carpets and upholstered furniture! For the last 7 years, he has cleaned my carpets every 6 months. With 3 kids and a dog, my carpets get pretty dirty! Jim always takes good care of me! I highly recommend Lanco Carpet Cleaning for your carpets. He has also cleaned my chair and loveseat set and did a great job! He can also clean tile floors and grout, and I plan to have him do my kitchen tile this summer. Lancos prices are reasonable, and hes extremely flexible on scheduling! I totally trust him and feel confident when I leave him at my house that my valuables will be exactly where they are supposed to be. You wont find a better person to take care of your carpets!
