Frankie was extremely professional and respectful. His previous job was taking a bit longer than expected and he called to notify me. When he got here he explained everything he was doing and why. Looks good and smells great. Go to them especially if you have pets!

Worst experience. Carpet in whole house “cleaned” on Friday, but water squished when I stepped on it. Wasn’t told until then that they don’t shampoo the carpets, they steam them. Used my carpet machine and the water that came up was brown. Spent the weekend rinsing the carpets. Called the owner on Monday. The guy that came failed to prevent-vacuum and failed to use the proper filter. The owner did offer to have the same guy come back and “redo”, but after several days of no furniture in the rooms, I passed. Yes, no furniture because they don’t move or clean under furniture. Something else I wasn’t told until the guy showed up.

We have used Precision in the past and have always been wow-ed by their friendliness, professionalism and quality of work. They were able to accommodate a short notice cleaning which was really helpful. During this service we had the space around baseboards and corners treated (in addition to a standard clean) and the results were fantastic. The carpets look so fresh. Precision Carpet Care came to my rescue the same day I called!!! We just had Save-A-Lot carpet cleaning company come out at 8AM and they made the carpets smell like sewer water (I have OCD with carpets and floors so they are constantly vaccuumed and cleaned). I called Precision and at 9:30 AM they were already at my door and ready to help. They walked in and said they could smell the carpets from outside before they even walked up to the door. Im sure they could tell the disappointed look on my face. They showed me how Save-A-Lot didnt even clean all of the carpet because he didnt go all the way to the baseboards but instead went in diagonals. It was pretty bad because some of the carpet was wet and other parts were bone dry still. They said they squeezed me in but really they did an amazing job and made sure to do the job right. I would reccomend them ANY DAY! Thank you so much. The house smells great and the carpets look brand new!

Great Company, the service techs that came on-site cleaned my carpets fast and was professional. I did notice some corner areas and the stairs after they left that still was not clean. Which is the reason for the 4 stars but outside of that they were able to remove some stains in the carpet and give my carpets a good deep clean.

The team was respectful and nice, worked around what was going on in my house. They treated our house and carpets with care and worked quietly and quickly as I was working from home and on video calls. I 100% recommend them!

These guys were amazing! They scheduled me between 8-9am, but told me they’ll likely arrive no later than 8:15. I love the fact that they were able to give me an accurate window of time and actually arrived when they said they would. The quality is unmatched as well!There was a large stain I had on my mattress for a while now that wouldn’t come up no matter what we did, and I was so shocked that they were able to completely remove the stain! Frankie and Johnathan did a wonderful job. They were very quick (about 30 minutes to do four rooms, stairs, and a hallway) but did a very thorough job! This team came in and explained every single step, provided shoe covers for each member of the house and a spot remover for later use if we needed. My wife made an appointment for 8:00 on Thursday the 30th of July 2020. The owner Jason Brown did not show up until around 11:45. Jason Brown never called to tell us that he was going to be late or that he was even showing up. Jason Brown told me that he never gave my wife a time to be at our house. After I asked him about the time issue, he proceeded to give me a lecture on how great his reputation is in the area. I had to cut him off and instruct him that he could either apologize to my wife for wasting her time or leave. He seemed baffled that someone actually confronted him regarding his mistake. Needless to say he left.

They did an awesome job, I was real impressed. There were ten years of stain in my bonus room it had been an office, a playroom and now my daughters room and you would think my carpet is brand new now. The guys were very nice and very personable. It didnt take them long at all.

I appreciate that fact that you were able to come out on short notice before our new furniture arrived, however, the carpets were not cleaned. I have seen professional carpet cleaners and their machines before. You need to inject the cleaning solution into the carpet, and then extract it. This guy pulled that cleaning head across the carpet so fast that I dont think the solution even got to the carpet - let alone penetrate deep into the carpet. Sure the top of the carpet looks clean... when I asked about the dark spots/stains that were left, he lectured me about how hes certified and the water is such and such temperature, and the pressure, blah, blah, blah. He tried to tell me that the stains were not in fact stains, but depressions where furniture had sat. This is in the middle of the family room. No furniture has ever sat there. He agreed to try again, and miraculously the stains came out. He just had an excuse for everything. He cleaned the top/tread of the steps, but not the front edge - still very dirty in places. Very smug kid. Probably got certified in a four hour online webinar. No customer service skills and trying to get out of here too fast.

Jason and his team at Precision Carpet Care did an amazing job! I had all my carpets including an area rug cleaned. They look good as new! As a mommy-to-be, I feel great putting my new little one on the floors to crawl around! They even got out some pet stains that were years old and I can’t even tell where they were now! They were so professional and efficient and were in and out within one hour. They were careful with furniture using blocks to protect legs and protectors for the wall moldings. I requested an appointment last minute during busy season (PCS season) and they were so accommodating and squeezed me in! I was VERY pleased with the customer service and the results of the carpet replacement. My dog had chewed multiple holes in our carpet. I called Precision and they were able to give me an immediate estimate and scheduled a date for repairs. They called me 30 minutes before they arrived and showed up on time.
