Awesome hair cuts and very affordable.

Today I stepped in to get my hair trimmed and bangs trimmed. I specially told this man that I wanted fringe bangs, not full bangs. In the first snip, I knew something was off. He snipped it straight up with no shape or volume. He also snipped to much, making them as short to the middle of my forehead. He didn’t even style my hair at the end, not even spray water in it. My cut was very uneven. I decided to walk away and cry. The last lady that did my hair, did an excellent good job with the cut, the thinning of my hair, and the bangs.

I just went in for a cut, I expected to get a shampoo and for the hairdresser to actually take their time. Instead she just started chopping and didnt even seem to take her time. She chopped off way more then I wanted and charged me $1 less then a shampoo and style would have cost as I looked at thier price list. Wont be back, make sure if you go here to ask for some one who will actually take time and care about your hair.

Ive been wearing some clip in bangs and decided to get real ones. Brought in the bang hair piece and a photo of me in them and yet she still messed up. The bangs are uneven, choppy, and WAY too short. In the photo they were at the tops of my eyelids and the cut barely reaches the top of my eyebrows. One side is longer than the other. I look like Lydia from Beetlejuice started day drinking and then did a line of coke.

Tiffany is amazing. Ive been to her twice. She cuts my hair and thins it out. My hair is thick and course. Its really hard to control. She does am amazing job.

When we walked in they simply looked at us and never spoke. It appeared we was bothering them. When someone finally came to ask what we wanted we was told it would be a 20 to 30 minute wait when several employees was just standing around. RUDE just plain RUDE people. I know this wont make them go out of business but its what needs to happen!

Great hairstylists but the prices are touchy. The staff do their best to set you up just right thoe!

The first 3 times I came here, I loved it. The staff was always nice to me and I was always satisfied with the cut. The last 2 times, however, were awful. The 4th time I went the lady was nice, but she was so rough with my hair that I saw literal chunks of my hair being pulled out, and she was so rough with the comb that she actually managed to rip my earring out. It was extremely painful but when she saw what she did she just said oops haha ... whatever. Then the last time I went in, I never even got service. I asked if they had time for a quick trim and the lady was extremely rude and obviously annoyed with me for, you know, asking if she had time to do her job. She said she was too busy and that she would take my phone number, saying there would be some availability within the hour and that she would call when ready. I stuck around the mall for an hour waiting for her call, and never got one. I dont appreciate having my time wasted and because of this will not be coming back.

I’m posting this on my husband, Ken’s google account.Master Cuts has always been my favorite place to get highlights for my hair and I always trusted them. That was until my last visit which was a nightmare from hell. I learned that my longtime hairdresser, Miranda, no longer worked there so another hairdresser did my highlighting. She was very unprofessional and didnt seem to know what she was doing and, unfortunately for me, that was proven to be true once the foils were removed. My hair was fried. It looked like a box of hair bleach had just been dumped on it giving it horrible yellow, white and orange streaks and blotches.After I got home and I was frantically trying to figure out what to do. Thank God I was able to find my trusted and talented beautician Miranda who now works at Sola salon studios Hair Flair in Fayettevilel.. She was shocked and horrified when she saw my hair. However, being a true professional, she was able to transform my hair from hell into hair to die for. I love Miranda, and I am never going back to Master Cuts!

My fiancé just got the worst hair cut Ive ever seen on him. We are driving down to Springdale for a fix because damn. Its bad. Crooked line. No fade like asked for. And the cut from the back on the head its high af. Just ugly cut all around.

This is the only place I go to get my haircut. After years of bad hair cuts, I finally found my place. Been coming here for the past 9 months. I never feel like waiting for a certain employee to be in since I always get my hair cut spontaneously, so almost every time I get a different person and they have never given me a cut that I didnt like.Thanks you mastercuts!
