I made a mistake by budding into the barbers conversation. I thought I messed up really bad because I did that, and I was very worried that I put Me.Kev in a bad mood. I was worried. But after sitting in his seat he made me feel more relaxed and better about the situation I cause. Understaning that I was enjoying his conversation. Not saying it was right for me to butt in but he make me feel okay about my mistake. After sitting in Mr.Kevs chair he asked me what I wanted and did the best work. I was happy with result. And throughout the whole process of him cutting my hair he didnt bring up my mistake until after. He is a very kind man. 10/10 would always come again. Hopefully I would make the situation awkward. thank you Mr Kev.

Awesome! The head barber Shard assisted one of the new barbers out with a confused/difficult customer. As the customer was checking out, Shard noticed a deficiency in the customers cut. Without hesitation, Shard walked the customer back to the new barbers chair and respectfully corrected the deficiency, while the new barber monitored. The customer left appreciated and in good spirits about the way the entire service went down.

I am a woman getting up there I’m age, that had worked all day and was standing in the 96 degree heat, exhausted and my husband was more than an hour and half away and I was feeling a bit hopeless. Yes.... I locked my keys in my car.I walked into each store asking for a wire hanger. I walked in this barber shop. One of the Barbers quickly came out to help me, said he would come out as soon as he was done with his customer. no hesitation and he did!! The other seemed to want to help but he was with a customer. Soon another vehicle/patron pulled up and offered to helptoo!Needless to say after these men sweat in the heat they were able to get my door unlocked for me!! I felt blessed to have met these kind men and if you want a good man to give you a nice fade...stop by.These are good men!!

I recently started to come here for the past 2 months to get my haircut and I’ve decided that this is my go to place the only place I will get my haircut from!! I have white boy hair and they do such amazing job my go to guy the owner Sharpe ! But also Marco is another one I would choose if he wasn’t in but I’ve everyone always ask where do I go and I always Referred them to here and a few came and loved it! Going to get my haircut today every two weeks I’m up there and I’m real picky with my hair so I’m telling you if I say it’s good! It’s 🔥!

Skip fayetteville and go here. Ive been a customer since they opened and Shard (the owner) is very personable and sincere. Their prices are also better, and they actually finish your line up with a razor, which I believe is free, or becomes free if you are a regular.

Said barbershop, has a pleasant atmosphere. The staff, are very considerate. They also do very good work. The price of a haircut, is reasonable. The location is great.

I like this shop better than any I’ve taken my sons to. I’ve never heard the staff be disrespectful or have I witnessed chaos. Gotta remember some people make telephone appointments so this could be a reason some think people skip the line. If you’re not sure say something rather than assume.

Play pool or watch the game while you wait to get A haircut. Shard ( owner ), cam ( brother ), Tone ( cousin ), and Matt make visting this place worth while. They woek well with kids and women too. 4 out of 5 stars.

I have been coming here for over 6 years. Rechard always does a very good job of cutting my hair. He takes his time yet does it in a timely manner and has always been very professional. Rechard has done a lot to improve the shop and continues to make improvements. It’s always pleasant to be greeted with a smile and a hello when walking in the door to let you know you are an appreciated customer.

A planned special haircut day for my baby turned into a very unpleasant moment at this shop due to one of the barbers lack of customer service and respect for women. I have taken our 2 boys to this shop for the last 4 years. Today we waited for our turn and when it came, Kev decided that he did not want to cut my sons hair according to him, because he does not cut his hair as a regular. My little 6 year old walked to his chair and instead he called another child who arrived after us. He continued to say aloud I dont cut his hair any ways. I reminded him that he cut his hair last time. He continued to say over and over again, You always wait for Shard. What he needed to do is serve next client waiting. All barbers in that shop have cut my childs hair at one point or another. We were waiting for him because he gave my son his first Mohawk and wanted another one for his birthday. I hope that he does not make another customer feel disrespected and belittled.

I was in need of a barber for my son. I saw the great reviews and thought this could be a great match because they were close to were I lived. We took him this past Saturday and there were about 11 people already waiting, which was expected for a Saturday. However, what wasnt expected was after sitting there for 1 hour, a guy strolls in the door and sits right into the first barbers chair. What!!! HELLO, there are quite a few people that are patiently waiting and you allow someone to just walk right in and sit in the chair. He may have been a regular, I dont know nor do I care but his regular butt could have waited just the like rest of us mere mortals. A lady saw that too and walked out with her 3 kids, WITHOUT getting their hair cut. I would have followed suit but really needed his haircut that day and couldnt afford to wait at another barber. After waiting another 30 mins, his haircut was just ok but it wasnt worth the wait and because of the unprofessional behavior I witnessed and the profanity. We wont be back. I hope the 1 regular was worth the loss of losing 3 heads that day plus a fourth head (my son) wont be returning. Lesson to the shop, have your regulars aka buddies/friends come before you open or after you close if they dont want to wait. Hopefully, you will fix this bad behavior.

Unprofessional, argumentative, lack of respect, and racists employees. Complaining about doing their job. I recommend letting them do one of there poor masterpieces and let them do it their way or else you will get complaining from Kev if I can recall correctly. Just NO. Go to Duanes if you want a good experience with friendly compliant PROFESSIONAL barbers.

Very chaotic barber shop. No order for getting your haircut. Saw a man and his two kids walk in dead last with over 10 people waiting for a haircut and get his kids haircut while others had been waiting over 40 minutes already. Completely unprofessional place
