They have towed several vehicles for me! They have always been on time, took care in towing the vehicles. They have never tried to take advantage of a situation when needing an emergency tow. Always on time and professional! Midsouth is always my go to to company! Keep up the great work!

Great customer service! Leishen was my driver and was at my destination quick. I had broke down off the highway and was obviously a little stressed. He kept a conversation going and was very kind. After I got to my destination he walked me inside and unloaded my car and gave me a few minutes to figure everything out before asking how I want to pay. I was able to pay with card which was great! You could tell they want to take great care of their customers and I found it very budget friendly.

They took credit cards, which was great because I spent my last dollar on an emergency because everybody wants cash. They helped me decide I could have the car picked up the next day and save $20 and just have it show up at my house. The guy on call and driver were both cool, friendly and professional. Such a relief on a terrible occasion.
