I called and received a speedy response the tow truck was fast and was Also asked if I was in a safe location until he arrived. Offer to let me get out the heat until he was done. I was also able to purchase a new tire at there shop they are a all in one shop thank you guys at Bestco for being dependable.

Our go-to Johnnys Towing was unavailable and recommended Bestco. A pleasure to do business with them! Got to the vehicle immediately & a few minutes before we did. Was very patient and kind with me and took good care in getting vehicle on truck with a fully blown tire as well as putting it down in our yard. First time I was told that towing service could not be provided because I did not know what was wrong with my vehicle. The key worked and could be put in neutral and put in park what else is needed to be known. The gentleman I dealt with name is Terrell who quickly and rudely hung up after I told him I did not know what was wrong with my vehicle. Horrible.

I have roadside assistance with my cell phone company, Verizon. I was in an accident last week with my Nissan Ultima and I set up an appointment yesterday through Verizon roadside assistance for a tow truck. The towing company called me and told me that my driver would be at my location in about 15 minutes. He was here in 10 minutes. He was finished in about 15 minutes. I didn’t have to lift a finger. I would definitely use this company again because of their awesome customer service and hard-working tow truck drivers.

He was kind and professional the entire time.On our journey back to Fayetteville I learned he had just suffered a terrible loss in his family (only a day or two ago). This gentleman chose to stay and wait with my daughter and I until the Lyft driver was less than a minute away when he should have been with his own family consoling them.Words alone can not say enough about my experience with this company.
