These guys are the bomb, cant recommend highly enough. My truck was stuck deep in the mud after a surprise rain, so deep their own tow truck got stuck trying to get it out. They called a second one to tow the first one out, but still couldnt get my truck.Finally the driver (Nate) says, Man Im just gonna go get my jeep, Ill get you out. OK... So, he brings his own personal Jeep Wrangler with a winch and gets my truck out the rest of the way. It took a total of 5 hours, but they didnt quit until the job was done. And they didnt charge much, given the ridiculous situation I was in and the crazy amount of work and time they put into it. Seriously, Ive never met a tow company I like until now.

Called this company for a flat change- not only did she not show up with her own tools (Jack, wrench, etc). She sat on the ground while a random man tried to help. Finally, her husband drove up tried a couple of times and the sped off. At the end of multiple hour process, they stripped my wheel key, left me stranded, and still had to pay for services. I tried to call them for a tow to a shop, and they blew me off by saying they would call back... not surprisingly, they never did!

Reasonably priced. Our operator was very efficient and quick. Will definitely recommend

They dont tow the college kids who fill parking spaces during the day, they just collect the vehicles of my guests, nicking what they can overnight. This towing company is why I am 100% going to move out of the apartments Im in now.Updating this review to my immense satisfaction because the ENTIRE BUILDING WAS DEMOLISHED!

Towed from my own spot illegally twice. Spoke with a lawyer and if they dont have a document proving my apartment called them, its fair game to sue them and my apartment. If this happens to you, keep your documents and go directly to a lawyer.

If you spend any time in Fayetteville, AR, beware of this company. My daughter parked at an adjoining business of a restaurant since the restaurants parking lot was full. The adjoining business was closing (9:00 p.m.) and other cars were already parked there. A no parking sign wasnt visible due to the other cars and the darkness. The tow truck driver was lying in wait. When my daughter and her friends entered the restaurant, the driver immediately made an attempt to hook to her car. When she ran out of the restaurant to see why she was being towed, the driver responded with profanity and said he was towing the car or she could pay $100 cash for him to go away. This company is very aware of the towing regulations that state they can charge a drop fee if any part of the tow truck is in contact with a vehicle. Thats why they hide in waiting and hurriedly seek to make contact. Read most of the other reviews (Google, Facebook, Yelp). This company uses predatory and unethical practices. Instead of helping business owners with their parking issues, they tarnish the reputation of those businesses and the city of Fayetteville. Im bewildered that the city allows such a corrupt business to operate there.

The car that I was riding in got impounded and my belongs were in the car that I needed for college and the company went above and beyond to help me retrieve my items, when the driver was not available.Thank you so much A Plus Towing for all your help!

Travis did a amazing job. For 1/2 the price the other companys quoted for and got there in a 1/ of the time they said the wait was. All of the people talking cheap about this company is just mad about them doing their job. You cant be mad at the cop for pulling you over when you were speeding. To top it off I was in West texas when my girl friend needed services. And they were still a QUALITY SERVICE. Thank you Travis. God bless.

Luther is an absolute life saver, We were broke down at a light in the middle of the street, all other tow companies were busy or over priced. $60 for a tow to our location, saw us stopped and didn’t hesitate to stop and offer us help even though we hadn’t called. Super nice guy, will use for any other services we have!

“I’m sorry your visiting your family, but you can’t park here. But I’m feeling nice, so I’ll drop your vehicle right now for $100”Yeah, that’s called a strong-armed robbery actually. Most of them have guns, so technically it’s armed robbery.

At ~4:00a.m. this morning, my friends u haul (full of furniture) slipped off the hitch and was halfway in the road. The 3 of us couldnt move it or lift it off the ground and when i called them a man answered who said it shouldnt be any problem. He was there in LESS THAN 10 MINUTES! He not only got it off the pavement but even helped hook the u haul up to my friends truck. Then to top it off he didnt even charge us anything! We were beyond grateful and 110% satisfied and I will be using them if anything comes up in the future!

Honestly, these were the rudest people I’ve ever met and that says a lot because I don’t find people rude. I park in Frisco and I was in my spot and hadn’t put the sticker on yet bc I didn’t know it HAD to go on and they towed me around 12am. My roommate happened to be going out and saw the guy towing and she told him that I lived here and didn’t even look her in the eye or address that she was talking to him. I went to get my car back and walked in and the woman was just so rude and I was being so nice. She had a horrible attitude and looked like she hated everything in the world. Honestly I don’t even know how this place is still open and in buisness because of how inconsiderate and rude they are.

I came home to my parking spot filled by some frat kid in my spot. I called Towing Plus and someone answered and then proceeded to make me wait for 2 hours. They did not show up at all. My landlord has a contract with this company and I pretty much offer them money by towing this vehicle but they cant be bothered to do their damn job. IF YOU ARENT A 24/7 TOWING COMPANY THEN DONT ADVERTISE THAT YOU ARE! PEOPLE WILL CALL YOUR BLUFF!

Not happy with this business. They prowl parking lots grabbing cars. I was helping a friend during the winter. Got out of car long enough to carry in a bag of groceries, they hooked up and towed my car that fast then charged $117.00 to get it back. But if you have cash where they can tow you without a receipt so they can pocket the money they are your guys

I have never dealt with such level of rudeness and disrespect coming from a business. Snarky comments, refusal to answer questions, and just overall shadyness. They did all they could to keep my car for as long as they possibly could by not answering their phones and giving me mixed answers. They also decided that their credit card machine suddenly wasnt working anymore, buying them another day with my vehicle. Worst company.

If your car has ever been towed for no reason, it was probably towing plus. They will tow you for no reason at all, lie about it, and still force you to pay. This establishment needs to be shut down as soon as possible. All these people are trying to do is scam people out of money and it should not be legal.

We parked in front of Ricks Iron Skillet on 4th of July, carpooled with a friend, and came back 5 hours later. Our car was towed by Towing Plus.When I picked it up I asked why it was towed and they said that we parked in front of the smoke shop, which we weren’t. The people helping us were pretty rude and short, and I’m pretty sure they were also strung out on something. Pretty frustrating.

I know that towing companies are a necessity, but also believe that companies like this have the opportunity to turn what is likely a bad day for someone into a good one. Whether dealing with car troubles or being unexpectedly towed, good customer service could help turn things around. This company, however, was not interested in good customer service at all and instead exacerbated the problem. Their dingy, smoky office was quite unwelcoming and the staff were all rude to me. Im sure they hear every excuse under the sun, but there was absolutely no grace offered for a responsible person coming to pay for their vehicle within the hour. They did their job of towing, but the customer service aspect was extremely poor -- I will never do business with them, instead choosing a company that tows timely, but also cares about their customers.

Got me out of a pinch

Honestly, the previous time I was towed by this company I was infuriated. But after this last time, I couldnt be any happier. After explaining my situation the the company about not wanting to walk by myself from another car lot at 11 at night, they let me have my car. He was a complete gentleman. Thank you!!!

I called in the middle of the night to have my car towed from a gas station to me. The guy who took my information sounded very tired and was not paying attention at all. He said he would get it done from me and then nothing. i called back over and over and over. Nobody answered.. Next day the gas station calls the same company to have it towed. Now i have to pay an extra $100 because that employee didnt do his job. And they will not waive this unnecessary fee. Thanks Towing Plus for screwing me over.

Absolutely horrible towing service. I have been towed both in my paid for parking spot & today I was towed after being in visitor parking for under five minutes and as I walked outside to go to work the man and his young daughter were towing my car and I attempted to ask why and stop them and he was completely rude and disrespectful to me IN FRONT OF HIS YOUNG DAUGHTER. Such a horrible company. Nobody has anything good to say about this company.

Went outside the home that I rent in a residential neighborhood at 10pm on a Sunday night to find this Towing company attempting to hook onto my vehicle parked in my drivewayWhen I asked why they responded that I was parked in the grass. I looked closer and yes my tire was off the concrete in my grass. Told them they would not be towing my vehicle until the police arrived. They then left the scene.Basically an attempt to steal my vehicle. Have filed a complaint with the Fayetteville Police and will be contacting the Arkansas Attorney a Generals office as well

If I could give a review lower than one star, I would. Waited over an hour for towing and they actively dodged my calls.

These scam artists illegally towed my friends car from my condo because he had out of state plates. When I took offense to it, some two-toothed inbred working there tried to pick a fight with me. Needless to say, they are no longer the tow company that covers our parking after I made a few calls. This company should be shut down permanently.

They got to me fast, very polite, and clear with what might happen when they pull me out of the mud. But they got it out with no issues.

They basically look around all the fayetteville area and check if someones car dont have a sticks on it and they will steal their car and ask you 100 bucks to take it back. Thats how they make money. I live in leverett garden and they steal my cat in front of my apartment because o just bought a new car and u dont have a sticks on it yet.

Dented and scratched my back bumper after I had my car parked in a friends space for under 30 minutes. Company refused to let me have access to my damaged car, even after I explained I did not have the funds to pay for the outrageous proce tag of $130. Lady in the front said I was stupid for parking there and lied about the companys policy directly to me, and then added that my car would be personally targeted in the future around Fayetteville. An absolutely shameful name to one of the most hated industries in the entire world, and all they have to show for it is a decrepit, run-down hellhole of a building and a parking lot that could only be described as industrial, optimistically. If you hire Towing Plus to handle your parking problems, you will lose business, as they are the laughing stock around this city.

Good place if you neex a tow

This is the lowest of the lowest form of business I can think of. They go around the properties ran by CTC Ventures, which includes mostly college students, if they catch a car without a Permit its off to the impound lot for $100.00, if the person was there to visit a friend, no sticker, its off to the impound lot. Christy the lady on the other end of Towing Plus is a real piece of work, just told me Oh well,Makes me glad my kid has one year lear left at the U of A, what a way to remember her Senior year, oh, i forgot to tell ya, she has lived there for 3 years and no permits were mentioned in the lease agreement, CTC just decided to add that in as a Bonus, Rebecca with CTC Ventures just needed a little extra cash. May be time to Lawyer Up

Terrible! Like the others have said they basically prowl around looking for cars to tow during busy events or likewise. It’s sad what they do is legal.

I had my car towed and the driver ripped off the front bumper, i called he met me back at car and said he would get it fixed. Havent heard a word from them since. Horrible service, its no wonder they have a one star review. DONT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!
