I’ve lived in this community for about a year now. Not only is this community quiet and safe but I’ve never had any issues. Maintenance is super attentive and fast if needed, lawn is kept up to date and the apartments are extremely nice! One of the best complexes I’ve lived in. The area is always well maintained and never any trash or disturbances. I highly recommended this community!

Just got through finalizing my lease with the staff and they are awesome. I would highly recommend this management team to anyone and I look forward to staying with them. Area is very quiet and clean, and the cost for the living space is honestly unbeatable in my opinion.

I’m moving out in February28after a yr an a half.. I guess I can’t complain.. it’s a good place to stay no issues with staff or others.. but at 800 for 3 bed 2 bath that’s all u get.. no pool no rent office with cookies no nothing just ur apartment.. I seen how other apartment complex treat their tentens with the bells an whistles an that’s not happening over here.

Nice newer apartments for a great price. Lake Rim park is getting a pool and is within walking distance. They just opened an Aldis close too! I saw that they have police officers living there as well!

Nice apartments. Staff is polite. Newer and price is reasonable. includes some utilities.

Dealing with Mrs.Monica. Her attitude is very nasty and she’s disrespectful. Not just coming from me but also people that has tried to rent a apartment here.If I could post screenshots of people that have delt with Mrs.Monica, I definitely would.

Apartments are in a good location in Rim Road Area, Friendly and Professional Staff, good priced units, and quiet community.
