I have been using Ozark Mountain Air for a couple of years and have yet to be disappointed. Honest and direct service that keeps you aware of your system, highly recommend. Nathan helped me deal with a capacitor that was fried and got me up in running in the heat of summer. The man was a life saver!

If you are looking to repair your HVAC (air conditioner in my case), this is absolutely the best NW Arkansas has to offer! I had other companies out to look at my unit/units and all they wanted to do was to tell me mine were old and that I should buy a new one from them. Don’t fall for this, these units are made to last a long time. They were able to fix my unit and have it going again (and blowing very cold air) for less than $500, where the previous company said my repairs would cost $6,400! 😳 Take my word for it, Ozark Mountain Air is the BEST!!!

Would not recommend. I had them come out to a rental property of mine and charged me $450 without reviewing the details of what was wrong. 2 days after, the unit again wasn’t working. They “knew” what was wrong on the phone without even going back to the property to inspect it. When I asked how they knew this, they didn’t really have an answer. They then went out to fix it and a month later, it’s not working again. Called them recently, but was told it would be $250 for them to come out and inspect even though they just worked on it.Be warned. Will not be using them again.

So kind, friendly and thorough. Didn’t feel like they were trying to sell us a new unit but instead tell us all our financial options to fix our AC unit. Highly recommend.

In the middle of our recent snow storm, he made it out to check our hot water tank and then came back in worse weather to fix it. He was a real blessing to our family in a crisis. Ozark Mountain Air was amazing. My water heater burst during this past snow storm, and I had water everywhere. Even in the bad weather Michael managed to make it out to my home and shut the water off the same day. The next day even in the snow, he was able to replace my tank and get my hot water running again. My 15 year old central HVAC was freezing up. I cleaned the evaporator and that didnt fix it so I called OMA. Tech not only troubleshot and fixed the system at a very reasonable price, he gave me information on how to make the most informed choices. Ill be buying a complete HVAC system them from them soon!

In January 2018 Jason and his crew from Ozark Mountain Air install a new American Standard Heating and Air conditioning system. My wife and I loved it from the first day and particularly the ability to adjust the thermostat settings remotely while we are away on extended vacations. This year while we were away in our RV an electrical interruption knocked our thermostat offline. One call to Jason and he came to our house and found that the wifi router was not connected. Jason reset my router, called me to get a reinstall code from the manufacturer and reset the thermostat. Probably didnt take 30 minutes, but very important to us. The few times we have needed service, they are always very responsive and experts at what they do.When I needed a new system back in 2018, I was looking for American Standard Equipment. I found it at Ozark Mountain Air, but more importantly I found a company that priced their product fairly, promptly installed the products, and were fair, trustworthy and exceedingly honest. I believe I found the best A/C company in Northwest Arkansas.

I requested an inspection and the technician basically came in to pitch $800 filters, without even looking at the equipment. When I insisted he only took a superficial look. After reporting to the office, they said they would send somebody else but its been almost a month and nobody came.

I have a fussy air conditioning unit that has required a visit each of the last two years. I got Ozark Mountain Air from google search results, and they have been terrific. In both instances, they got the job done quickly and effectively. Both techs have been knowledgeable and helpful; the second initially told me I had expensive issues but worked on it for a while before he found a simpler fix that saved me hundreds of dollars. I felt the service was worth writing a review so that other folks can benefit from my experiences.

The folks I dealt with at Ozark Mountain Air, both on the phone and in person, were friendly and professional, and they did a great job replacing our 16-year-old HVAC system despite the tiny access door they had to work with. When the unit we had initially ordered wouldnt fit through that door, they installed a slightly better unit for the same price.

They are an impressive business and truly know the meaning of Customer Service!!!!!We contacted Ozark Mountain Air regarding installation of a central AC system and possible replacement of our heater. Jason and Nathan came out and inspected our old heater and duct work thoroughly. Our heater was 40 years old.After looking everything over very well they explained our options and sent us quotes on three systems. They are not high pressure, but will give you (and explain thoroughly) your options and then let you decide. They were very patient in answering all of our questions in comparing the system options.As soon as we decided on a system, Nathan and his crew were here on time and worked very diligently throughout the day. They had said it would take a little over 1 day and they were correct in their estimates.The entire crew was extremely hardworking, quick, neat, and very polite and friendly. Nathan explained everything very well and let us know that we could call at anytime for assistance.The only trace they left of all of their hard work was a house that is VERY evenly heated and cooled. Even in one day, we can tell a marked difference in our comfort level!You will not be sorry if you choose this company.

Ozark Mountain Air replaced our heat and air units. Although we had other companies give us quotes, Ozark Mountain Air was the only company to let us know that our original duct work had a section missing which was causing our old unit to draw and recirculate dust and air from our attic. They spent a good deal of time analyzing the best way to correctly fix the problem and even called in the owner of the company to assist. We are now enjoying a very cool and considerably less humid and dusty home. Both units are so quiet that we’ve literally had to get up and look to see if they were running. The work was completed timely and efficiently.

As luck would have it our 14 year old unit decided to die at night in the hottest part of the summer. We were able to have them come out to troubleshoot the next day in the busy season. We were told it would be better to just scrap the old system and start with a new one. We were not upsold or pressured. We were told that it would take a couple of days before they could come out to install. They brought 2 window units to help us make it through until then. They arrived before 9 this morning and were done by a little after 3. Within no time we were cooling off. They were the nicest and most knowledgeable guys from start to finish. I would DEFINITELY recommend this company for your AC/heating needs.!

I hired Ozark Mountain Air to do 2 things.First, to put in 6 floats in my apartments.Second, while in the units, to blow out the air conditioning condensation pipes.One week later one of my tenants called with an air conditioner that kept shutting off. Two thoughts crossed my mine. First, it can’t possibly be the condensation line because I paid to have it cleaned just one week ago. Second, my new air conditioner is still under warranty with American Air! So I called American Air. Their female technician came out and spent over an hour blowing out a very plugged line.The next day I sent Carl at Ozarks Mountain the bill I paid American Air to get the line REALLY cleaned. He called me and scolded me for 15 minutes. I did wrong by not calling them. They would have cleaned out the line for free. Too bad, they won’t pay.I told Carl I did the logical thing. I told Carl if you didn’t do it right the first time, how could I count on you to do it right this time.A week later Carl sent me a check for the remainder of my maintenance contract PLUS the amount I paid to American Air. I don’t like being scolded! He should have treated me better when I called!!!

This group is professional, and very quick to respond. I had a unit go out and they were quick to evaluate the problem, and when it was decided I needed a new unit they were very reasonable and fair priced. I received 4 quotes from various HVAC companies in Northwest Arkansas and Ozark Mountain Air was the best price around. It is nice to know a company can have lower prices but not skimp on quality and still have excellent customer service. A nice treat!!
