I had an amazing experience with Blacks Tire and Auto service. Called several businesses on friday to get 2 new tires put on asap. Every one told me I couldn’t come until Monday, except Black’s. They took my car Saturday afternoon and finished in little over an hour on a busy day. The woman at the front desk was extremely kind and made sure I got taken care of. Will definitely do business with them in the future.

Have purchased tires here 3 times now. Twice for myself, once for my husband. Both sets were reasonably priced. The service was quick and great. They explained different tire options and pricing. Highly recommend them. I will continue to go there.

Blacks tire took care of my alignment on my old Jeep. I had a few front end issues due to age and a suspension lift(as most old Jeep’s do) and no other shop would touch my jeep for the alignment. These guys had the proper tools for the job and we’re able to get my jeep on the alignment rack very quickly. We found some bad parts that were in serious need of repair in order to get my alignment perfect, and After the repairs were made they were able to get my alignment done and my steering wheel is straight again as well. (Was upside down prior and blinker wouldn’t work proper) They even gave me a print out of the alignment before and after and provided a warranty if it was thrown out. I honestly dont think my jeep has driven straight since I’ve owned it until now. I will continue to be a long time customer of blacks tire, and recommend to several of my friends and family. Outstanding customer service never once was I made to feel unwelcome or uncomfortable while I was here. Very Comfortable waiting area as well. And very thorough technicians. If you’re looking for a tire or auto shop, let me just say, Id recommend them to my grandmother. Thanks for all the help guys!!

I have never used Blacks Tire and Auto Service but they may soon become my go to for servicing. Yesterday (3/25/21) I was next door at the Circle K when I noticed that I had locked myself out of my vehicle. As I stood there, dreading having to call a locksmith an honest to god angel by the name of Porsche (I hope I spelt her name correctly) was making her way into the service station and instantly knew what had happened. She proceeded to call over one of her coworkers by the name of Anthony who was able get my vehicle open. Porsche and Anthony thank you so much for the help! Slim was also there to help as well.

Second time there. Very knowledgeable staff. Perfect alignment and camber corrections that was done incorrectly at another shop. My truck is smooth

It was horrible it 4 hrs to get 4 tires on my truck an when they were done I left an me truck was shaking so bad so I tuned back a round an went back an the lug nuts was not tighten on my tire an there was low tire pressure in the tires. I will not be going back there.

Came in to do an inspection for my vehicle and it only took 30mins at the time. We were welcomed in, got straight to the point, waited the time needed, then paid only $30 and we were in our way.

I recently put tires on my truck at a large tire retail store. The balance was never right and it was balanced three times by the same retailer that installed them. Well I took my truck to Blacks for a road force balance as a walk in. They got me right in. Not only did the tech find that the tires were out of balance, he saved me money by doing a conventional balance due to how bad the original balance was and said the road force wasn’t necessary. They could’ve easily performed the road force balance simply because I requested it. The truck rides like it’s in a cloud now. Thank you Blacks for your professionalism, dedication to the customer, and for just doing a bang up job!

After having my truck on their lot for two weeks they finally finished installing a new head gasket. When I got my vehicle back, $300 worth of tools had been stolen from it. The manager assumes one of the technicians failed to lock up my truck while it was on their lot, which is the absolute most basic act of courtesy and security you can offer your customers when youre responsible for their vehicle.Im told Ill be reimbursed for my loss, but save yourself the trouble. If I cant trust them to do something as simple as lock my doors, I have little faith in the quality of the work they did on my engine.

Great service! After going to another shop and them not finding the tire problem...a slow leek (I waited 8 hrs), it was refreshing to have an honest company take a look and replace my tire quickly. The customer service was top notch and fair. I will definitely recommend to others.

They not only treated me very well upon entering the store, but also treated the very rude customer who was already in the store with the same kindness and respect(despite him throwing a fit and practically doing a burnout out of the parking lot).My tires were previously mounted and balanced by blacks tire on Gillespie. This job was done poorly and resulted in a bad shake in my steering wheel, and when I called the store they pretty much said “sorry but it’s already balanced so maybe it’s your car.” Realizing this is unacceptable the Skibo store not only fixed the problem but didn’t charge me twice for doing something that should’ve been right the first time.

I went in around 8 a.m. this morning because my tire had a giant nail in it and was fully expecting to drop it off and pick it up at a later time. The service was so fast, I was in and out around 30 minutes! The staff was very friendly and honestly you cant beat the prices. Id definitely recommend!

Great customer service

Told me this was unrepairable. Lol! So I went to Ed’s, told me “no problem” I suggest you do too! Unfortunately, for me this is not my only encounter with this place and the heavier set gentlemen behind the desk. Six months ago I had gotten a nail in my other car tire (same distance from outer wall) and was told at blacks that it was unrepairable, and I would need to buy a new tire. Unfortunately, I bought it, trusting the man! I have since educated myself and I will tell you this place is bad, don’t go here! P.S. they will try to show you a chart that says it’s unrepairable...if I was a tire company trying to make money, how would I make a chart for repairable or not repairable? Hmmm?

I cant rate this place highly enough. I took my car in for a few minor things I wanted checked out and they spent an hour doing a full inspection and then did not even charge me since they found nothing wrong. Ive gone here a few times for all my car needs and they are quick to say what they can and cant do and always recommend exactly what I need. Fantastic business and very honest.

Amazing customer service, super fast and helpful, also they beat internet prices on big tires! I have a fairly large wheel and tire setup that pretty much no one would touch that caused a pretty annoying bounce. Kept getting turned away by other shops for lack of experience. These guys rebalanced all my wheels and tires at a great price and now the truck rides great. Still a bounce but I’m convinced I need to invest in new camber bolts that allow more adjustment to perfect it. Regardless, couldn’t be happier!

At first I really liked the service that Blacks offered I was nervous bringing in my European car. I was worried they would not be used to the lift points or damage the rims since they might be a little different. All I had done was get a nail removed from the tire and have it patched and it only took them with waiting about 45 minutes and cost only $25. After I got home though I noticed that they gouged a few marks into the rim and broke my center hub cap. I was planning on coming back to replaced the $1600 tires I have but that will not happen after this.After going back they have agree to pay to fix the rims and replace the center hub cap.

My window regulator broke before I had to go into work, I got to work and called the dealership who couldn’t get me in until FRIDAY, today is Monday, so I called Black’s Tire and Auto Service and tried to make an appointment, I spoke to Nick and he said I could just bring my car right in, no appointment needed. I walk in, Nick remembers me from the phone call and they take my keys, start work on my car immediately and diagnose the problem. James, the owner gives me an estimate of the price and how long and both were extremely accurate. They have water and coffee while you wait, James even came over and struck up a conversation with me while I waited. I drive by this place almost every day and never thought to stop in, but oh boy I’m glad I did. I’ll definitely be taking my car back here!

Had a set of tires put on with new tps sensors they said they can re-learn them to my vehicle but ended up not being able to and would not refund my $45 they charged to do the job of re-leaning the sensors.In my experience you don’t get paid if you don’t finish a job . The mechanics are professional and respectful but the guys in the office are rude and don’t care.

Took some time as I waited for my state inspection, but they are good

I have been coming here for about three years BEST tire place in town. They have on many occasions gone out of there way to fix issues with three vehicles I have owned. Customer service is A1, I would recommend anyone before you go get services done anywhere be sure to check these guys out first. Also you gotta love the big guy at the counter Great guy!!

Brought 2 vehicles in at 11:30am on a Thursday. First vehicle was an easy fix, serviced within 20 minutes. Second vehicle had more issues and I knew it would take longer to fix.I was told that I had 2 cars ahead of me. I asked if I would be called by end of business and was told that I would be. 30 minutes before closing I hadnt heard anything, so I called and was told my car was being looked at. Closing came and no one called. The next day I still hadnt heard anything, so I called again at about 10am and was told they were still looking at the car. Finally at 2:30pm, after having my vehicle over 24 hours, I went in to see what was going on. My car was parked outside. I was told that they were short staffed and still hadnt figured out the problem. I suppose the staff that was there didnt want to continue checking into my problem because it was too big of a job for them.Later that day I took my car to another shop and that mechanic had me diagnosed within 2 hours. Ended up paying $1,400 for the repairs. Guess Blacks didnt want my money. I came here because of the great reviews but greatness didnt happen for me.

This place is the best place around down here within a 50 mile radius I mean come on they absolutely take care of you by any means necessary if they can go out of their way they will do it for you these guys have been working on my vehicles for the last 5 years that I’ve been stationed here and I couldn’t trust anyone better than the guy named Walt he is quick at what he does and very excellent when knowing what to fix or what to do to your vehicle instead of these other guys giving you the run around just to make some extra money off of you and really rack up the charges for revenue to their business so if your feeling unsure be sure to come down here to Skibo road BTS and check these guys out at least give them a chance to prove to you why they are the best in town hands down 5/5 stars for me thanks to the entire management team and workers that run this Blacks Tire and Auto center 🙂

Excellent service with a very friendly, knowledgeable staff. I have tires that aren’t normally carried. Blacks tire was able to order my tire with a delivery within 24 hours. They fit me into their busy schedule that next day and had my tires on and rotated much faster than I expected. Again, top quality work with excellent customer service.

I went in because I thought my tire had a hole and I needed it fixed. Everyone was so nice and helpful and in the end they told me it was just my valve that needed to be tightened. I will definitely be coming back for any car troubles and even just to get my oil changed!

BOUGHT THE SAME TIRES OR COMPARABLE FOR 400.00 WHICH I THINK SHOPPING AROUND FOR THE RIGHT PRICE AND QUALITY TIRES ARE THE KEY.

If they are busy you will be ignored and I was not even greeted, no eye contact and eyes glued to the computers and when attended you will be given attitude. And crude remarks. Would definitely not return poor customer service experience. Theres way too many other shops who are friendlier.

Blacks Tire is the go to tire shop in Fayetteville ! The staff is super accommodating and friendly. After I caught a flat on my birthday, the staff went above and beyond to make sure I was back on the road in no time. I recommend this place over PEP Boys any day!

Went here because I had air coming out of one of my tires. Brought it in, had it checked, and the worker said there was nothing wrong. Said to bring it back if it went flat 🙄. Low and behold, it went flat that same afternoon. My whole schedule was thrown off. Not reliable IMO.

Went there to get an estimate it was a weekend afternoon so I figured it would be a while which was understandable. After three hours still no pricing on estimate but i got estimates on many other things. Thanks for wasting my time and still not getting an answer to my question.

Went in today to get my power steering leak checked. The estimate called for 4 hours of labor and the technician spent almost all afternoon on it to get my issue resolved. He took me outside in the bay and showed me everything that was done and the car drives great now. I’ll always bring my vehicle back to you guys.

If you need something done to your car this is definitely the place to do it. Their staff is very professional friendly and helpful. They didnt try to upsell me on anything and as a matter of fact save me several hundred dollars compared to other places that were offering to do the same service. They worked quickly and got my vehicle back to me in Tip-Top shape and no time at all. Their employees were very friendly patient and helpful all had smiles on their faces. Brought my sons car in with a staple in the front right tire, at 4:40pm, less then an hour before closing. Within 10 minutes they had the tire off, and found the tire unrepairable. Showed us exactly what was wrong with the tire, and explained why it needed replaced. They got the new on and ready to go within 30 minutes! Great Service, Great People

Fast helpful service that fixed the terrible work of another shop in town. Better prices and better work for anyone with oversized rims and tires up to 26’s!!! Don’t bother going anywhere else, you’ll waste time and money.

Do not go here unless you know what you need. They told me my tire was unrepairable and that I would need a new tire. Nail was on the tread and repairable. Went somewhere else because something didn’t feel right and they easily could do the repair. This is my second time going there. They ripped me off the first time and also did not tell me they buy your old tires. They stole my tire the first time and ripped me off 🤬🤬🤬😡 so sad they do this to people with their hard earned money

Mr. Webb, the manager, is awesome. Got me in and out and was real friendly. Had an issue with my TPMS the next day, went back and they again got me in and out and were very apologetic for something I do not feel was their fault. Great place to get tires and I will be a repeat customer.

These folks are always quick, polite, and stick to their quotes. Full of helpful info and quick to show things they find concerning. Ill be back for future services for sure.

The guys here are awesome. Theyre always very kind, helpful and cracking jokes with me. and they laugh at my corny jokes which is awesome. Theyre also very honest about what you need and dont need. Im the kind of girl that works on cars but take it there for the convenience so i would know if they were lying to me. Its hard to find a good honest mechanic. ;) i trust them.

Absolutely the most professional and honest auto mechanic service that I have experienced. They never try to push additional services on you unless you need it. In fact, they have steered me away from doing things that I did not need to do. You will never get sticker shock when you pick up your vehicle after repairs. Everyone there treats you like you are important. It almost feels like a family atmosphere. My entire office is using their service. I will not take my car anywhere else for repairs or oil changes.

I will always shop at Blacks Tire and Auto Service as long as they keep quality employees like Ben Edwards and his team working there.
