Air Pro Heating & Air Conditioning is Veteran-owned, which is always a plus in my book.Anthony was right on-time for our scheduled appointment (Labor Day), professional, courteous, thorough, and informative.Upon arrival, he explained that he would be running diagnostics on the inside and outside A/C components and checking for leaks.Both tests only took a few minutes, and he kindly explained to me what he was doing and checking.The unit was 2lbs low on refrigerant, so Anthony refilled it with the missing 2lbs. He also cleaned the filter, which was much appreciated, and explained to me what his tests showed.I reconfirmed that there was nothing broken in the unit, just that it was low on refrigerant. For my peace of mind, Anthony also checked the compressor.Along with the emailed receipt were the results of the diagnostics and his notes from the visit for future reference.We will touch base again in about 6 months to start tracking the unit’s maintenance.I am very happy with Anthony’s performance and the results of the visit. In just a few quick minutes, the A/C was fixed and blasting cold air again. I definitely recommend Air Pro Heating & Air Conditioning.

These guys were great! They fit us in on their last spot on a Saturday, and gave us a reasonable price for an emergency diagnosis. Not only that, but after my boyfriend and the technician, Javier, got stung by a yellow jacket from a nest we didnt know was there, and we offered to just call it a day, he continued the job! My boyfriend sprayed the best with water while Javier worked diligently on our AC.

I saw all the 5 ⭐️ reviews so I was confident to use this company….Rep came out to complete a diagnostic on my HVAC system. Rep was extremely late and unprepared, had to leave to get more equipment to complete the job….yet, still charged the FULL price of the diagnostic of $90.95. On top of the rep SUSPECTING (his words) that I had a broken wire and quoted me almost $300 just to run a new low voltage wire! On top of he and base office not being on the same sheet of music about whether they offer military discount or not. I’m sure this is a good company, considering the prior reviews, just was a bad experience for me. Hope the next persons experience is better than mine. 8/4/2021Update: Owner of company reached out (same day of service) and we spoke about the issues above. Excellent service, promptly respond 24 hours appointment. The original appointment was cancelled due to weather inclement conditions and they immediately call to reschedule the visit for the following day. Upon arrival the technician was very friendly and very professional after his assessment he explain to me what was the problem with the AC unit a gas leak and suggest the best cost effective course of action to repair the AC Unit. Once the Technician complete the process to add gas to the Ac Unit he proceed to recap all the the process performed and answer my questions. They give me a 10% military discount in my bill which I consider a good gesture. The price was fair enough and I definitely recommend their services. Prompt service, profesional technicians at a fair price equals businesses success.

Air Pro Heating & Air Conditioning exceeded my expectations. While doing maintenance, Keith discovered my downstairs unit wasnt working outside. He was able to squeeze in time to conduct a leak test and found the problem. Javier came later during the day to replace what needed to be fixed. All this unexpectedly and on the same day 🙌 . The tech from AC Pro was very courteous and professional. Unfortunately my system needed a major repair (compressor swap). Once my AC repair was complete, of course the temp dropped down and I didn’t need AC. About two weeks after the repair, my AC was once again not working. I called AC pro and they came out to replace a sensor that same day for no charge. I would highly recommend AC pro to anyone with HVAC repair or maintenance needs.

I couldn’t thank this company and their gentlemen that came out today. I woke up this morning with the AC not functioning at all, and it had already reached 76 degrees by 1030AM. I’m that person that can’t function without cold air. I called around to five other HVAC places and they were all booked until at least the next day. I got in touch with a lovely lady through Air Pro and they told me someone can be out within 2-4 hours. Within 13 minutes of me hanging up with her, I got a text saying Javier was on his way, and he showed up 25 minutes later. We recently had to made the decision to either repair the coil on our AC due to a leak or put a new AC unit in due to ours being 10 years old. We decided to just go with a whole new unit to avoid other issues that could arise with an older unit. We had a few companies come out and give us quotes and ultimately decided Air Pro was the best option. Nicholas was the tech that came out the first time and he was great! He was on time, very professional, and you could tell he cared about what he was doing. He took the time to explain what was going on so I could easily understand and showed me pictures as well. He wasn’t a salesman he was very honest about what needed to be done and what was unnecessary. They then came back out on 6/16 to install the unit. The team that came out was great and we were super impressed that the owner Javier was out here with the other 2 guys doing the work too! I feel like you don’t typically see that with owners. He walked me through once everything was complete to explain what I needed to know about our new unit. I asked him about another possible issue and he too wasn’t just trying to get money from me and explained why I didn’t need that work done. After realizing that I needed a new AC unit (air handler + heat pump) to replace my 14yr old Goodman unit I started by getting quotes from 6 different companies in the area. Let me save you the time and effort by letting you know Air Pro Heating & AC were by far the most reasonable pricing. They even beat some competitors by a few thousand dollars. Even though Air Pro had good reviews online, I was still a little skeptical about going with them given their pricing was so much better than everyone elses. I committed anyways and let Javier know I was ready to move forward with the install. His company was very professional from scheduling an install date to sending email + text reminders and even calling the day of the install to make sure someone was home. Javier even registered both the air handler + heat pump with Goodman so that I didnt have to worry about it (although I did verify + confirmed he registered both). I highly recommend going with Air Pro in the unfortunate event you need to replace your AC unit. FYI - I ended up replacing my old unit with a Goodman Heat Pump model# ARUF43C14 and Air Handler# GSZ140421.
