Had a winter service done yesterday on the furnace. The tech forgot to close a furnace door and unfortunately left us without A/C for the night. The A/C and furnace are interconnected. They were quick to accept responsibility and came out the next day and fixed the simple mistake. These guys are honest and dependable. Mistakes happen sometimes and I understand that. It’s good partnering with a business that accepts responsibility and takes measures to quickly fix a mistake. I will no doubt continue using them for my A/C and furnace maintenance.

A/C Man Heating and Air is an outstanding business with prices that cant be beat. The air was on and I turned it off because it wasnt working right. It felt like a heat wave and Mike, (the Owner) with his expertise knew it was clogged up and he had to flush/vacuum where it was clogged with water in a pan in the attic. The switch turns the system off because if it hadnt the pan would have flooded and damage my ceiling in the closet and all of my clothes which didnt happen due to the switch shutting it off. Mike rescued me rectifying the problem and now I have cool air again.He was utmost professional and had done an A plus job, and it didnt take him no time to get things under control. On another note, I have used his services before and have been over the moon pleased. The first company I called sent someone out couldn’t figure out what was causing my five year old heat pump to keep overheating and shutting down. He added more Freon said that it probably needed a new motor and to call whoever installed it to see if it was still under warranty.After finally finding the original installation receipt in an email search I called AC Man who sent out a technician the next morning. In very short order he discovered that the metal filter on the unit was completely clogged and noted that any competent tech should have checked that first. He also discovered that the unit had 2 lbs too much Freon. It works great now.

AC stopped working because the drain pan over filled. I drained the pan and the AC did start working again. The problem was the fan did not come on immediately after the blower motor kicked on. Mike from AC Man came out to check my unit. The fan at that point was running and Mike told me it is very difficult to figure out which component is bad when all is working at the moment. He told me to call him the next time the fan quits working and he would come out to check if the fan motor is broken. Well, the fan has been working fine since that day over two weeks ago. He saved me money by being ethical and honest. By the way, my freon levels were also checked that day.

They were very quick since I was on my lunch break, they quickly diagnosed the situation, had the part on hand, and fixed it under 45 mins. I was impressed. This is definitely on the expensive side, but to me it was definitely worth it. I did not have to miss work, and my Air conditioning is working great now, I am glad I called them when I noticed something was off before it actually stopped working. You get what you pay for, and I plan on calling them again.

Repair technician was professional and able to diagnose or issue right away (unlike previous vendor). The tech made a temp repair that kept the unit running over the weekend. If you are looking for honesty and an experienced technician, contact the A/C Man. Mr. Johnson and his technicians have provided me professional Heat and Air services for years. The A/C man stands by his work. This team has been maintaining my system for years. When the units can be fixed/serviced, they do a good job. But they will also advised you when it time to consider alternatives. They recently repaired my unit, which is up and running now, but provided advised me to consider buying a new unit. They explained the reasoning behind this recommendation.

A/C Man went out to my property and because of some matching systems issue with my ac unit immediately suggested I replace the entire thing for $6600. They did not give me any options to fix a part or get the matching part to replace that.After pushing them a bit they did replace the broken part for 1/10 the price and it worked fine for nearly a year. So, if thats what I have to do every year it would still make sense almost rather than buying a whole new system.Only go with them if you want to pay top dollar to replace your entire system rather than fix whats wrong with it.They take the buy/repair decision out of your hands by not giving options and refusing or resisting doing any work other than the entire fix.
