I found some amazing Fargo movie woodchipper postcards (in a downtown gift shop) and mailed them home from here. The USPS employee who helped me was nice and the long line moved very quickly. Thank you!

I called after hours because I had a question about a letter I needed delivered by the next business day. Becky from the downtown Fargo Post Office answered and was extremely helpful and polite. She represented the Fargo Post Office with great professionalism and we customers greatly appreciate that. Give Becki a raise.

All I have to say is they never answer the phone when you have a simple question to ask. I repeatedly called 5x in a row and its supposedly open but no one even bothers to do their job and answer!!! Your paid by tax dollars so do your job that we pay you to do answer the phone. Im sure its in your job description!!!

I have been to this post office 3 times in the past two weeks dealing with renewing my passport. It wouldnt have taken 3 trips to the downtown post office if they had given me the correct information the first trip. Along with inaccurate information, I experienced unpleasant customer service. Finally on my third trip, I received extremely pleasant service from Mark. He was very helpful and friendly. I realize that post offices have to be strict with security and other issues, but being unpleasant and rude is not a good way of going about it.

Not the US Post Office any longer. Ask what your tax dollars can do for you, and get the core of your town moved out to a cheap building by the freeway. The new post office (if you can call it that) is at 671 S Orchard Ave Ukiah, CA 95482. Sad for everyone. Your US Postal service is not listen to you and wont be in the future either.

Rude staff. Droped off the same kind of package at UPS and FedEx, they were very helpful and respectful to their customers. But, USPS staff member was rude and not helpful at all. She talked with annoyance from the beginning and kept making disrespectful gestures. It was obvious that she didnt want to help me, as she kept bringing up issues that were easily solvable. Very disappointing.

The delivery lady named Bett signed my package (unbelievable) and I have no idea where she delivered it. I went to the office to figure out what was going on and nobody wanted to help. The only answer I got was that she was sick away from the work and she will call me back when she is back. One month later, nobody called. I lost my merchandise with a value of $91 plus $20 internal USPS shipping. This office branch owns me an explanation. But nobody cares there. The worst USPS office in the world. I am trying to avoid using their service in the future.Updated (three months later): my last trip there, Dandi would like to take care of this issue and help me in the refund process. I saw his appropriate attitude toward to customers: how to treat customer fairly. Treating customers badly will lead to decreasing market share to UPS, Fedex and other international carriers. The business world is not dominated by USPS anymore. It is full of fierce competition. Customer is the key.It will be very dangerous if they could not realize it.

Terrible customer service over the phone. Took me ten minutes to get past the computer answering service that couldnt help me with my question anyway. And Ive been on for twenty minutes on hold. Im typing this as I wait.
