Apt workers very unorganized and had us waiting days as THREE units we were waiting for all got taken. Lady didn’t email updates or respond and left us waiting. Thanks:)

The maintenance is horrible, I wish I could give it a 0. It usually takes me multiple times calling in a request to get it fixed. They often claim to have fixed it and no one even came out or if they did they did not resolve the issue. For example out washer has been broken for over a month in the Park Terrace building and I’ve called in multiple work orders and have been told it’s been fixed. This doesn’t surprise me as it took me three years to get them to get properly functioning dryers in the building. I had to start buying my clothes in larger sizes because they used to only work on high heat. Can’t wait to move!

I actually had a really good experience with the rental company itself. I had to move because the location of the building wasnt the best neighborhood and some of the neighbors had illegal activity going on. However, Goldmark itself was never bad. I even got $186 back of my $300 deposit! Angela was a great manager!

Good place if you wish to be left alone. Its a quiet little complex with barely able to hear anything from your neighbors. I also had an issue where my wall unit had burned out and what was a unit from the 70s that constantly sounded like war was going on inside your apartment, now has General Electric wall unit that quiet and constantly cools my apartment. For a first time renter, not half bad of a deal kicking here.

So me and my fiancé and lived in Island Park and he passed away there and I was told that I could not go back in and tell him goodbye with his stuff being on an apartment being empty they don’t care about anybody’s feelings at all or even about families feelings I also did not get my deposit back

Horrible communication issues with not only their customers but with each other. Took forever to actually get an AC unit put in, suffered in the heat of summer for 2+ months. AC was finally installed when it was beginning to cool down. Been late for maintenance requests multiple times with no call to tell us. Mysteriously got cat fleas in our apartment after we moved in when we had NO cats there and hadnt interacted with any cats upon moving in. Plus couldnt even reimburse us for all the laundry we had to do. Been such a hassle trying to work with this office. Would not recommend.

I wish there was a 0 stars option because this place deserves nothing. Unless you like cockroaches inside your apartment building NEVER live here. We are living here currently and they are the worst management office in the Fargo/Moorhead area. Dirty hallways, washer and dryer dont work very well, and there is hardly any upkeep on the building and parking spots.

Worst manager i have ever seen......very rude,incompetent and arrogant person.i wont recommend anyone to go near Angel as a tenant.worst customer service ......000 out of 5
