We just moved in, but so far are enjoying our home here. The management team is super friendly and helpful. We knew going into it that the building isnt the newest or fanciest, but it is a decent value for the rent we are paying. Our 2-bedroom is spacious. We are excited to have an assigned parking space and garage. We are also pleased with the buildings location in Fargo.

If I would have known these apartments were going to be so disrespectfully loud constantly day and all night I would have never signed the contract its absolutely horrible,constant screaming and nothing is done about it.
