Very nice places! Reasonably priced

We certainly wish Pinehurst would have had a three bedroom apartment available so we could have stayed. Management was great. Soundproofing was great - really missing it compared to where we are now. Landscaping and parking lots are well-maintained. I know its already been seven months, but just wanted yall to know how much yall were appreciated! I highly recommend Pinehurst to anyone looking for a great place in a central location.

Garbage is always overflowing of the dumpsters and there’s usually glass in the parking lot, during the winter the snow doesn’t get removed very fast. My roommate and I told our manager we were going to move out two months before, he marked it down and they still charged us an extra month because it wasnt written on an official document...there’s a couple nice tenants too be several have dogs that are quite annoying

We moved to this apartment 6 months ago, the management staff is good and they respond to all my concerns in a timely manner. The apartments are very clean and best part is walking storage room. The rent is quite economical and no parking issues. The only PROBLEM is laundry. There is laundry room in each floor of the building with 3 washers and 3 driers but they are very old and they eat-up lot of your quarters(coins) just like that without proper operation. After I moved in here, I recommended this to my friends and 2 of them moved with their families, they also liking it here.

I just moved into this apartment yesterday, but so far everything has been great. Brianna, the property manager, was excellent working with us throughout the application process and has been accommodating with any issues I have brought up.

Can never get ahold of anyone in the office horrible customer service do not recommend to anyone can not wait till my lease is up.

At first this was an amazing apartment. Then someone moved in above us with cement shoes and a toddler that runs like shes lost. We contacted management about this issue on numerous occasions and their best solution was to try and move us up to the third floor. The main reason we moved here was because it was on a ground floor. It gets tiresome to have to fix the things getting broken from falling off your walls because people dont know how to be respectful of their neighbors and walk like a normal person. So if you are looking for a quiet place this is not it. We will be moving when our lease is up. The worst part is we signed a year lease right before they moved in above us.
