Very responsive, very helpful, happy to say Ive gotten to live here for many years and would gladly recommending.
Best company I ever rented from. Fixes any problem asap. Workable and professional.
Prices are hard to beat. Teresa was great to work with. Very responsive when it came to repairs. Would definitely choose them again if we moved back to ND.
The lady who called me to notify about my application status reported that they cant approve it. She argued that my previous property management reported to her that they had to do 6 hours of cleaning (which is what they charge anyone who moves out and then return the money if it took less hours to clean the apartment) when I moved out. She said it was a lot of cleaning. This was the reason for rejecting my application. As a decent tenant I always clean the apartments where I rented and leave it in a good shape. I think rejecting applications for this reason is absurd as the renter pays for all the damages or cleaning when they move out.PS: Alejandra who received my application was really professional and friendly!
Very affordable pricing and well maintained. I would highly suggest this rental company to anyone looking for a great place to live in south Fargo. I have referred multiple friends and family members to Green Management. Very satisfied with this company
Management has been good to deal with. They are extremely fair, but they do expect you to know what you are doing because they expect you to fulfill your contract. The apartments are older, but they keep the appliances updated. Ive always found them to be responsive.I want to add that they do offer the flexibility of a month-to-month contract once your initial contract is up. You could get a 6 month lease and then go monthly.
I have been living for 2 years. very satisfied. good location. clean. quiet. very good answer to fix something wrong. I want to give 5 stars.
I have lived in my apartment for 5 years, I love it! Management is great to work with, so quick at resolving issues. I feel like they genuinely care about tenants. I would highly recommend renting from Green Management.
Great service from the RA, always was willing to answer any of my questions and was very friendly and polite.
We lived in a Green Management apartment for two years. Overall, we had a very positive experience and I would highly recommend renting from them. My interactions with Teresa, the owner, were always very positive. The only stroke against them was when we had a freak snowstorm that dumped 7 of wet snow-water and it took hours for them to get the parking lot cleared.
Best apartment and management team in the FM area!!
I lived in a Green Management property for two years. My maintenance concerns were always taken care of fairly promptly. The building was mostly quiet and had a good location. The unit should have been somewhat updated for the amount paid. The carpeting and linoleum was in very poor condition when I moved in. The walls/ceilings are thin and youll likely hear regular activity above you if youre not on a top floor.Their leases do not have any leeway for tenants who need to make life changes (moving multiple states away for a job). Per the lease, you are not able to advertise to sublease if you need to leave the unit earlier than your lease ending. You are at the mercy of Green Management listing, showing, and filling your unit. In the current Fargo housing market, theres no incentive for them to try list/fill your unit. Yes, as a renter, I was ultimately responsible for the lease, however, they were unwilling to work with me or negotiate when I needed to leave the unit even though I was a very good tenant. There are many other rental companies in Fargo that offer a better lease situation if you need to leave your unit earlier. There are probably better properties as well. Fargo is a renters market. Green is not terrible, but if anything in your life changes, they wont be willing to work with you in any capacity.Re: Month to month leases are an option, however, they charged $25 more per month for the month to month lease option and your rent can be raised with very little notice per North Dakota Century Code. You could end up in a state of paying higher rent every month or few.Again, Fargo is a renters market. Id recommend shopping around for better lease options since there are so many available options in the area. Until that changes, Green wouldnt be at the top of my list.
Resident Managers are the best in town!
I used to rent from them a few years ago. For the price range, I was satisfied to be in a convenient location near 13th, but in a relatively quiet block with some basic features. The check in and out process was seamless and I never ran into issues. If they allowed pets, I would absolutely consider renting from Green MGMT again.
This is my 2nd apartment with Green Management. Both times have been great.
Went to help my son get an application for an apartment and needless to say even with my cosigner app he was denied because his credit wasnt acceptable. Now I called the resident manager to follow up on the application to which I didnt receive a return call nor could she even respond back to my texts. I called the main office and was told that it was their policy not to accept my cosigner application because of his credit and that it was in their policy. Thats just totally dumbfounding as to why I cosigned to help him get an apartment only to be informed of their so called policy on not accepting cosigner, to which the resident manager clearly stated that this was acceptable. My advice is to stay away from this company and do your homework before even considering them as your choice for apartment life! Discrimination much? As much as I hate to say it, Goldmark is better than this. At least they take care of their people.
Quiet, well maintained buildings
Rude, rude, incompetent staff. Very disappointed in myself that I stooped to the low point of staying in one of their buildings. Poor quality apartments, and nothing is well maintained. Complaints are not taken seriously. Would 100% not recommend.
