Great Place and great staff. Mike and his staff treats you great and does great work. Never has done me or my own family wrong. Tou wont be steered the wrong way.

I called Herb’s after getting a laundry list of necessary repairs from the dealer when they performed some recall work.Since I called ahead, the shop was able to give mean estimate and set an appointment for the work. After getting their hands on my car the did diagnostics and called to advise me on necessary repairs.I still have one issue that needs to be fixed, but at no fault of of Herb’s.Do your homework before you drop off your car so there are no surprises.I recommend this shop and will return for repairs and routine service.

This is a fantastic repair shop! Friendly, competent and professional mechanics. I think the prices are low compared to what I have paid in the past. You can count on their assessment of the cars needs and they dont invent issues that are not there. If you want the best and most cost efficient car repairs, even if you have to travel some, Herbs is the place to go!

This is a great place---run by highly competent, honest people who are expert at what they do. Ive been going to them for a couple of decades now and have always been completely satisfied. Prices are very reasonable.

Very racist, condescending owner. He was charging too much for a flat tire. When I asked him to lower the price, he rudely asked me to leave. Not surprised in this age of racism and xenophobia.

PROS:1. Fixed my car, after all. Replaced clutch on 06 Mazda6.2. Honest and straightforwardCONS:1. It took them almost two weeks. It was supposed to be one week, but got delayed by a couple more days, and...2. Two more problems were caused by the fix which required another week in the shop. First, upon pick up, my car stalled (and kept stalling) the very next morning after the repair, only about 4 miles after driving it, so it was not drive-able. Second, the didnt pay for the towing back to the shop (they dont have a tow truck of their own). Third, while trying to fix this problem they broke my console (the cup holders piece) under the hand brake, next to the gear shift stick. I had to call again and drop off the car for now the third time, so they can fix what they broke.3. Mike has an attitude. It is definitely not a customer friendly attitude. I can best describe it as a take it or leave it attitude. It is the bigger reason why I will not go back.4. A car problem will likely be solved but it may take you a long wait until it is complete and/or two or more trips to the shop.5. Not cheap. For only a little more, I could have had the work done at the Mazda dealer. But I wanted to support a local independent shop so I tried Herbs

Mike and the other guys always treat us and our cars with wonderful care. Its so nice to trust the people you depend on.

I have used this Facility for more years than I can remember, at least twenty years. I knew the original owner ( Ron), the subsequent Owner ( a foreign name and name escapes me) and now the third generation owner ( name unknown - have not met). The owners may change, but the service is always excellent and very reasonably priced.Originally, I found Herbs through a top-rating in Checkbook. I needed a competent garage to work on my then 1974 Camaro when a very fine garage refused to work on my old ( but truly excellent) Camaro and my somewhat less than pristine but trustworthy Ford E150 Van.Through the years and the cars to now include our 2006 Lexus, 2011 Toyota Sienna and now 2012 Honda Fit - and many other cars ( three children, and the youngest is now 30-something - Herbs is the best.Chief mechanic is Mike and all of the Staff, like Mike, are totally trustworthy and competent.Go to Herbs and tell them that Leo sent you!!

Ive been to see Mike at Herbs several times with 4 different cars and I have always found him to be honest, straight forward & professional. I would recommend Herbs anytime.

These guys are the best - they will never ask you do do anything unnecessary to your car, fair prices and excellent work. They have cared for my volvo and now my Prius for over 15 years.
