I cannot say enough good things about Chris and Integrity Tire and Auto Repair. I’ve gone to him for years and would never think about going anywhere else. We have moved out of Virginia but still go back there and when we need serious work done. Can’t recommend him strongly enough!

We have been using the services of Integrity for more than 5 years and have always been pleased with them.

Chris, the owner, is exactly what the name portrays--honest and reliable--and I have been going to Integrity for 8 months. Their prices are more reasonable than most auto repair shops in the area. However, I do wish that the auto repair personnel would clean off the items in my car that they touch with their hands. On several occasions, my steering wheel had grease on it along with the keys to my vehicle. Other than that, I highly recommend Integrity Tire & Auto Repair.

Chris, the owner does a great job problem solving and explaining and stands by his work. Prices are average or maybe a little above, but a great value for the level of service. The downside is that they are very busy and you need to make an appointment at least a day before. (I take that as a good sign.) I havent had an emergency that required immediate service, so Im not sure if they would squeeze me in.

The only negative thing I can say about these guys is that they may get even busier after I submit this review. Chris is the most honest, trustworthy, and dependable mechanic Ive met apart from my dad. Ive been taking both my vehicles to Integrity for several years now, and I cant imagine going anywhere else. They picked a difficult name for their business to live up to, but they continue to prove they deserve the name every time I trust them with mine.

Ive known Chris and Rob from Integrity Tires for over 20 years. Providing superb customer service, these guys know what they are doing when it comes to cars. They diagnose the issue, patiently explain it to you, and are honest about cost. I dont let anybody else work on my cars but them and it has been this way since Ive met them. They honestly do conduct business with integrity.

Im a single female with an older car and these guys are awesome! They do great work, theyre honest and trustworthy, and their prices are reasonable. I agree with the other reviews, you need to make an appointment beforehand, but its worth it!

Delighted to find this shop. I called over and the phone was answered promptly and they accommodated me within the hour. Took a look at my tire and plugged it right away. Unusual to find both professional, polite and prompt service all in one.

This is a great business, and I will definitely use them in the future. They were prompt, professional, efficient, and great to work with. They were honest and explained what work was necessary. I had been told by another shop that I needed to have some additional work done. When I asked about that work Chris told me it would need to be done eventually, but that I could go quite a while without having to have it done. He gave me an estimate for the work that was well below what I would have expected.

I have been using Chris Fedoras Integrity Tire & Auto Repair since shortly after he opened this business in Falls Church 3 years ago.I take my quite old five cars to him for ALL repairs.He and his team are fantastic -- honest, efficient, reliable & all at a huge savings compared to the car dealers & previous car mechanics I had used. I can give several examples, but the best thing I can say is I have personally referred several friends to Chris, & now they all use him exclusively as well. I needed help taking off a flat tire that had to be replaced. Chris came over to my house in the area as promised, to change the flat for the spare. I asked him if he could supply a replacement. He said that he could, but not before the following day. He made it clear that I was under no obligation to buy the tire from him just because he had come; I said that was exactly why I wanted to buy from him. Next day he installed the new tire, and checked everything, exactly as promised. Integrity for sure!

Customer service through the roof! Ive stopped in more than once to get tires patched and am planning on getting my tires replaced here when the time comes. When patching tires they did the work the same day. I asked the guy at the front desk a handful of questions and he was very helpful and willing to talk to me. I know some places can make it seem that they dont have time for the customers, this is not those places.

Mr. Fedora is ethical and has a lot of wisdom about cars, and is flexible. He is willing to install tires on a my car that I bought on the internet for a lower price that what he can obtain. Hes also given me excellent advice on the reliability and repair costs on various cars I am considering buying. He will only do repairs that the car requires, and not go beyond.

Excellent, prompt service--acurately diagnosed my tire problem, spent time cleaning the rim and replacing the tire. Despite the time and expertise to look iy over, Chris wouldnt charge me as it wasnt a repair of the tire. They even let my son (age 6) help put tire on our car. (With utmost safety, of course!) We highly recommend and will be bringing all of our car repair business to Integrity from now on!

AWESOME and live up to their name! Couple months back took it to dealer twice (Stockman in Tysons) told me needed new brakes. Integrity said have have at least HALF my breaks left!Rob is an awesome mechanic. Very helpful and has some beautiful 1930s cars that he restores and races. Highly recommend them and thanks again Chris for helping my family and me.

Chris is a great guy, and knows what he is doing. Rob, his mechanic, is much the same. I have been taking our vehicles to his shop for three years now, when needed, as I usually do my own repair work. Yes, it can be difficult to get an appointment; his work ethic and demeanor are worth the minor inconvenience. Hes a pleasure to deal with, and is unfailingly honest. I will provide a lengthier example of how he saved me, literally, thousands of dollars.A couple summers ago, my Camry overheated when I got to work. I work out in Chantilly, so I filled the coolant tank with distilled water and took it to Ourisman Chantilly Toyota. They wrote up the following recommended service order:1) Power steering rack: leaking - replace (~$2700)2) Cylinder heads: leaking - replace ($ - cant remember, but astronomical)3) Other stuff I cant remember, totaling around $1000Total work recommended price: $4500-$5000It is a 2004 Camry with 90,000 miles on it (at that point). The service adviser basically told me it was time for a new car since it was getting up there in mileage, and I guess he thought I didnt know anything about how vehicles work.Needless to say, I took the Camry back to Falls Church to Integrity and had Chris look at it. He said the power steering rack was fine, and that the fluid was pink, and obviously coolant. He said the best thing to do was put UV-reactive dye in the coolant, and for me to bring it back a couple weeks later for them to hold the UV light up to it to trace the source of the leak.I brought it back two weeks later, and Chris informed me that they couldnt see any dye, and I should drive it for another month, as the leak must be incredibly small, and bring it back in for another UV test. I did so, and he still couldnt see any dye. He informed me that the leak most likely ran over the course of a few years before it got low enough to overheat. All told, he probably spent about an hour or two looking for leaks and such.Guess what he charged me? $0. Thats right, Chris didnt even charge me anything. I told him I had to pay him something, and he simply said if it gets to a point where we actually need to do something to it, thats fine.His business is very aptly named, and I have referred several friends to him who have also been very impressed. I recommend Integrity enthusiastically.

Chris (the owner and mechanic) is a pleasure to do business with. His work has always been stellar. His advice always well-founded. I used his google rating as a reason to take my business to him originally. Now I can personally attest that he has earned and deserves such high marks here on google. I wouldnt go anywhere else and recommend you dont either. ☺ Unfortunately, I am moving and cant bring Integrity with me....😕

I just wanted to take a moment to let everybody know how wonderful the technician I dealt with here was... I was 700 miles away from home, a single mom and with my 4 year old, terrified to drive back to Georgia alone because I had a low tire pressure light on...I was immediately greeted by a very happy man...took me right in- they were quick, very friendly and the technician even replaced a broken lug nut that somebody else had broken off prior to me being there, without hesitation. Then when I return to pick up my car and asked how much I owed him he told me not to worry about it just get home safe... His act of kindness made my entire day... I was so stressed out when I got there and tight on cash, worried how much it may cost since I was woman (some places do take advantage..)... but I got home safe because of that wonderful gentleman.... thank you.

Great customer service!!!! I came in a few minutes until close with a flat tire and they were able to get a spare on for me. Chris and Rob are lifesavers!!
