Coming in as a first time customer I was referred to Eurowerks by a friend and decided to get my 40k service done because of all the reviews I have been reading.I got a DSG flush, oil and filter change, spark plug replacement (as recommended by the service advisor) and a wheel alignment.To start, I wasnt aware that this shop does not have a wheel alignment machine and my vehicle was brought to a shop down the street called Felix Auto Service. As I called in after the fact asking why my car was brought there, they said that this was listed on my estimate. As a customer, I think a verbal heads up would have been appreciated especially since this was my first time doing business with Eurowerks.Most importantly, when I picked up my vehicle after everything was completed, my door sill was tampered with and pried open. Mind you, I know every little detail of my vehicle and the following day I brought my vehicle back to get a reasonable explanation of why my door sill was pried open, the owner and technician himself said I really dont know why that was touched, it may have been the technicians boot when he was coming in and out of the vehicle.As any car enthusiast and as a first time customer, I didnt find this fulfilling at all. The technician himself re-positioned my door sill in about two minutes which I appreciated but the fact that there was no reasonable explanation why it was pried open in the first place still bothers me.Not sure if I want to come back here knowing that a possible answer or explanation can just simply be a Oh, I dont know.

Eurowerks is my go to place to have the Audi A6. They do the work right the first time and only the work the car needs. I feel confident that when i drop my car off it will get repaired correctly at a fair price. Highly recommend this shop and the staff.

Pretty decent place. Got the major service for my VW Passat, so far it feels good. Been only 2 days. Personal opinion, this place is expensive. Could have shopped around before.

Highly recommend. I was in a pretty bad situation after purchasing a certified pre-owned VW from a local dealership that was not in the condition promised, and Eurowerks came through when the dealership would not.The team here was easy to work with and very communicative, the cost was fair, and the work was excellent and done very quickly.

Ive used Eurowerks for several years, and I have always found them to do a great job. When providing estimates, they will advise as to work that is currently necessary versus could wait. Personnel provide great customer service, and they have a comfortable waiting room.

They work to identify all issues associated with any car coming in for service and provide honest input concerning things that need to be done.Make no mistake things arent cheap, but then you are getting professional, high quality mechanical work by folks who know and appreciate VWs and Audi vehicles. Our association with them stems from keeping our daughters venerable 2002 Cabrio on the road and functioning well. I mean this car has been across the country twice. Seriously from VA to Los Angeles and back to VA, the only issue along the way was replacement of an exhaust system.Its hard to find folks who know and appreciate the peculiarities of individual car makes. We know, having had personal experience with Porsche, BMW, Audi, Lexus, and other makes. If you are looking for someone who understands your VW or Audi, give these folks a try. If you own an Audi, especially a B8 model from 2009-2013, you owe yourself a visit to Eurowerks. My Audi had been nothing but issues, and Eurowerks have masterfully dealt with all issues Ive run into. I highly recommend them for your Audi servicing over any of the dealerships out there.

Ive been a customer for 5+ years now and I attest my cars excellent condition to their detailed and meticulous maintenance work. Theyre transparent and honest both with prices and what is absolutely necessary work or can wait until, say, the next servicing. It lets me budget out maintenance in a logical manner instead of incurring unexpected costs upon every servicing.

These mechanics are the best in town. For the past 3 years I been taking my cars to this place and I have never been disappointed. The professionalism, customer service and excellence in repair work is second to none!

I cant attest to their work because they were honest and told me it wasnt worth the $8,000 in repairs they could have had me do. I have never had a mechanic turn down work and I am writing this review because I am extremely appreciative of their honesty. This is exactly why I avoid going to the Audi dealership for service... they could have strung me along for $2k here, another $1k there for the next couple of years even if I didnt do all the repairs at once but they didnt. Admirable in my view

Read on--.For several years now, Ive been bringing in my 2011 VW Jetta, for both periodic repairs, and preventive maintenance. The expertise, knowledge, people skills, and courtesy/friendliness of the staff is unparalleled. I fully expect that there Jettas gonna be in the family for years to come. Bravo!

Honest and competent, excellent service.I was looking to replace my rear brake pads because I thought they were low. They looked over my car and said that the brake pads were fine - they didnt just replace them and charge me for the job.

They have taken good care of my S4 for years; honest, professional and timely. They never do repairs or service that is not needed. David is great! Would highly recommend. At least 5 of my co workers with Audis also come here.

Ive been going to Eurowerks for a few years for regular service and maintenance on my Volkswagen Jetta. David and co were always very helpful, honest, and thorough with their work and any technical explanations that were required. I was recently in an accident near the shop and was able to keep the vehicle on their location while going through the insurance process at no charge. I just had these guys perform some significant service on my Audi. From the first call to driving out of the lot after the job was done I was extremely impressed. Everyone I encountered was friendly and really went above and beyond. The prices are very reasonable and they offer all the services that I previously would have thought only an Audi dealership would do. They did a full inspection of my car and went through every area meticulously. I really appreciated that there was no pressure to up sell me on stuff I didnt need. Ill be coming here for all my Audi service from now on.

Great customer service and attention detail.Lets just say Ive own vehicles of all makes for almost 40 years. I have never trusted a place more or been so impressed by the level of customer service than Eurowerks. Service is quick, they use OEM and they communicate with you through out the process. I bought my wife an Audi instead of a BMW based on the level of service we could get from Eurowerks vs any other shop in the area.If you own and VW/Audi this place is a must.

Took my Audi to this place and was pleasantly surprised by how nice and professional they were. I brought the car in to have the battery replaced and they were about a third of the cost of the dealership quoted. They even did a full inspection free of charge. I would absolutely recommend this place and I will be returning.

I wrote this review for another site a few years ago and figured I could add it to Google also. Im overly picky about my GTI even though it isnt the sweetest ride in the world, but one has pride in their car, right? Ive tried to do most of my own work and definitely avoided the dealerships but when it came time to get the clutch replaced (well, really way after the time I should have) I took it to (at the time) Volkswerks as I didnt really have the space, time, or experience to do it myself and they seemed to be the only VW centric shop that was at all convenient to me.My first contact was via phone to see if I could at least get a rough estimate for the work, and I got a polite and knowledgeable conversation with someone who was obviously familiar with these cars. Shortly thereafter I got an email with a detailed estimate. Pricing seemed fair, and I dont think you can ever expect a job like this to be cheap. I decided to go ahead and schedule the appointment over a weekend when I was to be out of town anyway. I was given a free loaner car (Passat, not in showroom condition by any means but it worked) which helped since I still needed to get myself to work somehow.I got to speak with I believe the manager Bob (? its been a few months and Im not great with names) who was very friendly and patient with answering my questions. The best impression I got was that they seemed to trust that I at least had some grasp of the mechanics of the car even though I am not a mechanic. They didnt dumb things down necessarily or get overly technical. After inspecting the car, they turned up a few things that probably should be done soon but didnt make it out to be an emergency.If I had any complaint, there was a bit of inconsistency in communication over the course of the repair as far as that I was told I would be contacted to confirm exactly what they were going to do before doing the actual work. It may have been my misunderstanding but it took longer to hear back than I expected, so I called in and was met with confusion as to why I was calling for some reason. I understand I signed the estimate and all that but you never know what will turn up after you get the motor pulled and transmission dropped, etc. This was cleared up however and they never did any work that they didnt get my express permission to do.Long story short, got my ride back on time and everything in good order. I probably would have been happy just to have a clutch that wasnt slipping through all gears, but in addition I feel like I was treated well and my car was handled by people who knew what they were doing. I definitely plan to use them again for the timing belt job Im past due for.I would like to add since I have gone back for another major service since I wrote the initial review (timing belt this time, was the clutch the first time) and honestly could pretty much write the same review as before. Great service, timely, and I was very happy with the experience.

The auto service was outstanding. The front desk was delightful. I arrived at closing and had not had opportunity to refill loaner. She waited for me to go down the street and refill to avoid fuel charges. That was above and beyond.

I have a VW Beetle with over 235,000 miles and Dave and the Eurowerks team does an outstanding job on my Beetle. I moved to the DMV about three years ago and I am glad that I found Eurowerks. The team provides solutions and suggestions on which repairs are needed and how to best accomplish the repair.I am glad that I take my Beetle to Eurowerks, they are always a pleasure to deal with.

They identified the weird noise my 2004 Audi A6 was making and explained the problem and solution to me clearly. No fear-based upselling, just an honest assessment and transparent estimate. They ordered the parts and had the work done in two business days. The car runs very smoothly now. They know Audis very well, and also know how to treat customers--they let me drop off my car early and gave me a ride to the Metro. Ill definitely take my car back there for service again.

Eurowerks miraculously kept my old Jetta purring along for about the last 10 of its 15 years. I never worried that the work wouldnt be done right -- it always was. I never thought they were taking advantage of me by doing work I didnt need. They were just great in emergencies. And their loaners are life-savers. I now have a newish Audi. I recently had what seemed to be a coolant leak, and they let me bring the car in on the spur of the moment, checked it out (it was fine), topped off the coolant and also put air in my tires, which they noticed were low. The charge: zero. I LOVE THESE GUYS.

The good folks at Eurowerks (used to be Volkswerks) have taken excellent care of two of my Audis now over the LAST 10 YEARS. They are consistently polite, knowledgeable and priced below what the dealers quote.

Took my car in over a year ago for repairs, and they were awesome. Pricing is just about the same with the dealership. My only con is that when you set an appointment for something to be done (repair) its either not ready that same day or it takes over 5hrs to be ready.

I and many. members of my family have been satisfied customers for 20 years. We are loyal customers because we know that we can get quality service at a reasonable price. Ted and his team at Volkswerks are the reason we keep buying VWs. We know that we can have them serviced at a place we can trust.

I asked Eurowerks for a second opinion on maintenance recommended by a local Audi dealership that wouldve cost me over $1k. After checking my car, the folks at Eurowerks told me I didnt need anything replaced after all: my brake pads had plenty of life left, my rotors were fine, and my battery voltage was good. I have experienced great service the few times Ive brought my (rather old) Jetta in for service. Theyve always been honest about what needed to be done immediately, in a couple months, or further down the road.They also honor their warranty policy, even in some nonstandard situations. (Car broke down and was being repaired in another shop). You get the sense that they really want to just make things right. Great customer service.

Hands down...Take your Audi or VW here. Their office is very clean, staff was super friendly and knowledgeable to anything I asked. I had bought some Audi parts thinking I would do the work myself. Come to find out my hands are to big to fit behind my engine. EuorWerks was able to use the parts I had purchased when they did the install. Super happy with the work they do and will continue to bring our vehicles there. A+ in my books!

To be honest, I was skeptical of how good the reviews were on this place. Cmon, 5 stars for an auto repair shop? However, the reviews are correct - this place is a gem! Had my 120k service done on my GTI here on Monday and I can honestly say its never run better! They found some other things I forgot to mention were wrong with my car and fixed them free of charge. Ive tried other mechanics and ended up being so frustrated that I only would take my car to the dealership. Not anymore! Cant recommend this place enough especially if you have a manual 2013 GTI.

Ive had a couple of VWs and an Audi brought in for service over the years and have always been completely satisfied with the shops efficiency and transparency. Its not easy to trust a car service shop but I trust them so much that I ended up purchasing one of their loaner cars for my son. Even though the shop had been keeping up with all required maintenance the car ended up running into an ABS problem a couple of months after my purchase. Eurowerks fixed the problem and did not charge me for the labor. This shows how much they stand behind their product and reinforces my confidence in their overall quality. I will continue to give them my business and will recommend them to anyone who owns a VW or Audi.

Just got a pretty major service done to my VW GTI and they did it pretty quickly, and also Gave me a comprehensive list of items that would need fixing soon. They didnt push me to get it done, instead, they also told me cheaper ways of getting it done at home. Very likeable place. Theres a Starbucks 15 min walk away so you can drop off your car and get. Coffee while they work on your baby

Professional, straight forward, honest and to the point. I brought my 06 A4 with some concerns that needed professional care. Tried the dealership before trying Euroworks and Im happy Ive decided to go with Euroworks. They communicated very clearly, we agreed on all the work in advance and everything was just as concluded. Their pricing is reasonable and they wont charge you for things you dont need (I asked about something that they could have easily charge me for but was told its not needed). I felt I could trust them and Ill probably return there next time.

Totally impressed by the professionalism of this place. I had been taking my car to Audi dealership for years and always felt that I was paying too much and paying for services that were not necessary. I stumbled upon this location through email marketing and I contacted them for the next scheduled maintenance. They were prompt to respond to my email, arranged the visit and the loaner car, sent me a quote on findings and explained me what was absolutely necessary and what could wait/keep an eye on. The quote was reasonable and the car was ready earlier than promised. Not only that, there was a follow up phone call to make sure everything was ok. My car runs great, in fact my friends who drive with me on the passenger side can feel the difference.

Im always a little uneasy at auto repair places. The car talk guys analysis seems correct - anything to get your money. This place doesnt seem any different, but they do know Volkswagen and Audis.

These guys are great! The efficiency & organization of a dealer plus the heart, smarts and product knowledge of a small independent shop. Over the years I have taken two Audi Cabriolets and now my VW EOS to Eurowerks for regular servicing, as well as problem resolution. I find them to be consistently courteous when making an appointment, responsive to my schedule and thorough and efficient with the servicing. Theyve been taking care of my 2005 Audi TT since 08 and I wouldnt take it anywhere else. They know what theyre doing, nice, professional. Ive referred them to everybody who asks...

The problem was diagnosed correctly, the work was done perfectly and for the correct price without going over the estimate. Other needed repairs were suggested without being pushy.

I have been going here for at least ten years and have always been happy with the service. Unfortunately my last visit was very disappointing.My Jetta was having an engine problem, that turned out to be one of the cylinders misfiring. They plugged it in to their computer and it said it was cylinder one. They said they checked the spark plug and the wires and they were fine, so they told me the problem was almost definitely a fuel injector. I approved their estimate, so they took out the old injector and tested it. It worked fine.The technician said at this point he was stumped so he started researching recalls on the car. He discovered that VW had made an error in the cars diagnostic program and that even though the computer said it was cylinder one, it turned out it was cylinder three. They checked the spark plug on that cylinder and it was in bad shape. The tech said he plugged in a used spark plug he had laying around the shop and it fired right up and the problem was solved.Great, and Im glad that the car is running well again, but they charged me for a lot of money and they didnt even put a new spark plug in there. I understand that they spent a lot of time on the car, but they also misdiagnosed the problem several times and it turned out to be a problem from the manufacturer.I was told that they couldnt be held accountable for a problem from the manufacturer and that because the charges were less than the estimate I had already approved that they wouldnt come down on the price.From my standpoint I approved an estimate for replacing a fuel injector, they didnt replace that injector so I dont see how that estimate can be a metric for the final charges. I ended up just paying the full amount, even though I feel it was unreasonable.I might have felt a little better about this had they even offered to put in a new spark plug. I would have gladly paid for it.

Watch out for your sound system when you pick up your car! Each of the three times I have had my VW Golf (my baby) serviced at Eurowerks my audio levels have all been wildly adjusted. The bass, treble, fader, etc.. I didnt mind the first two times, but the last time I picked up my car my speakers sounded TERRIBLE! Obviously they had been pushed to the breaking point. The service manager has refused to answer my calls and emails!Eurowerks will be receiving a note from my lawyer and possibly a lawsuit.

Ive had Eurowerks (formerly Volkswerks) service both my Passats and now my new Audi A3 since 2003. They communicate very well, are scrupulously honest, and I have never had a problem with their work. They provide balanced expert advice on repairs that are geared to my best interests. Cost? Recently a $350 45K service at the Audi dealership cost me $118 at Eurowerks. Their waiting area is clean and tasteful, they provide free trips to East Falls Church Metro, and follow up the on the repairs a day or so after pick up.
