Went there for a recall this time compared to another time I got great service and my car breaks work awesome

Quick Lane counter is actually closed. And you must go to the service center of the Ford dealership. I asked for a basic oil change price and it was $50 plus tax. Thats ridiculous.

I gave you 5 stars for the reason of being nice. Tire pressure was NOT checked as is stated on the check list. Tires were rotated but the low tire wasnt inspected. The wait was very short. Thank you. The place was very clean & comfortable. As with my previous visits everyone is very friendly. This is a lease vehicle and I want it to be the same as when I got it.Dont know the mechanics but Im sure theyre knowledgable. Im commenting only to do what the check list says....

Helpful and polite service advisors.Service is performed quickly and expertly.TV in waiting area, comfy seats, snacks, coffee, and free WiFi make waiting easy. Loaners mean longer visits dont need to be a pain.
