Scheduled an oil change online and came in during a busy time on the weekend. I was told about an hour or 90 minute wait time and it was done in 40 minutes with no issues. Good service and friendly staff.

I enjoy the service atmosphere and staff are very courteous. Prices are high but they remind you to check for coupons and assist in offering service that can help your budget. I mostly enjoy the compassion which Jay your ssd staff member give to her customer. She needs to be commended .

Fall River location is the only one in the area I will go for now on! Dave was awesome he was knowledgeable, friendly, and explained things the way it is. You need more employees like him!!! Dartmouth location was horrible they couldnt even record my mileage correctly but after having a great experience with Dave this will be my to go location and Firestone can keep our business!

Just an unbelievable experience. John the manager is top notch. He does everything in his power to take care of any of the customers needs. Even if he has to do them personally. I cannot rave about his professionalism. I had to leave car overnight and one of the techs gave me a ride home!!! Amazing group of employees!!

After waiting 4.5 hours from 9am to get my car battery checked. They sales associate gave me a quote for $800. As I left my car died immediately after leaving the shop. This was surprising because it never happened before. 5min max after leaving the shop. They refused to take any responsibility or show any concern. I called and they offered a jump start and then rescinded there offer claiming its too busy. Poor service all around. Mechanics appear to be inexperienced. Clearly something was done to my car to suddenly make it die.. Management non existent. Would never recommend. The guy next to me in line waited 3 hours for an oil change. I had a feeling coming here would be a mistake.

Got my oil changed here 4 days ago. While driving last night my engine started smoking. I look down and see my oil light pop on and moments later I hear a hissing as my thermostat jumps up to max. I pull off the interstate to find I have no oil in my car. This caused so much heat that my radiator blew. This morning it was towed to firestone and they tell me the oil is fine. Though I have video and photo proof that there was none. Then I get told my radiator hose blew out. Though it is obvious it was cut with a knife. Never will go back again and I will be suing for damages.

Very happy with the service at this Firestone, have been here many times throughout the years and I have always been completely satisfied. Have worked with Jason in the past, today I was helped out by John and he was awesome as well. All of the correct products were recommended for my vehicle that I needed, and they fill complementary windshield washer fluid as well. I was also offered a $10 tire rotation and that seemed like a no brainer to me so was happy to add that in as well. Absolutely horrible ! Don’t come here... made an appointment was told it would be about an hour and a half... dropped my car off at 9:30am never was called and told what was going on with this long wait finally 2:30 pm I told them to just Finnish up I need my car for 3pm for work . 330 pm I got my car back and I was late to work ... all I was getting done was tires an oilChange and front allignment which they couldent get to the front alignment because of time. I barely got a sorry I feel I could of at least got a discounted price for my allignment on another day.

I brought my car there for a wheel alignment after having front end work done elsewhere. They got me in the same day, which was nice. After an hour the service adviser Jeff told me my car was ready but they were unable to make several key adjustments because the the rear suspension was uneven. They offered no explanation of why it was uneven, nor did they offer to check it. I was charged $93 and my car was no better than when I brought it in. So I went back to the mechanic who did the front end work and he took my car to Sullivans Tire. Sullivans identified the issue (2 cam bolts need to be replaced) and made adjustments to the suspension and now the car runs straight. Plus Sullivans provided me with the printout showing the initial and final adjustments made, Firestone did not provide this information. My takeaway is this: go to Sullivans Tire first and avoid being ripped off by Firestone.

I take my car here for all car repair and reoccurring maintenance. Whether it be : tires, power steering pump, oil changes, or spark plugs I’ve never had an issue and they always beat their competitors in the area so I just stopped bothering to call for quotes . I’m usually assisted by jade ( tire sales manager ) in the front whose always a pleasure.

Extremely slow service, was quoted to finish 4:15pm but only had it done at 5:20, website is extremely confuse, showing tire options that doesnt match with the vehicle selected, and I quoted online the $96.99 tire alignment with a 12 month warranty, to then get the receipt and discover that they charged me the one time $83.99 alignment with no warranty at all.Never coming back

Have been coming here off and on now for close to twenty years and I have always thought they had great service and trusted their employees knowledge. Unfortunately, my last experience wasnt that great. I had an appointment for an oil change at 11 a.m. and did not get out of there until quarter of one!! Maybe my Honda holds more oil than I thought.

This place is a rip-off. Youre better off finding a small locally owned shop run by some trustworthy people. Brought my car in because I was told I needed just a power steering switch after my oil change place noticed it wasnt working properly. Brought it here cause they could take it the soonest out of the other places I called. They gave me an estimate of $2,300 saying I needed an entire new steering rack. Drove my car to another place I trust that wasnt able to look at it for a few more days, but I wanted a second opinion before blowing that much money so I waited it out. Turns out it really did only need a power steering switch which only cost $250 (labor and all)!!!!! My car is running and operating perfectly again. Firestone, stop ripping people off and telling them they need more than they really do. Especially when its thousands of dollars of a difference in price.Oh, they also charged me $20 fee just for opening up my hood and looking at it. Never going back here again.

Went in for tires couldnt find them else where which I found ridiculous seeing as they are very common but anyways a guy named Ben that was there was very friendly and helpful had me there no more then 20 min.A week later had to replace my alternator called up Ben gave me a decent price and had my car ready within a few hours ( its not the cheapest place in town but they have reasonable prices and guarantee all their work plus the wait time is not bad ) Im not sure about the other employees but the one I dealt with was helpful and didnt seem like he was trying to sell me something I didnt need

Ive taking both my vehicles to the specific location for 2 years. Then up until a few months ago I take both vehicles in for the same maintenance and I had to take them both back for the same exact issue! Now I am forced to take my vehicles to their dealerships as this particular Firestone performs a tow and go alignment ONLY! They do not perform the entire alignment with the steering wheel components! Like I said I have never had any issues up until recently and its so aggravating and frustrating!

I only go to Firestone for oil changes & my lifetime tires & I must say Im never disappointed. Yes, there may be a wait but they will get the job done!Was actually in today for a quick 30min (def quick for them) fix a flat & couldnt have appreciated it more!

Rude dismissive staff. Generally awful experience. I was quoted one price then given another.The manager obnoxiously kept insisting he just didnt remember ever saying it. I used to love Firestone...Really sad to see what has happened to a great company. I will never bring my car to ANY of their locations after the ordeal I went through. Ending with me towing my car out to be fixed elsewhere!

Terrible. My truck broke down and I was able to get in in the shop. Only took one business day. They basically charged me $99 to run a scan (which is free at autozone) and $150 reset my fuel composition. $270 for it to BREAK DOWN with same issue as I brought it in with. I literally drove it one block and now Im out $270. Would NEVER recommend.

Took a road trip to Floria and caught a nail in my tire. Went to a Firestone down there and didnt want to do anymore business with them then I had to. Got the tire replaced ; and drove all the way home with a faulty sensor. So I went to the Firestone close to me and explained it all to Jason. Told him I still wanted to buy 3 new tires with them but also needed the sensor issue solved . After a couple hiccups trying to figure exactly what went wrong in Florida, Jason really held me down and got my car right. New tires, No dash lights . Things can be so simple when people actually like what they do. Thank again to Jason, Ill be sending people to him for tires for sure .

These guys are always great to deal with. They may not be the cheapest place in town but their customer service is great....theyve always treated me well and have always been able to get me in the same day. I will always go there before going to the other tire shops... I recommend this place.

Ordered 2 new tires and scheduled online to have them mounted. I know I needed 4 and the tech mentioned it but did not pressure me to buy, he also made sure to remove the 2 worst tires I had and rotate them. Very nice and helpful people, had no issue honoring the quote price and did not try to up-sell me or anything! Nice air conditioned office to wait in on a hot day too.

Stay away from this place. I brought in my car to have new tires installed in the front of the vehicle. Within two days my tire pressure gauge came on. Ok... maybe they just didn’t fill them right. I filled the tire hoping that would be the end of it. Again the light came on so I brought it in to be looked at. They’re claiming the rim of my tire is bent. They never mentioned anything when the tire was installed and are claiming “maybe you hit a pot hole or something”. A pot hole? I drove around in that car and never had a problem with the rim of my tire. Not only did it take them almost 2 hours to find “that the rim is bent”, now they want to charge me $120 for a new rim. How convenient that the issue isn’t covered under the warranty on my brand new tires. For $200 I would think the tires would have lasted more than 48 hours. My guess is that they rushed the install, screwed up and my rim is bent from driving around on a poorly installed tire. Not only will I not be returning I will be telling everyone I know to never go to Firestone. Please head my warning and do not do business with them.

I took my car into the shop the other day, and I had one of the best experiences. My car was done in a timely manner & drove phenomenal after it was finished. Ben did such an amazing job, I would definitely recommend him to all of my friends and family members!

In the past On more than one occasion the service manager was extremely rude and sometimes not very knowledgeable. On another occasion the service itself was subpar, on one visit I even had to go out and purchase a tool the mechanic didnt have so that he could complete the repair. In the past I have been satisfied with the service however since a change in personnel it has gone downhill and this has been at more than one location

They are a bunch of crooks they broke something on my car while they were fixing it. That shouldnt have been on me but yet they charged me for it they overcharge for their services I recommend bring your car somewhere else. I go in for one simple repair it turned out to be something major because of them and it was only supposed to take 4 hours to fix and I didnt get my vehicle back for 3 days and I got charged for it all I feel bad for whoever goes to Firestone

Ive always purchased my tires at this store, and have been satisfied with the products that Ive been sold. Fairly quick service considering it is a very busy store. I haven;t had to purchase new tires for quite sometime now but as of the last time i did purchase new tires, they didnt force me to purchase the recommended tires for my vehicle based on the VIN number.

Great service with a smile. They were a little slow but only because they were short handed. The technician fixed a problem that another Firestone rep at other location screwed up. This time it was done properly. This will be my local go to from now on!

Good prices fast service

I would rate -100. They showed me that my wheel was RIDICULOUSLY loose and told me my left rear wheel bearing was bad. (They didnt know that I had all my wheel bearing replaced months ago). They tried lying to me. I asked for my vehicle back. They returned my vehicle with a very loose tire. I had it towed to another mechanic. He confirmed the bolts connecting the wheel assembly to the suspension was tampered with. It had old incorrect nuts that were forced on. The other nuts were the same and correct. They stripped my links to ny left rear wheel. I am taking them to court. THEY COULD HAVE KILLED ME! THEY SABOTAGED MY VEHICLE. THIS IS ILLEGAL. DO NOT GO TO FIRESTONE. THEY HAVE CRIMINALS WORKING FOR THEM.

My family just moved to the area because of my husbands military career. My car was having issues with the serpentine belt snapping several times in a short time frame. I called yesterday to see what I could do to get it fixed. The man I spoke with told me he would get somebody on it as soon as my vehicle got there. Come to find out my engine was a giant block of ice. The man I kept speaking with yesterday kept calling me every few hours to give me an update on the vehicle and had it ready for me this morning. He also found ways to save us some money.

20+ year long customer. Sad to see this once good shop go down the tubes, with new management. Last rip off experience here will be my last. Believe the other reviews.

The experience was actually not bad at all, it surprised me.

I took my car here today for a front end alignment. My control arm was bent and they knew the alignment was not going to work but they continued with the alignment anyway. They charged me the 100 dollars for the alignment and when I picked up the car apologized that it would not be aligned due to the control arm issue. They should have called to inform us of the issue instead of performing a service they knew was not going to work. Very poor service. I would not recommend.Ive gone to Henrys for an alignment and if theres going to be any issues they call us and tell us before proceeding with a service that isnt going to work.

I used to be a back yard mechanic but i work to often to get serious work done my vehicle. So my power steering goes, and i take here for a diagnosis and they say my power steering pump is completely shot, as is the pulley, they quote me 400 to fix it. I made an appointment the next day to get it fixed then realized how strange of a diagnosis it is, so i reluctantly use my neighbors lift to check it out. THE BELT WAS LOSE, I TIGHTENED IT, FIXED. They tried scamming me out of $400! I will never take my vehicle anywhere near a Firestone, and you shouldnt either!

These guys went out of their way to get us back on the road after our brake lines blew out on our 2006 Sprinter. We were stuck in town as were passing thru. They beat their original quoted price and got us out the same day.Thank you so much for your help! :)

In a week ago or so. My car was having a couple of problems that werent being addressed properly and I was sick of getting the runaround so I tried Firestone. Very pleased. They knew exactly what the problem was and fixed it right away. Will definitely be back

This place is horrible!!!We got four new tires for my wifes car and we had nothing but trouble. Had to go back several different times for tires losing pressure, also pressure sensor light was always on in the car. A few months later we hit a pothole had to replace the tire they charge us an extra fee even though we had the roadside assistance. I will never buy tires there again and do not recommend anybody to do any car service there.The time we spent in the waiting room there was other people with several different problems coming in everyone seemed to have an issue with service and quality of this location.

Not good service, i dropped my car off for and oil change around 9:40am and told them that i was picking it up at 4pm and when i went by 4:15 the car wasnt ready then i had to wait for another hour and 15 minutes by the time my car was done. Its been more that twice that i been having problems with them, so i havent been taking my car to them as much, the only good thing is the i live close by.

Worst service ever. Jason the manager is totally incompetent to do is job. I was told to come in right away to get a flat tire fixed towards the end of the day. I go to the store, after I drove 10 mins on a flat, to be told they cant service me anymore because they took someone else in. Absolutely absurd! Save your time and breath with these idiots and go to the Firestone in Seekonk. The service is exceptional there.

POOR MANAGEMENT (Manager--Joe Morra)When I went there about a month ago to get tires first I waited and waited and it took hours only to come back and find out my car hadnt even been moved yet! Same place I left it; they dont know what they are doing and when i asked to speak to a manager they said he was too busy .... Come to find out when I googled it when I left and same guy who said they were too busy was the actually store manager! ...he lied to me so he didnt have to deal with my issue and pushed it off like it was nothing ....I was going to give them another shot but I just came online to schedule another appointment and after seeing all the other negative reviews I decided ill be taking my business elsewhere from now on.

Ive been going here for many years, until recently Ive been very pleased with the service. It may have been that I arrived late, (5:15) that they werent as thorough as they usually are.

My mother a 60 year old nurse who works overnight just drove 30 mins after her shift after being completely terrified on the highway with a loose and wobbly tire only for that scare to be completely minimized by the store manager himself Jason saying it was only this and that??! She had just purchased 4 brand new tires only a week before today and has been a faithful customer to Firestone for some years now and has established a repot ore with them. She felt completely invaluable as a customer and extremely disappointed with their careless disrespect and obvious disregard for her concerns and safety. After going back and forth with her, (where Im pretty sure argument with the customer should not have even happened) they took her car for 20 mins returned it low in gas and sent her on her way with a piece of cake all set attitude. This Fall River store clearly doesnt care how they represent the brand let alone themselves and they clearly think the customers should pay way over product price for a sliver of quality service. My mother was completely offended and after calling the store and asking to speak with the manager myself where I was spoken over and told to listen lady I saw for myself that jobs are jobs to people and no one cares to put in the extra to satisfy and commit to their customers like their customers do for them. Needless to say YOU SUCK Fall River Firestone. I suggest everyone drive the extra miles from where ever you are and visit the Taunton Store if youre hellbent on Firestone tires. Personally I dont shop Firestone so if you really want overall quality in product and service show support to local business and go to HENRYS TIRES on Globe St. Fall River. You will not be disappointed with them as a brand nor people who work and love the people in the community.

So im a backyard mechanic and i do all work i can myself so i do kno a thing or two. My 04 chevy blazer needed 4 new tires, even so, it rode smooth. Either way, i take it here and spend almost $700 on new tires. I drive it out the door get on the hwy & the minute i hit 50 the damn thing starts shaking so hard the stereo was skipping. So i turned around and brought it back. They shrugged there shoulders & decided to check the balance. The kid takes it for a ride comes back and says its not doing it anymore...yes it was. I stopped to look at the tires & found they never returned the lugnut caps to both wheels on the passenger side so i had to go back to get those. So i waisted another $65 on getting the wheels balanced somewhere else. Come to find out the balance was fine and Goodyears shop in dartmouth finds that the 2 front tires arent str8 one hops and the other wobbles. I bring it back to firestone, they check it out the tech takes it for a ride and finds it to be really weird. Of coarse theyd rather not beleive its there tires so they claim it could be my wheels but they decided to humor the situation and replace both front tires...i kno it was never my rims..they were fine when i dropped it off in the first place. So the tech says they need to order the tires and they will call me when they arrive either tomoro or the next day. A week goes by, no call. So i call them & ask, oh yah those are here so he tells me he will set me up so i can bring it by in the morning. I get over there around 9 to drop it thinking it wont take long, i ask, and im told probly mid afternoon but they will call when its finished. Mid afternoon? Why am i bringing it in the morning? ...again, no call. I waited all day then just went therr before closing and it was already done. I took it for a spin with the replacement tires installed and sure enough the tires were the issue.. another quick add-on, when i brought it back the 2nd time, they said they would look at it. I replied, if you guys need it for a long time i can schedule another time to bring it back. The tech doesnt reply. I sat there in there waiting room for 2-1/2 hours staring at my truck out the window before they even got around to it. They were all nice people, nobody was rude but in terms of service, theyre just taking your money and having you sign on the line. My issues were resolved in the end but after much headache, multiple visits, waiting around & extra $$I gave them 2 stars becuz in the end the issue was resolved, i wouldnt ever return or recommend but im not mad about it either.

Brought car in for fuel pump took 3 days for something that should of been according to manager 1hour but i know its a 4hr job plus tried to charge me a second time after i paid they were also supposed to check a rattle sound they didnt and just said oh u need struts horriable customer service and the pump from the place they bought it from was 115.00 they charged me 467.00 thats a huge mark up

When I went to use the warranty the new tire came out the same price of new tire with the service charges.

I made an appointment for break pads and rotors to this fall river, ma location for 12:30. They took my car in and four later I called them and they said they cannot do it today. They had no courtesy to properly apologize and had terrible customer service. I will not recommend them for any service.
